No... Metroid Priem was already in my Fortress, being contained and experimented on. All the Leviathan Seed did was give it the power needed to lay waste to entire armies, that, and the Leviathan Seed gave me a virtually limitless supply of Phazon to corrupt and mutate things with...

I got all the skulls in halo 3 for my friend. Hoo-wee!!! That took a good 12 hours of my life away........
