not bad, but like GF said, the Rex is way too thin. it also seems you've forgotten to give it hip bones. eyes are also too far back. the eyes are where the brain cavity would be. you need to move them forward. the teeth also seem to stop abruptly halfway up the mouth. looks odd. though perhaps one or two teeth more would be enough. my advice to fix the skull design: have a look at a few Rex skulls. the actual skulls. compare to the head of the ISS logo [red spot where the eye should be] to get a proper picture of where to position the eye, as well as how to shape the skull. another thing to note is that you might want to give the back of it's neck a bit more of a bulge as you near the skull. gives the illusion of strength as well as intelligence
so yeah. fatten the Rex up, give it a bigger chest [have the edge of the collar bone, as it were, be roughly level with the Rex's elbows] give the poor thing a hip, give it some more teeth and give it's brain it's spot back. Rexes have fairly angular skulls compared to other predators. since you live in NY, head down to the museum every now and then and remind yourself in 3D of what it looks like. make use of what others less fortunate don't have
