"Probably not someone you know. he's some old Vampire lord whose been around since medival times. his name's Dariel Zerenski. he's among the 5 most powerful Vampires currently known on the planet. Where among those 5 he ranks, i don't know. i just know that the top two are, as amusing as it sounds, Dracula and Kagan. the Vampire brothers that started all this. the start of a new breed of human beings that have maintained their secrecy for hundreds of years, becoming bold these days by the ease of hiding in the shadows in the big cities. it seems each of those 5 have some kind of plan to twist the world to their will. I WAS out to stop them, but, as i said, i'm currently out of commission until i can get ahold of some replacement gear for my old HQ, which now, interestingly enough, is nothing more than a gargantuan pile of scrap metal and ash thanks to a very carefully positioned load of explosives. hell, i even lost my cars. weapons, cars, massive databases. everything i had on Zerenski and the others, gone just like that. the only good side is that they think i'm dead too, so i don't have to worry about even more problems" he said. as they were leaving the exposure of the city streets, Drake pulled out his Magnum and began examining it. it had an extended barrel for increased accuracy, ballasts in the grip to make it easier to handle, with less recoil, and it had several different kinds of ammo, from simple killing bullets you could find in any weapons shop, to UV bullets, to Silver ammunition. he even had tranqs and poison darts if he needed them. examining the engraved tribal flame patterns extending from the tip of the barrel back to the 12-shot barrel-clip, a vampire skull and cross bones sign engraved in the metal below it, by the trigger, with Drake Romero engraved in cursive writing underneath it. "This is my only surviving gun. it's no joke, but still, it's not the best i had" he said, eying his weapon as he walked...

"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"
