Amani ignored Kubwa, and growled to Lusa, "how about I take you for a ride in here? You can ride on my back if you want to," as she went under, going after a fish. She came back up soon after, a fish in her mouth, dropping it infront of Lusa. "Here you go," she rumbled, waiting for the wolf pup's response...

Uzuri tried not to laugh; she really did. But the sight was just so ridiculous that she had to. Lusa made no attempt to even hide her mirth and openly cracked up, falling over. Her whole body was shaking, she was laughing so hard. Even Night chuckled at the sight.

the fish's tail stuck out again for a moment, Kubwa looking down, his eyes almost crossing as he looked at the tail, sucking it back in again and swallowing. "These swimming....things....are feisty" growled Kubwa, his soaking fur and the way the long strands of fur extending from his brow and whiskers stood, seemed to make his face look sad, his wide eyes seeming startled, though with the furry frame surrounding them gave off the impression he was sad, adding to the comical picture of the soaking wet lion. "Have to....admit they....taste good though" growled Nguvu between chuckles, trying to regain his breath...

Lusa was almost gasping for breath in between fits of giggles as she replayed the scene over and over in her mind. "I...I think...I'm gonna...die," she choked out. "You've killed me."

Amani nudged the wolf pup infront of her, growling, "well, Lusa. Do you want to go on a ride in this lake or not?" She went back under the cool water soon afterwards, swimming around Kubwa like a shark, before pouncing onto his back while the both were in the water, ambushing him like she was attacking him, pulling the two under.

Kubwa's eyes widened as he fell into the water, twisting around and nipping Amani playfully on one ear as he pushed at her stomach with his hind legs, raising his head for a moment to get a breath of air before continuing his little water wrestling game with the female, Nguvu chuckling. "Looks like Amani's wish might be on it's way to coming true" he whispered to Uzuri while the two lions were underwater...

"I hope you're right," Uzuri murmured, giving Lusa a nudge as the little pup began to calm down.

Amani's mouth opened in suprise from Kubwa playing with her, bubbles escaping her mouth, as she shoved the lion off of her to swim up for some air, before going back down, batting Kubwa's flanks with her paws. She tried nipping him on the ear aswell, only to fail in the attempt, and just continued on with batting him on the flanks, a small smile being shown on her face as she did so.

Kubwa seemed to curl around the lioness, practically walking around along her flanks until he was behind her, nipping her neck and ear, poking her in the sides as he did so, Nguvu chuckling as he watched. "And there i was thinking that Kubwa was too bulky to be quick" he growled...

Amani quickly spun around in the water, bubbles escaping her nearly closed mouth, making her seemingly chuckle, as she swam over Kubwa, going behind him, starting to nip and lightly pull at his mane, still batting him in the flank as she did so. a larger smile was shown on her mouth as she bit down on a mouthful of Kubwa's mane, and started pulling on it playfully, poking him with the tips of her paws in his sides, nearly laughing under the surface of the pool of water as she did so.

Kubwa rose his head to the surface as high as he could, taking another breath, before going under, rolling over Amani, his tail breeching the surface for a second before going onder as he ended up behind Amani again, his front paws batting at her flanks as he nipped her neck and ear, before dragging her to the surface, his mane coming down into his eyes again, the lion snickering in amusement, Nguvu watching from the edge of the lake with a smirk...

As Amani rose to the surface, she took a deep breath of air, before quickly swimming off, turning the wrestling game her and Kubwa were having into a chase. She growled, "catch me if you can, Kubwa!" as she sped off in the water, going under soon after, trying to find a place to rest for a moment while she was still in the pool, without having to leave it, as she waiting for Kubwa.

Kubwa took a few deep breaths to make up for the time under water, before swimming after Amani again. Nguvu meanwhile had left the edge of the lake and neared the gazelle, hungry...

Amani swam as fast as she could under the surface of the pool, nearing the river. As she reached it, however, she suddenly shot up to the surface of the water, exposing herself to Kubwa, so she could get a few breaths of air. Once she finished getting some air, she dove back under, and started swimming again, slowly exausting herself as she did so, an unsteady stream of air bubbles following close behind her as her mouth opened in the water, she herself trying to lap up some water while she swam...

Nguvu tore into the gazelle, ripping off a chunk of it and gulping it down, thinking about what would need to be done here, planning ahead. Kubwa meanwhile, happy he finally had some recognition in the group, swam after Amani, determined to keep on top of the situation, though his mane was weighing him down in the water...

Amani slowed down a little, trying to give Kubwa a better chance at getting to her, as she knew she was easily far enough away from him already. She went deeping into the river, soon reaching the bottom, the lioness started walking across the mucky surface, her paws getting stuck occasionally, as she continued along the ground. Soon, she kicked off the mud with all fours, and sprang up to the surface of the thinning river for some air, and noticed a fork in the river she hadn't noticed before, but remembered the tree that was blocking her sight from the smaller stream of water, and went along that path, her head just above the surface of the water for Kubwa to know where she was going, as she dove under soon after.

as Amani dove under again, Kubwa collided with her, wrapping his paws around her flanks to hold her in place, a smirk on his face as he looked at her, before swimming hard back to the surface. as he breached the surface and took a breath, he panted "Keep swimming towards the river and we'll end up drifting away from the others"...

"Ok, ok, you win. Let's go back," Amani growled, water rushing out of her mouth as she spoke, before starting to swim off again, heading back to way the two had come. Even though she was a strong swimmer, Amani had some difficulty getting back to the water fall, the water was pushing her back, but she managed to beat it, slowly reaching the waterfall and lake...

Kubwa swam up to the edge of the lake, heaving himself out of the water, shaking the water off before collapsing, breathing heavily. the swim had been exhausting, and he found himself almost completely out of energy. "I...need....to lose weight" he panted as he lay down, his tongue lolling out of his mouth to one side, though a happy grin seemed to have made a permanent home on his face, blissful, leaving him looking somewhat comical...

Amani slowly pulled herself out of the lake, panting. Swimming for a while had been exhausting for the lioness, and she soon shook the water out of her fur, and soon laid down next to Kubwa to rest, a happy smile easily shown on her face as she lay. "Why... don't we... do that again... later?" she growled to Kubwa, panting, before falling over onto her flank, tired...
