Mortus snarled in annoyance as something strange hit him from behind. his beam had stopped as he sent i fireball flying right for the Black Dragon, and was then knocked back when the other dragon attacked him. his eyes flashed yellow for a moment, and a Pyro Beam emerged from his mouth, firing right in the Dragon's face, trying to get it off, as a chunk of his armour had been softened slightly and his wing began to ache....

Neltharion snarled, thrusting his hands forward, snow flying up from the ground, freezing in place. The fireball seemed to stop, but soon broke through the barrier, Neltharion bellowing, dropping down away from the it, narrowly avoiding the searing heat. He flew forward, another stream of black fire erupting from his maw, striking the back of the dragon, trying his best not to harm his mentor.

Stimeak roared in pain as he was blasted back by the pyro beam, the heat scaring his jaw. Using his momentum he spun rapidly, his tail slamming into the red Dragons head. Still continuing the motion he slung a ball of lightning into the stuned red Dragon.

Mortus felt himself blasted back and hitting something small as he flew back from a double hit from the Silver/White Dragon. he spread his wings to slow his descent, and beat his wings hard while swinging his tail back, flying upwards and walloping whatever it was behind him in the face with a spiny tail. he summoned a fire storm over the Dragon, hitting it from above with thousands of human sized fireballs...

Neltharion bellowed, falling towards the ground, blood appearing in his gaze. He managed to slow his fall with his wings, slamming into the ground, looking up at the Red Dragon. Neltharion's hands began to glow, huge ice spears forming out of the snow. He grabbed the first, hurling it at the dragon, striking him in the back. Neltharion repeated this with the other spears, glaring at the Red Dragon, lifting back into the air.

Mortus felt something hit him. It's that accursed Black Dragon. BURN IT! yelled a voice in his mind, the Gem glowing brightly. a massive fireball began to swirl as it formed around Mortus' hand and he sent it flying for the Dragon whelp. the result would be interesting. he launched another at the White/Silver Dragon...

Stimeak spun in the air outv'e the fireballs original path and then flung a shard of ice into it, instantly the fireballexploded into tiny peices of ice.
Stimeak winced and brought his hands close together, glowing with mana. Suddenly he wrencehd them apart sendign out a pluse. In its wake, the raining fireballs instantly froze turning to ice. An evil smile spread across his face as he lunged both fists foreward. Whirlwind force winds sped past him catching the iced fire balls and rammed into the red dragon. While the Red Dragon was dealing iwth this attack, Stimeak started working furiously, flicking his claws in the air. Slowly, far away in the sky, two snowflakes formed together. Quickly the process repeated soon a massive meteor of snow was plumiting through the sky towards the attacker...

Neltharion swung his hands up, a shield of Ice appearing infront of him, the fireball still hurtling toward him. The fireball struck the shield, revealing nothing but melted snow and ice, Neltharion seemingly gone.

Mortus unleashed a massive blume of fire that melt the ice missiles, destroying them. he could se something huge flying towards him. he tried to make a shield to stop the massive ice ball that was flying towards him, but he couldn't draw the mana properly, and instead of a shield, a fireball flew towards the ball of ice, barely scathing it because of it's size. the Dragon was knocked out of the sky as the meteor of ice hit him hard, slamming his wing into a spike below that penetrated the thick leathery membrane. a booming roar of pain came from the Dragon as he stood, a large hole in his wing. he snarled and his body lit up in flames, and he beat his wings hard, rising up through the sky, any and all ice near him melting instantly...

Stimeak stared at the flameing dragon. He snarled and powered upwards. He cross chop motion with his hands and a tornado suddenly whipped up below him. It was small, but powerful. It raced towards the Red dragon, stimeak pouring his mana into sustaining it

Mortus could see winds heading for him. he launched a fireball at it, the fuels keeping it lit. he then clapped his hands, and a thin beam of yellow light shot out between them and hit the fireball, making it explode, the burning fuel ignighting in larger size, lighting the tornado. he swung his hand aside, the tornado, now burning because of the rapidly expanding fuel, under his control it moved towards the Silver Dragon...

Stimeak snarled in annoyance at his spell being foiled. He brought a cloud of rain pouring down on top of the tornado, the rain lashing down englulfing it in steam. he was foucused on the rain too much to counter attack the red dragon so he just did his best to put out the tornado

Mortus made use of the Dragon's pre-occupation and let the Fire Tornado loose, as he unleashed a huge fireball at it. This Whelp has bitten off a little more than it can chew thought Mortus as he let the fireball, nearly his size, at the Dragon...

Orion sighed as he sat there, thinking about what he should do. He glanced over to his sister and Serenity, who were up by now and chatting with the other members of the herd. Hm, maybe I should introduce them to Damarian? No, no...it's probably too dangerous to visit him. There are humans, rangers in that damn forest, he thought, and trotted over to the two unicorns to see what they were discussing about.

Nova, Orion's sister went over to her brother's side and greeted him with a nuzzle. "Orion, it's so great to have you back," she whinnied as she half reared, showing her excitement for her brother's return to the herd.

Orion smiled warmly at his sister. "Yes, yes, I know," he murmured and nudged her. "Enough of that kind of talk though..." He trailed off in thought before continuing further. "How have you been doing?" He was interested to hear what his sister had been up to.

"Um....really nothing much, I was just so worried about you.." She beamed at Orion and pranced around. "Anyway, do you want to play a game? Or maybe we could-"

He looked at her sternly and shook his head. "No, not today. Look, Nova...I think I am just going to take a walk, away from the herd for a little while."

She frowned. "A walk? B-b-but-"

"Nova, I need time to myself," and with that, the black unicorn started to walk away from his sister and away from the herd...

It was morning in the wastelands. The smog cloud still hung above the enormous plateau. Garroth and his team along with Tranquillus had eaten and filled up and were flying across the barren wasteland towards the Water Dragon's territory.
"An acceptable battle from last night Garroth. But I would've been more impressed by the fact that if you had summoned the magic from your Alerial Gem Garroth." Hissed the deep booming voice of Chronos inside the mind of Garroth. Garroth who was annoyed at this spoke back."What is it you wanted to tell me Chronos?" He replied.
"Garroth, I forgot to tell you before that I am currently using my magic to watch over the lands and have come across something rather interesting. I have seen the Silver Alerial Gem, it is located at a place called 'The Frozen Spire', not far away from you."
"What can you tell us about this Frozen Spire then Lord Chronos?"
"The Frozen Spire is located in the mountains, it is a large tower that is very high with ice covering it to from its foot to its summit. A forbidden place especially to your kind Garroth. Here, I can see a battle between a mature Silver Dragon and an ancient Red Imperial Dragon. Both are many times your age Garroth. I would strongly advise that you stay well clear of the Frozen Spire for now. Otherwise your Alerial Gem will draw you towards the Silver Dragon who is in ownership of the Silver Alariel Gem. You must hurry and find the Water Alerial Gem. The Silver Dragon seems to have tapped into the Silver Gem's awesome power. You have yet to master the magic in yours. It would be suicide to try and fight this silver dragon. The Red Dragon uses his Alerial Gem aswell to, call forth powerful fire magic which I have only seen in the strongest of Imperial Fire Dragons. He would crush you swiftly as well. My advice is to continue on with your mission, you will know when you get close enough once you reach the territory of the Water Dragon's Territory. You will encounter an area where it is covered with water and nearby human settlements with their fisheries. Be cautioned, though they may not be hostile to us, if you behave unkindly, they will lash out with their force. They can cause tidal waves and their dragon breath is of hydrogen, not very pleasant. At least you are not a Red Dragon or it would be much worse. Good luck Garroth." Said Chronos before Garroth got the sensation that something had left his mind. He was glad that they knew where the Silver Gem was but still he needed to master his own power of his gem first.

It wasn't long before Garroth and the others were out of the Plateau and gigantic cloud of smoke which lay in the distance and back out into clear blue sky. Here they were starting to fly over small plants, Garroth knew this was good. Eventually they noticed more and more plants and forms of small wildlife like Lizards, Snakes including Dragon Lizards which were lizads but had wings like dragons and could fly. They were small and no threat to dragons but preyed on flies. Unlike dragons though, they had no form of fire breath. Eventually they noticed Dragon Lizards and strange birds fly past them over a large hill with sand. Garroth could sense they were near water and sure enough, the group ascended up and over the sand dune to a huge expanse of water. It was an enormous lake and here there was a large beachside surrounding it. Human settlement with their boats and houses were set up around the place. Nearby there was a small town. Garroth guessed that it would be best to leave the humans be for the moment. Chronos had told them of the grudge humans had on dragons, especially Sea Dragons. Garroth and the others took landing on the beach...

Stimeak forze at the sight of the huge fireball. Instincts took over and he reached out clapping his hands together. Insantly three clouds slammed into the fireball turning straight to steam. He folded his wings in and took what was left of the firey orb. After the hit he unfloded his wings and beat them despreately. He roared in pain as his the heat surged through his body. He started healing individual parts of his structure only keeping the vital parts fully healed. As soon as he was able, he dived down lower, flying in a circle around the red dragon. He suddenly started blasting bolts of lightning from his hands as he circled round, sending low powered fast strikes trying to wear the beast down...

Neltharion burst from the trees, having escaped from the Red Dragon's attack, a small burn wound the only damage. He flew up behind the red dragon, thrusting his hands forward. Neltharion concentrated on the behemouth's only good wing, using what little knowledge he had of death magic to sever the muscle. After a few moments, the spell had done its damage, the red dragon having no way to stay in the air. Neltharion didn't stop, thrusting his hands up, an enourmous amount of snow flying up from the ground at the red dragon. As the snow struck the falling dragon, Neltharion starting flying toward the ground. The black dragon moaned before plumitting to the ground, sliding a short distance across the earth, out cold.

Mortus hit the ground hard, his flaming form melting into the snow until he was half concealed by it. he stood, the flames extinguished, and his wings incapable of lifting him. standing on his hind legs, yellow energy started to collect around his hands, before being unleashed in the form of a owerful yellow beam, flying right for the Silver Dragon. Mortus doubted he was going to live through this, but he wanted to make sure he took his opponent along with him...in the most excruciatingly painful way possible...

Stimeak dived down towards the fallen dragon, he spun round takeing the beam on his back. Suddenly he screeched in pain as the beam burned into his back blazeing through his scales. He started healing the burns and rips in his wings as they came, Screaming in pain as his flesh knitted together. He cleanched his teeth and spun to the side out of the beams path, and roared as he spun yet again. A flash of light blasted from his palm as a huge spear of ice sped foreward, rideing a bolt of lightning, into the red dragon. The spear imapled the dragons shoulder blowing it to his feet and nailing it to the ground, the spear having been lodged half way with its tip sticking out of its back. Not giving the Dragon time to recover he slamed onto the dragons chest, digging in with his claws. He raised one claw into the air, aiming it at the dragons neck. Ice started forming at the top of it extending his claws and melding them together as a single spear. Ice spread from his other hand frezzing the dragons chest. As the ice formed on his raised claw he snarled "Any last words, Emperor?" having seen its Gem.....

Mortus felt a twang of pain in his chest, as he began to cough up blood as well as the occasional extremely hot liquid. he looked into the Silver Dragon's eyes and grinned, as he snarled "I hope you like heat". he then started laughing, the old aged Dragon's voice deep and booming, as his body rapidly heated up, lighting on fire and turning white, before making an extremely loud roar, finally exploding into a massive plume of fire, nothing remaining but his skull, the Silver dragon having been sent fying into the mountain from the blast....
