Define "touched". To me, it sounds like you socked him. And even if he was harassing your lady, violence is not needed, lest he was touching her or something. Even then I'm against it, but at least then it's justified.

I think G4E just means even if he goes after you, he's completely wrong, if you don't do anything back. I don't mean take the brunt with a smile on your face, but, he's just more in the wrong if some form of law enforcement officer shows up.
