Metal claws held on like a vice at the edge of one maintenance hatch, the robot pulling himself out of the lower bay of the Ezdelera and pivoting on his shoulder joint, flipping his entire body around until his feet touched down on the floor paneling. An open hallway, decently lit. The spaciousness... did not appeal to him at all. He preferred navigating behind the cover of walls, following the wires, plating, machines and the other things that made a ship function like a blood cell moving through a body's veins... if said body suffered with sickle cell.

Ecliptor walked over to a wall, honing in on a spot with high electromagnetic readings. Telltale sign of working machinery that needed...dissecting. Finding no obvious place where he could take out a panel, the Seeker climbed up the wall to a vent, a small slit in the wall allowing the circulation of air in the vessel. Gathering a large concentration of energy in a hand, Ecliptor directed his palm at the vent and released it, blasting it apart and caving the aperture around it in. The resulting hole was just large enough for him to pull himself into...

By the time Ecliptor had tried to climb into a hole, Khuurava was already bearing down on him, the Khurakra's hand clamping shut on the robot's leg before it could get into the machinery, slamming it against the floor and pinning it on its chest with a large foot, shotgun pointing right at the back of it's 'head'. "No more adventures in my ship's electrical systems" he snarled lowly...

"Disappointing" Ecliptor replied in his deep electronic voice. His arms had spread out across the floor upon his landing, and with a slight tilt of his palms a wave of force blasted the Khuraka off of the Seeker, sending him smashing into the ceiling of the hallway.

The Khurakra grunted as he hit the ceiling, before dropping back down, managing to land in a crouch, magnetic clamps engaging, as a free hand grabbed the robot by the foot, yanking it towards him as he leaned forward, shifting his footing so that he once again had the robot pinned. "Keep fighting and I'll turn you into lubricant for the ship's engines" snarled the Khurakra irritably. He didn't want to destroy it if at all possible. He needed answers first...

Having managed to turn himself over, Ecliptor was now looking up at the Khuraka."This one thinks that would be a waste of resources and potential" Ecliptor stated, swinging one arm to the side, the extended wrist blade slicing Khuurava's gun in two with a high pitched chime. His other blade was thrusted forward into the mercenary's shin, sliding past shield, armor and hide alike when it pierced...

Khuurava snarled as two resonance blades extended from his gauntlets, one plunging into the arm that had stabbed at his shin, dragging it away from the armoured limb, causing a notable amount of damage as molten metal surrounded the entry point. The other blade had pinned the robot's other hand to the floor plating, threatening to utterly sever the limb if the robot struggled, as meanwhile, his foot closed around the robot's torso with several tons' worth of pressure. "If it will keep you from causing any more damage, it's justified" he hissed lowly. Where the hell is that good-for-nothing Turian? he thought irritably...

A bleeding gash had been left where the blade was forcefully removed from Khuurava's leg, almost surgical, the incision being extremely thin despite the crude removal of the weapon. "This one has caused much damage" Ecliptor replied in agreement. He recognized he was at an impasse, where retaliation would do more harm than good for himself. He did not really mind his position, he was observing the interactions of an organic being at pointblank range under threat of destruction. Such information was invaluable!

"You don't say?" hissed the Khurakra irritably, a series of rapid clicks coming from his mandibles, the Khurakra equivelent of a hiss of pain at the injury in his leg, though the bleeding was already ceasing as the armour's first aid unit provided medical attention to the injury, the layers within the armour plating itself leaking nanites into the damaged area of the suit and repairing it; the result of an expensive tech upgrade Khuurava had bought on his last trip on Surundrakh. "Now, why are you on my ship? Who sent you?" he questioned firmly, making no move to lessen the pressure on the machine, not wanting to give it an opening...

"This one was not sent. This one only seeks what is hidden" the robot said, mimicking the clicking almost flawlessly, only hindered by the electronic overtones of his voice and the distinct ratcheting of various components at work within the agile machine...

"Details would be nice, synthetic," Arrak snarled. The Turian had arrived in the corridor, raising his glowing Omni-tool on his left arm threateningly. "Answer our questions in a nice, straightforward fashion, or I'll overload every circuit in your body."

Ecliptor turned his green eye to the newcomer then looked back to Khuurava. The Seeker took note of the resemblance between Turian and Khuraka and searched his archive mind for any relevant data. It did not take long to go through the records of Organic behavior. "This one would be correct in saying that one is your mate, yes?" he replied.

Arrak arched a brow and glanced at Khuurava. "Is this thing defective or something?" he asked...

The Khurakra was silent for a few moments, before a hissing cackle came from him, amused. "Wow. That's a new low for you, Arrak. Even the bucket of bolts is cracking jokes at you" he hissed, before his eyes narrowed, focusing on the machine. "Clearly you don't know the difference between a Khurakra and a Turian. Hm...how do I put this.....That one is incorrect" he said. "You have failed to answer the question, however. explain your motives" he added...

"Knowledge hides. My kind seek it. That is this one's directive and purpose here, Organic" Ecliptor replied simply, storing the conversation for future reference.

"..You just raided a pirate carrier and pulled it apart from the inside out, then drove it into a meteorite. What point is there raiding my ship when you've already seen the inner workings of a bigger and more advanced one?" he questioned, playing along with its response for now, though he doubted its validity...

"How does this one know this craft is of lesser quality when this one has yet to properly investigate?" Ecliptor retorted.

"Why would that even matter if you wind up tearing it apart and destroying it like the pirate ship?" Arrak added, not lowering his Omni-tool...

"The destruction of the pirate craft was threat prevention. This one ensured there would be no reinforcements arriving in this sector. The damage inflicted to your craft was in response to attempts to impede my progress and to secure my general well being" Ecliptor stated. There was no need to share what he had taken before dooming the carrier.

"This ship is more than 40 years old. The pirate carrier can't've been more than half that" responded Khuurava. "And your 'progress' was a risk. We knew of your actions before you boarded. If we DIDN'T try and stop you, we could be just as vulnerable to being hijacked and destroyed as that carrier earlier" he added...

"You'd think synthetics would have learned that people normally knock on the front door and ask politely to come in..." Arrak muttered.
