lol. Daddy doesn't like you being near his nest. XP

Yeah, the nest is too perfect. And yeah, anatomy is a bit off. But for my first attempt at a pic like this, all in all, I don't think I failed too badly. XP

@ KP: Actually, these velociraptors are more akin to deinoychus or the Utahraptor.

oh, no argument there. it's a nice pic. but you know me. Captain Critic here to pull apart your pics :P

G4E: precisely. Velociraptors have much thinner, straighter snouts. god bless JP for r**ing it's appearance in the movies :P

I have that bad habit of drawing on myself when I get bored. Well, I drew a design on my arm today that, though it was just random doodling, I found came out really nicely.

Other side (Look closely by the crook of the forearm and you can see one of the freckles that, when you connect them, make a picture that looks like the big dipper. XP)

No, the ink didn't smudge. I used a Rollerball pen. They're great for lineart, but tend to bleed when used on skin.

(Yes. I was playing Dinosaur Battles today. >.>)

It reminds me of those tribal tattoos some.... well, tribes, give to their warriors. Very creative!

so that's what you were doing all day yesterday.

looks cool. design element for a future character, perhaps? would be a shame for it not to be used :P

Indeed... It is as the Webmaster says... It would be a useful design element for a future character...

That keyboard you have... it looks similar to the one I used to have on my old computer... before it kicked the bucket....

Bonus points for playing Dinosaur Battles! :P

KP: Yup. ^_^

I dunno if I'll use it for a character cause it was really done out of boredom...

Gira: Thanks.

It's a Dell keyboard. We've had it for years. It's really beaten up, but still works.

Dinosaur battles ftw. >.>

Was in the mood to draw a sunset and play around with the spray can tool in Paint. Then I added raptors because raptors are awesome... >.>

I spent the last few hours on this, and OHMYGOD my wrist is killing me. But I really, really. REALLY love how it came out. ^_^

(I've also spent a few minutes just gawking at the background. I LOVE EEET. :x3:)

How long did that take? I know for me, a background that good would take HOURS.

Drawing the jungle took about 35 minutes. Finding the right colors took a good half hour to 45 minutes. Blending them with the spray can tool took about another 45. So...about two hours. Maybe a little more. XP

Well, very good, especially for how quickly it was done. (Allow me to describe what I mean- you drew that picture in about two hours or so. My uncle Steve would spend a whole day JUST ON THE DRAWING. So, in perspective, two hours is pretty damn good for all that)

Not to be picking faults with you Hope but in nature pulling back your lips and exposing your teeth is a sign of aggresstion, I really like the image and it actually looks like the Raptors smiling but it's in conflict with the realist side of me (please in no way take offense to this)
