Environment: The planet was once a lush combination of rainforest and grassland, with numerous lakes dotting the surface. That was, until the Space Pirates took control. With little concern for the environment, they releashed toxic fumes into the air, creating acid rain, which turned the planet into a poisonous wasteland. Astonishingly, life has managed to adapt to this new environment, with what few plants surviving becoming more acid-resistant, as well as the wildlife. Scattered around the planet are Space Pirate facilities, primarily those that concentrate on research, weapons manufactoring, and breeding facilities...
Regions: The planet as a whole is more or less the same throuought, though the now poisonous bogs that were once lakes are more concentrated to the north.
Dominant Species: Space Pirates
Technology Level: Highly advanced. DUe to the placement of the planet being uncomftorably near an asteroid belt, shields and lasers have been erected to prevent any unfortunate accidents from occuring. Tubes from one facility to the next prevent users from being explosed to the constant acid rain, and these tubes are large enough to allow various machinery to go through, sometimes at very fast speeds...
Animal Life: In the oceans are large creatures called Bourgs, fish-like entities that are highly carnivorous. On land, A furless mammilian cat called the Skiirat patrols the region. Any other kinds of life are unknown, due to the constant acid rain preventing safe exploration.

Description: Tall, insectoid humanoids, around 6 feet tall, though their backs are usually hunched over. They are digitigrade leg structure, and one of their arms is a natural scythe. The other arm is more humanoid, but tends to be outfitted with a cannon of sorts ontop. Their bodies are usually covered in a meallic suit, and their heads are sleak, 4-eyed, and have pincer-like mouths.
Diet: Space Pirates are omnivorous, and can eat a variety of foods. Their main food source, however, is flesh, making them slightly more carnivorous.
Armament: Space Pirates tend to be equipped with powerful plasma cannons on their more normal hand, while their scythe hand can puncture through steel. Their suits are acid-resistant, and also very durable to most blunt force.
Natural Abilities: They are agile creatures, capable of latching onto the sides of walls and ceiling with their scythe hands, and their physcial strength is 5x that of a similarly-sized human. However, their mentality is like that of an bee's,naturally taking orders from the higher ups...
History: The space Pirates are not from Urtraghus, but are from a diffrent planet, one that was wiped out in a freak accident. They came to this planet to set up a base of operations for themselves, a new home of sorts, to recover and regain their strength... to begin the foundations of a new empire.
Name: Goriots
Description: Hulking reptilian monstrosities, the Goriots were the dominant species on the planet before the Space Pirates arrived. Reaching heights of 50 feet, and weighing up to 14 tonnes, they were living monoliths of scales and flesh, with silverish blue scales, and a pale underside. They had relatively short tails dragging behind their upright posture, and their head was adorned with three red eyes and a frill on the back. They had three front claws on each hand; Two finger claws, and a "thumb" claw, and a triple row of spikes jetting out the belly.
Diet: The Goriots were primarily carnivorous, being ambush hunters that blended in with their environment until the right momen tto strike.
Armament: The claws on their hands are sharp, capable of slicing through the hardest metals. The belly spikes can be launched, and can be regenerated back in a matter of hours.
Natural Abilities: The Goriots have a limited regenerative ability that allows them to regrow lost limbs within a matter of hours, as well as tough scales that can withstand being pierced by most weapons. THey are very intelligent, and capable of speech.
History: Once, they were the dominant species on the planet Urtraghus, and they had their own civilization. Then, the Space Pirates came and attacked. The Goriots fought fiercely, but they lacked the advanced weaponry the Space Pirates had... and they lost. The entire race was enslaved, and their civilization came to an end... except for one individual, who rose up in the ranks to become the new leader of the Space Pirates, since their old one was killed in the struggle...

Technology Level: Very high. Like in the case of the planet below, the space station is protected by a shield to prevent asteroid impacts, as well as mounted lasers and a hyperdrive system. Here is where the various Space Pirates are housed, trained, and set off to conquer. Boarding bays allow for friendly ships to come in and dock.

Philosophy: "Obey the orders of High Command without question. Further our goal of galactic domination by any means necessary. Any traitors will be shot on sight. Any questioners will be silenced. All are inferior before our power. Take what you want and leave behind no survivors. Have fun, boys."

Description: Helies is an unusually large and powerful specimen of his species, towering at 60 feet in height. His scales are a dulled silver in color, and numerous scars run across his face and hide, scars of his long campaign.
Unique Traits: Helies is a crafty, ruthless tyrant who has complete control over the Space Pirates. Also a complete slob who rarely leaves his throne on the Euripedes. He is best described as Faux Affibly Evil, putting on an almost gentle, noble air around him, concealing the monster beneath to those unaware of the true situation... Only those closest to him know of his true nature, and not even his own race knows he is in charge of the Space Pirates... He is also capable of unleashing a stream of highly intense fire from his mouth, due to experimentation done upon himself upon taking the throne.
Tech: Aside from a communication device installed into his throne to allow him to communicate with all the captains of the Space Pirate Fleet... none at all.
Homeworld: Urtraghus.
Bio: At one time, he was but a normal member of his species, abit one with an unusual ambition. While the rest of his kind were content with living relatively peaceful lives, he desired more, to lord over entire lands. When the SPace Pirates came and took over the planet, he saw potential in them, and staged an uprising, which drew their attention to him. He was enlisted as a commander while the rest of his race suffered, but he rose up in the ranks, and replaced the old Space Pirate leader, so that now, he is in complete command. He regards his own kind as worthless pacifists, and let them stay slaves, and that has been the case for the past 60 years...

Pirate Carriers: The main brand of spaceships used, the Carriers are bulbous in shape, and quite large. They are build for speed and carrying back loot. THey come equipped with cloaking devices, plasma launchers that fire concentrated bolts of plasma at enemy ships, and launch pods that can attach to the sides of enemy craft, allowing the troops inside to board the vessel.
Pirate Fighters: Much smaller, the fighters can move at reasonably fast speed, and come with increased maneuverability. They are two-manned craft, with the front driver/shooter, and the back shooter. The front has twin plasma launchers that can fire at a rate of up to 10 bolts per second, while on the back, is an aimable plasma turret that fires twice as fast.
Pirate Frigates: Measuring several miles in length, the Pirate Frigates are the least common, but the largest ships in use by the Space Pirates, numbering a dozen. These ships are slow, but very bulky, moreso than the carriers. It is from these ships that the fighters are launched from in droves, and they are also gifted with cloaking devices and 4 retractable plasma turrets.
Hogethian Destroyer: Unlike the previous ships, this one was based on a ship captured and stolen by he pirates decades ago. Now it is the msot fearsome kind of ship in their fleet, equipped with it's own shield generator. In terms of size, they almost reach the frigates, but are much more streamline, faster, and pack more power, with a Mass Accelerator Cannon, or MAC, stationed on the front. This MAC fires a massive slug at high speeds, usually with enough power to punch through most shielding. This weapon takes time to recharge, allowing for the 6 other plasma turrets to concentrate fire. There are 25 of these in use currently...
