Renegade listened to the exchange between the two creatures, still not knowing who the second was, as Bane made his way up to a standing position. He watched them both leave, a quizzical expression coming over his face.

Turning to Bane, he hissed, "Perhapsss it's time to leave this place... we don't seem to be particularly wanted here by those other guysss."
Bane cocked his head to the side, agreeing with a nod. He knew Renegade would disapprove if he had said he simply wanted a chance to get back at the intruders who had caused them so much trouble.
The two of them began to walk toward the entrance of the overhang. Renegade distinctly felt that he hadn't repayed the rex's hospitality, but there was nothing he could do at this point anyway...

It wasn't long before the trees began to give way, revealing a plain ahead of him, herbivores slowly calming down, having obviously run from something. Crusher watched through inquisitive eyes. Dryosaurs weaved in and out between a large Parasaurolophus' legs. a younger Parasaur followed the larger one. a youngster at a more manageable size. He'd have to hope his appearance would cause panic. he wouldn't be able to get the youngster as long as the parent stayed close...

Blade whined irritably as he was pinned, wriggling and fidgeting as he twisted, using Cirrus' avoidance of using his claws against him, adjusting himself enough to aim a sharp kick outwards, way out of range of Cirrus, but having enough force that it shook his body, causing Cirrus to fall off as Blade rolled onto his feet, leaping at the youngster and nipping his neck as he leaned all his weight on the other male's body, to keep him from wrestling his way free like Blade had done moments earlier...

The Dryosaur's rib cage was almost completely exposed with torn flesh hanging off the bones. The raptor's muzzle was inside his prey's abdominal area, reemerging covered in blood. In his mouth was the remains of the Dryosaur's liver, which he quickly worked down with rapid snapping of his jaws. Before going back to the kill, he took the time to survey the area with all of his senses, confirming once again that nothing had come creeping up on him while he ate. Still, he kept his guard up and went back to feeding...

The bull Allosaurus and the two Acros began the hunt, swerving amongst the sauropods. the bull allo ducked underneath the tail of one Barosaurus and ran up beside it, grunting at it as he passed. The other carnivores were also busy sending the herd into a panic, especially Blackside, who was racing through the herd like a madman, snapping dangerously close as any Barosaursshe passed. Already, the herd was beginning to run, with the sickly Barosaurus getting further and further away from the center of the herd, lagging behind as he neared the rear of the herd...

Back at the mouth of the river, Moa and her daughter were swimming once again upstream. She had already fulfilled her purpose of comnig down to the sea, and was heading back up river, though not as far up as tot he swamps. She had taken her daughter to the sea simply to let her taste sea-water, her natural habitat. Normally, she and her young one would live the rest of their lives out in the ocean arould Isla Sorna, but Moa was extra cautious. The sea was incredibly large, and it would be easy for her daughter to swim off and be eaten my other Mosasaurs or sharks. That, and food was more plentiful in the river systems. Hence, she and her daughter began to swim back upstream...

Not too far away, Bias was swimming just off the coast, searching for any food in the coral reefs surrounding Isla Sorna. Sure, the ocean wasn't exactly a proper place for a Deinosuchus to hunt, but there was less competition out here, and perhaps, he might even get lucky...

Goldfang and Pale kaiser soon began to home in on the weakened one, rushing over to its sides. They both begin to roar and make false snaps and swieps at it, goading it away from the rest of the herd. The Barosaurus bellows and soon begins to break off from the others. Its tail comes dangerously close to striking Pale Kaiser on multiple instances; however, he is able to move fast enough to get to the beast's side, roaring loudly. This is what he did best- spook the animals, and let someone strogner (usually Goldfang) go in for the kill...

Gothmog tears out a large chunk of flesh from the Coelophysis. "Alright, if you say so, Eradicus," Gothmog grumbles before he gulps down a chunk of flesh...

The sick Barosaurus continued to run away from the herd, before an Acrocanthosaurus leapt onto its side. The herbivore tried to shake off the carnivore, but the Acro held on, digging its large, powerful claws into the herbivores side, causing blood to drip from the gashes. The acro leapt off, and the Barosaurus, getting fatugied from the injury, an dhis illess, came to a stop. Now the predators began to circle the herbivore while the rest fo the herd stampeded toward the nesting grounds. The large bull Allosaur was directly infront of the herbivore, starring it down, while Blackside was on the side, across from the neck. The two Acros moved to behind the harbivore, to cage it in. They could already taste sweet sucess...

But even so, they were about to realize that even a sick Barosaurus was a formidable opponent...

the terrified squeaks and caws of Dryosaurs rang out in the clearing, scattering as Crusher shot out at top speed, a screeching roar coming from the young Rex as he bolted between the herbivores, the honks of frightened Parasaurolophus filling the air as chaos set in. Normally, young Rexes acted as high speed scouts and harassers for their parents and elder siblings. as the herbivores scrambled, trying to get away from the young Rex that weaved in and out amongst the small herd, trying to break their ranks, the Rex ducking as a thick tail barely grazed overhead, Crusher shooting out the other side of the herd, inwardly sighing in relief that he had evaded that blow. one wrong move and he'd've been trampled...

A distant rumbling reached the young raptor's ears, making him look up from his kill to the general direction the sound was coming from. It seemed to be coming from the other end of the dirt path, the foot prints of the Parasaurolophus and Dryosaurs etched into the ground along with crushed plants and shrubs. Aircrest stared down the way, thinking about what could be making the sound. It was certainly not one creature barreling towards him. After a few moments something else caught his eye: the trembling of a small, flat light gray rock laying on the worn jungle floor, exposed by the stampede. His amber eyes were locked on it as he considered what it meant. The implication was that the stampede was heading back towards him...but what could possibly cause a herd of startled, panicked Parasaurolophus to turn tail and face a possible raptor pack?

The realization that a lot of things on the island could do that dawned on him moments later...

Walking through the jungle, the grey, bipedal creature was hunting for a meal. Shadowhorn sniffed the air with every few steps, to try and pick up the scent of a herbivore or a carnivore smaller than he was such as a raptor. As the carnotaur continued to push deeper into the jungle, his scales began to change color, matching the color of his surroundings until he seemed to have vanished without a trace. He could have waited until he actually had a scent and had it's owner in his sight before blending in with his surroundings, but he preffered to do this right away so as to keep himself hidden from view by the time he found a potential meal...

as Crusher weaved in and out of the herd's ranks, the herbivores fell into step, heading back the way they had originally come from, A frightened cacophony of honking, bellowing and squealing coming from the herd as they scrambled to get away from the young Rex, Dryosaurs scampering between the legs of stampeding Parasaurolophus. his target was starting to struggle. the young Parasaurolophus simply couldn't run fast enough to keep up, and panic was starting to distract the mother. smirking, the Rex suddenly bolted, charging directly at the mother, nipping the female's leg as it ran, a frightened bellow coming from the herbivore as it broke off to one side to try and shake the Rex off, Crusher immediately breaking off and turning, snapping at the juvenile as it ran by him, his jaws snapping inches from it's head, the fearful animal turning and running towards the edge of the herd, in the opposite direction to it's mother, Crusher slowing down and leaving the thick of the herd, wary to avoid oncoming herbivores charging towards him from behind, his eyes locked on his target as he drifted on the edge of the herd. all the while, the entire herd barrelled further up the trail, never slowing, each one of the herbivores fearful that the Rex pack could burst out and kill them at any moment...

The quivering rock spontaneously danced off the ground as tremors began to rock the jungle, the same tremors Aircrest had felt as he ran amidst the herd of Hadrosaurs. The sound of the rumbling was loud and by now the green raptor saw the beginning of the herd hurtling towards him. "****!" Aircrest barked, eyes wide before biting into the Dryosaur, tearing off one last mouthful of meat before looking up to the trees, launching himself up onto the lowest branch he saw. He then lowered himself and dug his blood stained claws into the branch, bracing himself as the trees around him suddenly swayed and shook and the leaves rustled...

Soon, Pale kaiser leaps onto the thundering titan's side, sinking his claws and teeth into its flesh. The monstrous beast lets out a bellowing roar, it's tail flailing about wildly. Goldfang moves in closer to the Sauropod, being cautious to avoid to humongous whip that was swung wildly through the air....

As the sick Barosaurus struggled to shake off Pale Kaiser, Blackside, deciding that the time was ripe, charged right at the sauropod. she lunged at the neck, but missed, due to the Barosaurus's neck arching the other way. Then, the massive sauropod swung its neck at Blackside, the female Tyrannosaurus ducked in the nick of time, the neck swinging over her head and body. Taking the opportunity, she backed off, realizing her rash premature strike.

The Barosaurus, after more struggling, finally shook hard enough, sending Pale Kaiser off of it. In retaliation, the large sauropod reared up on its hind legs, to prevent the carnivores from getting a good shot at it...

Pale Kaiser snarls in pain, managing to right himself and backs off a little bit after being flung off of the thundering titan. Goldfang moves to the Barosaur's sides, and slowly closes in, attempting to strike at its hind legs...

Just as Aircrest entered the tree, the head of the herd roared past, the earthquake-like rumble shaking the entire area as fightened honks and bellows rang out, Parasaurolophus colliding with eachother as they struggled to get as far away from their pursuer as possible. as the end of the herd passed, a frightened squeal was heard, the young Parasaur colliding with the ground as a 17 foot long grey, tan and green mottled Rex lunged at it, pinning it to the floor, a foot pressing it's flank down as his jaws clamped round it's neck, thrashing with a growl as the last helpless kicks of the herbivore died down, it's life spilling through it's throat as the herd stampeded away, their youngster forgotten, thoughts of it lost amidst the panic as the Rex licked his fangs, eager to feast on his victory...

A pair of dark yellow-orange eyes watched the attack on the Barosaurus from a distance, hidden amidst the shadows of the trees as the beast followed the hunt watchfully, making sure to take in every detail. A meal was being set out before him....and he would not decline the offer for food...

The intensity of the tremors shook leaves free from their branches and they rained down in spiraling motions to the jungle floor. Aircrest heard a pained yelp from what he suspected to be a juvenile Parasaurolophus and the smell of freshly spilled blood reached his nostrils. There was only one other scent that was more prominent than that: the scent of a bull Tyrannosaur. From what he could make out from the smell, the Rex was relatively young, just beginning his transition into becoming a giant. The raptor peeked down at the T-Rex from the branch, the piece of meat he saved still hanging from the sides of his maw. His eyes became fixed in a glare as he peered at the Tyrannosaur. He was only an adolescent yet he already proved himself a nuisance! If the Dryosaur Aircrest killed wasn't completely flattened into the dirt-as unlikely as that was-the T-Rex would surely pluck it up with one bite and swallow it whole. In time the Tyrannosaur would be a titan practically unchallenged, stomping across the island, bellowing every now and again to announce its wretched presence to all. If this incident was anything to go by, catching a meal and being able to eat it would also become difficult. With a disdainful hiss, the raptor stood up on the branch and silently leaped off, heading away into the jungle, trying to find a quiet place to savor the last of his prematurely ended feeding...

Ba'al soon rises from his slumber. he had been asleep for hours, and he was surprised to see that nothing had attempted to attack so far from his own territory. Yawning, Ba'al pushes himself off the floor shakily, the old Tarbosaur groaning in achiness from his own weight. Once he is back on his own two feet, shaking his whole body of dust and other particles, before he continues on his way...

Eradicus soon finishes patrolling around his territory and meets back up with Gothmog. He takes a long, long look at the trees a bit away from the perimeter of his home, then turns to the giga...
