That's because Oceania is the name of the region that includes Australia and the surrounding islands...

Aubade city... that's not half-bad... though I still perfer Oceania City...

Oceania sounds too much like a pun, considering its a coastal city named OCEANia.

Pokemon Quartz is a fan-made Pokemon hack... One that I;ve heard about before, but never looked into. Thus, it does not apply...

I didn't say it was all Nintendo licensed and sent to stores with love in every cartridge.But since it isn't official it's perfectly fine to use as a city name,still seems a little strange for a realistic city name though.But anyway a good name,something good but not about the coast or water.....

Snowport City. could be a nod to the white beaches being so clean original settlers were reminded of snow...

Los Diamantes. Spanish for The Diamonds [also a nod to the beaches, as that would be one of the few things that would've been there when the place was originally settled and names]. suggesting it in line with places like Los Angeles, San Francisco and so on. fitting for a city set roughly on the coasts of North America...

Los Diamantes sounds pretty awesome, but Snowport? Er, no, its a ******* coastal city and that sounds like a ski resort in the Alps.

Hmm. Pulling a few Native American names that might work from a list.... Alameda, Altsoba, Amitola, Calfuray, Coahoma....Etenia, Enola...Huyana...Nahimana... I could go on, but maybe that's enough. XD

Los Diamantes sounds like a great city name...

As for Snowport City... it's sooo dang close to Snowpoint City, I would have accepted it....

The names HF brought up ain't half-bad either...

Amadela could work... but to me, it sounds more like a long-lost love than a city... Etenia could work, also...
