The velociraptors broke off as the ceratosaur went into the water and turned back to search for something easier to get for the sentries and hatchlings. They had lost atleast one pack member during their attacks, but wasn't killed nor lost, but had rather left on her own. Valu, having left VERY early during the fight when Sand Claw was being persued, following after Crusher and Steeltalon from a distance...

Blood dripped down the Tarbosaur's jaw as Ba'al fed on his kill. He sniffed scavengers lurking in the nearby bushes, but simply let out a mighty roar. Startled, the small, diminuative creatures flee without turning to look back at their possible feast. "Damned vultures," Ba'al grumbles as he goes back to feeding, tearing out the creature's liver....

Darkness reemerged from the cave to investigate sounds he heard quite a while ago. "Oh hey guys I was just staring at this wall for a few hou-...What the ****." the dark raptor growled as he stepped out, the area around it vacant, splattered with various types of blood, and filled with the scents of many different creatures, including Crusher. "What...the ****?" Darkness repeated as he stepped out, not having the faintest idea of what just happened...

The Kingpin wrote:"Known him since we were both hatchlings, believe it or not" barked the Rex in response as he twisted through the undergrowth. As Crusher noticed the Ceratosaur retreating, he smirked. "Ooops....I think I scared off your entertainment" he snarled as he came into stride beside her...

"Survival is more than kill or be killed, youngling. You'll probably learn more about that in time" hissed Ripper as he turned to look at him. "Now...Would you care to save me the trouble of calling you 'youngling' all the time and give me a name to call you by?" he growled...

Coldmoon was bored.

That was sometimes a dangerous thing for the tiny T-rex.

Radja was sleeping at the moment, her massive body half curled up under the sun to rest up some more. Gently, the smaller dinosaur got up, trying not to wake up her companion. She really wanted to see what that other Tyransarus smell was coming from, it was male. But she also picked up a raptor as well.

Pausing just for a moment to look back at Radja, she then slowly headed towards the scent. It would be fine she had told herself. All she was going to do was see what was up and head back before Radja woke up..

Steeltalon licked her scratches again, looked at Darkness, and smiled faintly. "Those walls can be mesmerizing," she growled with a quiet laugh.

Noir, hearing all of the commotion by the river and the forest, had woke up. Noir stood up and stretched his black body, his jaws widened as he yawned. After his disrupted nap, he shook his rested body to get his day started, Noir then focused his attention at the direction of the last place the commotion had tooken place. He could still hear communication of different species.... of a raptor and T-Rex. Noir went deeper into the forest to find out who were the culprites. As Noir entered deeper into the forest, a certain Compy followed him with curiousity. Though Noir knew that Verde was following him, he kept going as he made it to the destionation, seeing Crusher and Steeltalon chatting. Noir sniffed the ground and the air, then he grunted " What happened here....?", Verde was right under Noir as he asked the question.

The black baryonyx Razorjaw had seen earlier had awoken, after shaking itself it went off into the forest, that little compy following.

Razorjaw, having nothing better to do and with the curiosity that is natural to all young animals followed the two dinosaurs into the forest.

The baryonyx and compy stopped and began to watch a tyrannosaurus and velociraptor in conversation,Razorjaw stopped himself nearby being as close as he could but not revealing himself to the baryonyx and compy,he had no concern about the later, but the baryonyx could present a real threat.

The rest of the pack went on to search for more suitable prey, ignoring the fact they had lost one of their own. Valu continued to follow and watch Steeltalon and Crusher from the bushes, though could've easily been seen by anything behind her...

The child T-rex saw another one of her kind a few years older(Crusher) as well as a raptor. She picked up a few other scents as well, but there were some that didn't register with her. Still she was curious, and she wanted to talk to them so she moved forward.

"Hello." Hello and then what? We'll, she didn't know. She just knew she wanted to introduce herself first so they would know she was there and wasn't trying anything.

Crusher's gaze snapped towards the newcomers, cocking his head curiously as he grunted, his eyes drifting from the Raptors that seemed to think he couldn't see them, then to the other juvenile Rex, surprised to see another of his own kind without a parent...

"Aircrest...hmm. Interesting name. Rolls off the tongue nicely. Well met, Aircrest" hissed the Elder calmly as he walked through the building, silent strides carrying him through the hallway, glancing to one side out over the holding area, the shadow-cloaked ground below occasionally rustling as small mammals scurried through it...

Sand Claw kept swimming even after the raptors barking stopped, he was looking for something. Sand Claw was searching for a small island in the middle of the river system it would provide a good resting area were he could lick his wounds. As Sand Claw reached the island he saw the extent of his injuries, a torn shoulder, bleeding calves, and his flanks torn in many places. He growled in pain as his wounds burned. Sand Claw lowered himself to the ground, rolled to his side, and began to rest hoping he would be better soon...

Steeltalon let out a low growl of unease, looking at all of the newcomers. She didn't like that her home had turned into a place for other carnivores to wander into and hang around in. "Fight's over," she growled, looking directly at the other young t-rex, then at the raptors. "Go on, nothing left to see here."

"So...whats your name?" Aircrest growled as he too started to walk, sticking a few feet behind the elder. He was getting worried that despite the raptor's calmness, he was getting irritated. Most predators didnt tolerate others in their homes for long, especially young ones like him. "Thats how things like this work, right? I tell you my name and you tell me yours?" he growled, the question showing just how unsocialized the green raptor was. His claws occasionally tapped against the metal floor with his tense steps, the raptor's head turning back and forth, looking for a possible exit should the quilled elder turn hostile.

Sand Claw awoke panting, his dreams filled with terror infact he was reliving the night his mate died. He stood feeling alot worse the pain from the fight seeming to do more damage then he thought. He was very hungry, the fight taking more than his strength...

"Peculiar things, names. Everyone tries to give themselves or earn themselves a name. But in the end....is a name what defines us? What worth does a name really have?" hissed the elder, a thoughtful tone laced into his words...

Darkness looked at the sudden flood of creatures, placing a clawed hand over his snout. "...Well that was fun, hate to rush out before you two had a chance to get to know each other, but we really need to be going now." the dark raptor growled hastily, walking over Crusher's side, pushing the tyrannosaur with his head toward one part of the jungle, away from the newcomers. "Its been a pleasure, Steeltalon. You might want to...hide. Or something." he added, looking at the other raptor with a sympathetic gaze, before resuming his pushing against Crusher's side...

"For a definite answer, your asking the wrong creature" Aircrest replied, looking forward for a moment, his amber eyes locking on the flank of the quilled one. If the green raptor was over staying his welcome, the elder made no indication of it. "A name for me, though, is just an identity I have for myself. I am Aircrest. Only I and...now you know that. To every other creature, Im competition or a possible meal. My name...my life...its really all I have" He growled, a trace of sadness evident near the end of his statment. "How weak" He thought with disdain after hearing his tone, narrowing his eyes and making a wordless hiss.

Sand Claw lays down to rest and maybe relieve himself of the pain he feels right now. As he begins to drift off, Sand Claw starts to play the fight with Steeltalon and the mysterious raptor pack over in his head the many wounds on his hide burning with every recalled attack...

"A life is a lot more than you seem to think, Aircrest" hissed the Elder as he eyed the green predator through amber eyes, his scrutinising gaze having the distinct feel of knowingness about it, as if he could see what Aircrest was thinking. "You can live poorly, scrounging for every scrap, fighting for survival, and focusing on nothing but your next meal, your next home, hiding place, or haven. or you can live well....and take the world as more than just survival. See past necessity and take pleasure in the world around you. And in doing so....Learn to enjoy life...rather than despise it" growled the Elder as he glanced up through a hole in the glass on his left, looking through the smashed dome and canopy and towards the golden sky above...

Crusher cocked his head at Darkness as he stumbled awkwardly in the direction he was being pushed, adjusting himself to face that direction once he saw the urgency in the Raptor's actions, heading into the jungle...

"Uh...yeah. Be safe," Steeltalon said, backing towards the cave entrance behind her, puzzled but not arguing. If worse came to worse, much as she liked this place she could find another entrance and make her home beside that one instead.
