"No no" said Andruil nonchalantly. "I couldn't bare to be the reason for the great duo to be separated. the guilt wouldn't permit me to do so" he said with a dismissive wave of his hand, refusing the very idea of separating them...

"Now now," Henrietta replied sweetly, "sometimes, sacrifices must be made, you know."

"Please don't" said Andruil, seeming mortified by the prospect. "This isn't necessarily goodbye, afterall. I am a traveller myself. We will cross paths again, I'm sure. And then, we needn't worry about conditions" he added with a wry smirk...

Henrietta continued to smile, saying, "You're too kind. But what about your friends?" Her gaze flicked to Xavier, and her grin widened. Sauntering lightly over to him and carelessly draping her arm around his shoulders, she said, "Like this fine young man! He's barely spoken a word since we arrived! Surely he wants some company?"

Arsenic, keeping his eyes on the travellers, reached out and mentally nudged the nearest archers, four or five in all. They were sharpening their arrows of choice; some blinked as they felt the nudge, others didn't make any physical move to betray themselves and only gave mental acknowledgement. When you see the 'travelers' turn their backs, Arsenic said to them and them alone, Aim and fire quick as you can. Don't hesitate. These people aren't what they seem.

"OK. Interesting. Woman in a leotard rolls out of a sack and drops herself into my fingers. We share a few words and now she's off wrapping her arms around someone else...I feel crushed" commented Andruil at the scene before him. "Learn from this Elias. Next thing you know she'll be riding around in someone else's sack instead of yours!" he added with a mock warning gaze...

Septimus took to the air, ascending over the canopy as he banked to one side, heading towards Freyr-Lunge...

"Well, you obviously don't require my services, so I just have to find another. Even a nomad needs some gold, you know!" Elias groaned and added, "She means she's a masseuse, in case you were wondering..."

The servant carefully brushes the woman's arm off of his shoulders. "I am perfectly fine. Thank you though, miss."

The guards give chase to the spy, running quickly despite their armor, Draco following them, as some citizens decide to join in the chase. Having less equipment means they can move faster....

The spy soon manages to leap up onto the roof of one building close to the city's walls from what he was doing, before jumping onto a platform inside the stone wall itself and dove down, escaping the capital city.

Ikargu waits for Sarah to climb off his back, while Saurgu began to swim around in the large, mostly abandoned lake, going under for a moment and returning with a large fish for the three to share later on...

Draco curses as the man escapes. "You two! Up on the gates! Go chase him down!" The guards nod before turning into weredragons, similar to draco's form and fly after the man.......

The spy sprints into the woods, using the trees and other vegetation to cover his escape as he dashes away from the kingdom of Draxon. If he was going to alert anything about this newly found information, he'd give his own king the warning first, than hand it over to the rest of Aster...

The half-dragon men fly up and to the edge of the forest. "We'll never find him in there," one says. "Nonsense," the other says. "Where there's a will there's a way, as my father told me...." "Your father was also a laborer who worked so he wouldn't get flogged," the other replies. "True." The two fly up and begin to survey the area, while sniffing the air for anything that smells human....

The assassin charges deeper into the forest, breathing heavily as he sprinted towards the eastern coast.

Saurgu soon returned to the bank of the lake after some time, before dropping the now dead fish off nearby for Ikargu and Sarah...

"You don't need us to have fun, m'lady. You seemed perfectly happy doing whatever you were doing in that sack until you got here" answered Andruil with a smirk. "I've no doubt you could bare to sit it out for just a bit longer. Next village isn't that far away, afterall. Who knows? if you're lucky perhaps you'll meet me again there" added Andruil with a lopsided grin...

Henrietta frowned, tsking at the group and shaking her head. "Oh, yes, fine, fine. Come on, Elias..." She walked up to Elias, and the two began backing up, bowing repeatedly. "Thank you, thank you, you were a wonderful audience!" "Or... well, you know what she means!"

"And you a wonderful way to pass the time. Perhaps we WILL meet again in the near future" responded Andruil with a seemingly pleased nod...

The two entertainers continued their overly-dramatic exit, backing up to the treeline. Then, with a brilliant flourish, they vanished into the forest...

Arrows shot by the archers struck the backs of the performers just as they reached the treeline. Barbed and narrow at the tip, they were designed to sink deep into flesh - and be difficult to pull out again. Arsenic felt a grim smile curve his lips. Those arrows, he knew, were also coated in a slow-acting, little-known, undetectable poison. A favored weapon among his guild. By the time they feel the effects, he thought, it'll be too late.
