Night was falling, Neltharion still wasnt back. Stimeak reared up and his jaws split open unleashing a booming roar. It echoed for miles in all directions. Unsettleing snow causeing small avalancehes. Birds fleaing their roasts, that is, except the ones living on the frozen spire, they knew it was safer to remain where they were. Finally he let the roar subside. He Climbed up onto a snowly ledge to see if Neltharion would answer.

Garroth watched as Tranquillus looked down at a small dead plant and then gazed at it to see it regrow into a full healthy grass. She then turned and saw Garroth stand beside her. "Indeed, the Gold Dragons have magic to rejuvinate even the weakest form of life. We Earth Dragons can regrow plants but bring things like other dragons back to life, no. Still, I have always been fascinated by a Gold Dragon's abilities." He said through a mind talk. Tranquillus looked to him with a hint of a smile "Sir Garroth, I am impressed that you would look at my magic that I just showed as a masterpiece. You do respect me a lot." She said as her mind talked back in a voice that made Garroth feel alive on the inside. The two dragons looked out into the sunset and Tranquillus spoke again.
"I am sorry for Sarcus, Borgus I understand was very affectionate for her."
"Yes, love is a powerful force to be reckoned with but not something like a weapon. In some ways it is but it can work on anyone, anyone who values life. Though I have had no experience in terms of love or romance for that matter, my guess is it is a feeling to be positive about. One time, Sarcus nuzzled Borgus and he went all innocent for about a week on end. I had not seen the two look so happy."
Tranquillus made a chuckle noise in her throat.
"That was because Garroth, Borgus was in love. I think that now Sarcus is gone, he feels destroyed on the inside. I know that feeling deeply affectionate for someone makes you extremely happy, like as if someone stabbed with a sword but it was meant to feel wonderful, not hurt you but meant to make you feel good. Like as if you died but were reborn a new person."
Garroth made a sigh.
"I will have a chat to Borgus later to see if he is coping. For now I must work on my magic abilities as should you. Just because we are out here does not mean we can relax, it's going to be tough. Anyway if you need me I shall be off practicing magic nearby and combat."
"Yes sir Garroth. But seeing as you are Lance Commander, may I have permission to train with you?"
Garroth smiled as he walked off and turned around after she had said that through his mind.
"You may Tanquillus, I would enjoy the company of a female." He replied with a deep but gentle voice through her mind.
Tranquillus seemed to grin a bit before following Garroth as they walked past a group of trees on the clifface before going into a more open part where there was a nice smooth area of dirt. Garroth then turned to Tranquillus.
"Seeing as I am unfamiliar with how Gold Dragons fight, let's have a sparring match. Earth versus Light. Sound good?"
Tranquillus seemed to grin even more.
"Request granted, Lance Commander. But I doubt you have a chance." Said Tranquillus with a teasing voice in Garroth's mind.
Garroth knew she was playing with him.
"We'll see about that. I heard Gold Dragons were about as sloppy as Silver Dragons." He said back to her mind with just as much teasing intent.
Tranquillus stood at one end of the smooth dirt and Garroth at the other end and the two got ready to sparr....

"The Silver Alariel Gem...it's calling to you, Mortus. it needs a mighty holder. it needs YOU. aaaaanssssssssswer it's caaaaaaaaaaall...Go and get iiiiiiiiiit!" said a voice in his head as he slept. "wiiiith it's power....you could crush the Demons...and then the indusstrialists...and become the Ruler of the land...take the place of the ancient King Delmorssa...become all powerful!". "It is my destiny....to rule the land...to control all nations...to end the wars....under my rule...Master of the Land" his mind responded...

Valroz stood triumphant in the Wastelands over his victory with the dragons. He had retreated, but had put the Green Dragons in their place. Even if they came after him--and he knew they would--he was on his home turf, and any attackers would suffer an even worse fate than before.

Garroth knew the area they were in was not in the Demonic Empire or Industrialists territory and that the huge wasteland was because of a Dragon War from a long time ago. Garroth and Tranquillus stood on the clifface, prepared to battle. Chronos entered his mind.
"Garroth, when you finish this fight there is something I have to tell you, but I will wait. This battle could be very entertaining."
Garroth then let out a roar and so did Tranquillus as the two flew at each other and collided. The battle had begun....

Stimeak curled up on the snowy ledge, relaxing. He couldnt smell or hear any enemies about. and it was unlikely that they would show up in the first place. But he still couldnt help but feel un-easy. He didnt know much about what was happening in the world. He decided that maybe tomorrow he would venture back into Silver dragon territory, search out one of his freinds. He would go see Shimmerwing, but last he heard the royal dragon was one of Drionachs honour garud. He thought back to Allirya, she had been one of his best freinds, but he didn't know where she was. The only freinds he knew at the moment were dragons he had fought alongside when the industrialists had come. They all trusted him and with todays state of events would never turn their back on him. He sighed as memories of his past came flooding in...

Mortus awoke from his dream. the sun was showing on the horizon. it was morning. early morning. he walked towards the entrance to the Cavern his family called home. "Silver....it's mine" he muttered as he spread his wings. Fieras saw him. he usually only left the cave with her in his company, so as to teach her everything she would need to know. seeing him leave without her was something of a shock to her. she got up, but was held back. she looked back and saw her mother, who growled "Let him go. i have a feeling he doesn't want you to follow". Fieras nodded, but felt uncomfortable. she sat down, and rested again, as it was early by her standards. if it had not been the shifting of her Father's massive scaley body, she wouldn't have awoken at all...

Mortus was flying towards the source, the Gem egging him on, telling him of the power he could achieve. of what he could do with it, Mortus now being entirely under the Gem's control. soon, the Frozen Spire was in sight. it was still several kilometers away, but he could see it as clearly as if it was no more than a few feet ahead...

Garroth and Tranquillus flew at one another and then flew straight pass before swerving around and then landing. Garroth got up on two legs and started slashing away at Tranquillus who blocked with her claws crisscrossed across her chest. Tranquillus then rammed Garroth, sending him flipping over her. Garroth quickly got his feet beneath him and landed safely. He swerved around threw his tail down on Tranquillus who grabbed it with her claws and flipped him over, making hit the ground. He got up and now Tranquillus was on attacking now and she began to kick Garroth who tripped her up with his tail as he used it to swipe underneath her. Garroth then got on all fours and retreated back a few metres before casting his magic which was Earth Fury, causing rocks to fall from the sky. He brought his claws to his chest and then out as green light shone from his claws. The ground shook as boulders from a distance away flew down at the area and at Tranquillus. Tranquillus then rose up into the sky and got ready to cast an ability of her own...

When Stimeak woke, he was still on the ledge. The sun shineing down on him. Though it provided little warmth to anything up here on the frozen Spire. All the mountain dewlers were used to the cold though. Stimeak had swam below the ice in frozen lakes a few times. However whenever vistors arrived they were always freezing. The Frozen spire was one of the coldest mountains in the region. He raised his head off the ground and shook it knocking off the snow which had settled on it. Smileing, he admired the beauty of the morning sun spilling over the clouds below and above him.

Orion woke up and was suprised to find that Serenity was sleeping next to him. He watched the mare with confusion in his eyes, and also noticed that his sister was sleeping on the other side of him and let out a cross between a soft nicker and a yawn. The black unicorn carefully stood up, not wanting to wake the two females and walked away from them to the tree that he rested under the day before. Many thoughts went through his head as he went over what happened yesterday. It was true that many things did happen. He finally found the other unicorns, and a home, but with that finding also meant that he would probably not see Damarian again, or that his visits to the elf would not be often...

Suddenly, Tranquillus claws glowed the same as Garroth's as a group a Golden orbs came up and flew across at the boulders Garroth had sent. The orbs exploded with a flash of bright light. Garroth covered his head behind his wings as they came out to protect his eyes. He knew then that Tanquillus was certainly better at magic. Garroth threw back his wings before taking flight. He noticed suddenly that a flame just past him, it was golden. He looked forward to see more and more flames shooting at him. Quickly Garroth swerved back and forth in the air, he did not want experience what a divine flame felt like, and then spun around in a barrel roll to get over another flame. He stopped and right before he could attack a flame crashed into his head. Garroth roared in pain as his head burned with pain, he coughed and gagged as he realized his head was smoking. Scars were all over his face. He guessed it was not too powerful or it would've knocked the wind out of him. He saw another flame coming and this time retaliated by roaring and out from his maw came a massive green flame of acid. It struck the golden flame and caused it to disintergrate, but that did not stop the acid flame from moving on, Tranquillus took to dodging as she tried to fly around and desperately evade Garroth as he continued to control his flame as it tried to incinerate Tranquillus. Eventually he stopped and unleashed several Acid Fireballs at Tranquillus. Tranquillus dodged 6 but the seventh struck her in the back and acid burned her skin. She roared in pain and descended to the ground smoking from her wings and scales. Garroth knew then she was really hurt and descended also and landed down on the ground. They were back on the cliff. Garroth ran on two feet over to Tranquillus who was recovering from the onslaught. "Are you alright?" He said through her mind. Tranquillus was busy moaning a bit from the pain and gave Garroth an angry growl as he approached. Garroth knew then he had gone too hard on her. He did not want her to be angry. Garroth could feel his wounds regenerating on his face, the scars and burns disappearing. Then Tranquillus glowed, Garroth watched as a golden light surrounded her and then saw the wounds disappear, like there was nothing there before. Tranquillus then smiled, "I am well, you forget that we Gold Dragons know healing. That was a very good fight, I am impressed Garroth. But what I was hoping is to see that Alerial Gem of yours used, you have yet to master the gem but besides that, your combat is excellant. We must sparr again later Commander." She replied into his mind. Garroth smiled before nodding and the two looked out to see the that nightfall had arrived but it was almost pitch black due to the enormous cloud of smoke in the sky...

Mortus arrived at the Frozen Spire, blinded by greed. he was following the pulse of the Silver Alariel Gem. he was led to the sight of a Silver/White Dragon of Imperial size, resting on a ledge near the peak...

Stimeak was half asleep on his ledge. Suddenly his gem seemed to call to him and will him to look around. He turned to look over his shoulder and he froze. He was looking at a Red Imperial dragon. What was a Red dragon doing here? but that wasnt what worried him the most. His yellow eyes narrowed focusing on the red gem around its neck. He reared up, snow falling off his back and wings. Unfolding his wings out to their full length he released a booming roar that echoed across the mountains

Mortus took the challenge and roared, matching the other Dragon's. by the looks of it, it was relatively young. a whelp....a WHELP has the Silver Alariel Gem?! this will be TOO easy thought Mortus as he dove forward, a massive fireball flying towards the dragon's chest, hitting it's mark and knocking it off of it's ledge as he dove forward, smoke billowing from his nostrils and his gem glowing brightly...

Stimeak was blown back by the fire ball, his chest being scroched. He roared in pain and his wings started beating, keeping him in the air. His eyes seemed to take on a blue glow as he filled with rage. He pooled his mana into his gem and instantly it sent it back establishing a connection keeping his body on full strength. Instantly the sky above them started shifting as Stimeak took control over it. He Claped his clawed hands together and pulled them apart revealing a blue orb of mana in one fist. He wound up his arm. A spiral trail of blue mana swirled around his hand. Before entering his fist. Suddenly he lunched foreward. A bright white and blue bolt of lightning blasted out've his palm into the red dragons chest. The bolt would be alot more powerful than it looked. An old technique that he had learnt a long time ago, channeling the lightning from an entire cloud into his fist before realeaseing it.

Mortus' eys widened as the bolt hit him, sending a jolt of pain through his body as he was blasted back. he spread his wings, stopping him, and began to beat them again, steam coming up from his body, a scorch mark on his chest from the blast. It appears the Whelp has been playing with the gem for a bit too long. time to take it's toy from it he thought, as his clawed hands began to glow yellow. he drew his arms back, bringing them to either side of him, and then swung them into a long clap, which was followed by two massive fireballs hitting the dragon on either side...

Stimeak screeched in pain as the fire balls burned his wings. He dived down wards gaining speed. His eyes glowed powerfully as he started to conjurea storm. Clouds rolled in blocking him from sight while a blizzard suddenly sweapt in pounding into the red dragon. Stimeak rolled onto his side and started building a star bolt. The ice shard in his hand grew while lightning started to swirl around it. When it was done, he flung it at the red dragon. With a loud crack it blasted towards it and exploded sending razor sharp shards of ice in all directions...

Mortus snarled in pain as he was hit by what felt like a million razor sharp spears. he dove in through the clouds as fast as he could, regaining sight of his opponent, and summoned a Fire Pillar, which hit the Dragon from above...

Neltharion burst out of the trees below, flying up behind this new dragon, knowing it was an enemy for attacking his mentor. He opened his maw to unleash a stream of black fire, the flame hitting the dragon's back. Neltharion flew back, knowing he couldn't do much to the dragon, but needed to help Stimeak.

Stimeak roared in pain as the beam engulfed him, holes appearing in his wings. The beam stopped suddenly when the red dragons conintration was broken by Neltharion attacking it. Stimeak could worry about what Neltharion was doing latter now, he had to take advantage of the situation. With a few beats of his wings he was barreling towards the red dragon. He crashed tinto it, Talons flashing through the air slashing it. He snaked his head over and bit it just where the wing bone attached to its body, hopeing to cripple it. mana pumped into his hands, his calws glittering brightly freezing the Red dragons scales on contact trying to soften it up...
