Cass gigglecd a little, Well then lets not keep the fun waiting. She began to pace ahead of Thanatos and began pulling him along instead of the other way around.

Dreig sensed something approaching as he leapt to his feet holdign the tree branch and whipping out his switchblade, looking left and right, not even considering that the source was above him. Come out of hiding, face me!

Thanatos smiled brightly and followed Cass. This is probably the best night on my life! he said.

Diana covered her mouth to keep herself from laughing. She slowly and quietly landed behind him and lightly tapped him on the shoulder...

[Zephyr]

Holysh*t, Dreig yelled putting the word together into one syllable. He leaped forwards and turned around pointing the blade at the vamp. What do you want!

[Shade]

Diana covered her mouth to hide her smile. "I was answering your request," she said calmly. "Sheesh, you really are a stick in the mud."

[Zephyr]

Yeah your hilarious, seriously waht do you want, and dont think i dont recognize you, you and the otehr guy were hanging around listening in on me and the bloodsucking *****. Dreig didnt lower his weapons.

[Shade]

"Said bloodsucker is one of my best friends and the guy was more acquaintance than friend," she said. "Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that your friends are in better hands than they would've been," she said.

[Zephyr]

What are you talking about? Dreig really was clueless as to what this vamp meant by that but he wanted to find out.

[Shade]

"Just the fact that most vamps, would suck 'em dry and wouldn't give it a second thought," Diana said. "My friends don't do that, they take what they need and leave them alive and they don't even make it painful, either that or they'd just leave them be, dance with them tonight, have a few dates and never taste their blood," she said.

[Zephyr]

Yeah great that really helps, Dreig said sarcastically as eh sat down on the dedge of the roof. So is whose gonna have the guts to protect them when a vapire coems around who will want to suck them dry?

Jack stopped on the dancefloor and began tapping his foot trying to get the rythm of the song to sink in, he could never get it rightoff the bat and it would take a couple seconds.

Cass on the other hand started swaying to the beat still holding onto Thanatos with one hand.

Diana smiled. "The good thing about being in any vampire's territory is that if he or she favors you it will protect you," she said. "That's exactly what Nyx did or does," she said as she sat down where she stood.

Thanatos smiled and spun Cass around. "And you said you weren't much of a dancer," he said sarcastically.

Nyx watched Jack and smiled. "Need to let the beat sink in?" she asked still swaying to the music.

What about you huh? I can tell your not like her.

Cass smiled, What... cant you tell, she stopped and stayed silent as she danced, Im way off beat.

Jack smiled, If i can get the beginning i can figure out the rest. His foot tapping stopped and he start off with slow movements slowing rising up to the rythm of the music, almost perfectly in snyc.

Thanatos raised an eyebrow. "I wouldn't say that," he said.

Nyx smiled and kept on swaying. "Well, besides that, you're a pretty good dancer," she said.

Diana bit her lip. "I don't have territories and I don't have favorites, but I will protect the ones I consider friends," she said. "But I am the same in the way I feed, I take what I need and I leave them alive," she said. "I never get into relationships with my..." she trailed off trying to search for a good word.

Thats sweet, but im right arent I, Cass said with a grin.

Thanks, you are to. Jack smiled. His gaze unintentionally started to drift down a little from Nyx's eyes.

Prey? Dreig said with a raise of his eyebrow.

[Shade]

"I was trying to find a gentler word, but okay," Diana said. "What about you, I know you're not human, no one has that kind of hair unless they have some demon blood in them," she said.

"Just by a little bit," Thanatos teased.

Nyx smiled as she saw Jack's eyes drift down. "Ya know you're pretty cool, for a guy who can't dance," she teased.

Dhampir, Dreig said without another word as he slid off the edge and dropped to the sidewalk below.

Cass laughed as she put her head against Thanatos's chest, and lwoering it to a chuckle.

Oh really well let me tell you, Jack pause, ... yeah i got nothing, he said with a chuckle.

[Shade]

Thanatos smiled and wrapped his arms around her as a slow song started to play. How convenient! he thought.

Nyx laughed as she put her arms around Jack's neck and layed her head on his chest. "And funny," she said.

Diana's eyebrows went up as she flapped down to the sidewalk. "So you're almost like us, why do you hate us?" she asked.

[Zephyr]

Exactly, because im almost like you, because my dam father was a vampire killed who my mother and sisters in a blood rage and chased me out of my home at 10 years old. Yeah vampires are a great bunch to hang around. He gave a sarcastic thumbs up and began walking down the street.

[Shade]

Diana gave Dreig a sympathetic look. "I can understand that," she said. "But just because you've had some bad luck with vampires does not mean that all vamps are like that," she said walking just behind him.

[Zephyr]

Yeah well im not so good with taking chances, hell i dont even know why im trusting you. I dotn know why Cass and Jack trust your friends. He sighed and looked the other way avoiding eye contact.

Diana shrugged. "I give off that kind of aura," she said. "Nyx I think only gives off an appealing aura and Thanatos he just gives off a calming aura." She looked at Dreig with a stern expression. "And believe me we all live up to the auras we give off," she said.
