Where good and bad RPGs and E-wars go to die.

"Good luck getting it open, esse...i'll be waitin' here till you get back" said Jose with a chuckle. with the power out, the hydraulic assistance on the vault doors wouldn't be functioning, meaning that the several ton solid steel vault door would be almost completely unmovable...not to mention something like a bank would be literally crawling with zombies, and the air would be thick with the smell of death due to people, living or otherwise, who either starved to death or were eaten alive...a bank would be more of a hell hole than a haven...

"Yea..." Alec said, scratching his head. "I realized I had no money to deposite.." He managed to smirk, but then shook his head. "Charles? You have any suggestions?"

"...Like I said, we should stay here." Charles said, annoyed that his previous statement had no effect on their discussion...

Alec nodded and then walked back to his bed. "With no alternative, this police station is our best bet for survival, besides, Im sure we can hold a room off from zombies, all of us are well armed, though theres still room for improvement.." Alec glanced at Charles momentarilly, remembering his display with the 9mm the night before..

"Uh...ya...maybe there's a shooting range in this place too...though I guess that would cause unneeded attention." Charles corrected himself, wondering if carrying such a weapon was a good idea. He might give the weapon to Alec...seeing as he was a better shot, but he wasn't completely sure he wanted to part with the weapon...

"True...how do you do with melee weapons, holmes?" asked Jose as he looked at Charles, having holstered his handgun now and simply mulling various thoughts over in his head...

"Uh...I can hit stuff? That's about it..." Charles said, shrugging, remembering the mop he had carried and subsequently lost.

"What i mean is, do you know any kind of martial art or somethin'? maybe have a few street fights under your belt? something that could help you out in a fight?" he asked...

"Uhh...I was in medical school when the sh*t hit the fan, so no, I've never degraded myself with having a 'street fight'..." Charles replied, staring hard at the newcomer. What was this, high school? He didn't see any kind of added survival chances by knowing how to punch things, considering how dangerous zombies got at close range...

Jose simply chuckled at the answer. "Fine, fine. knowing how to hit things'll help...knowing how to be lethal may help more though" he said...

Slowly,Leaper uncurled from his fetal position.Yanking his spine/spikes out of the wall behind him,he jumped out the nearest window and landed with a boom.Straightening himself,he stood up and ran off to look for prey.

OOC:this post is just to pass some time and announce my new character's arrival into the game so i don't have to later.I'm lazy :P.

Outside the building Taban was in, the Gorilla zombie was still waiting for the possible meal to come out into the open. When the light of dawn had been very faint, the creature had temporarily left it's location beside the building to try and find something else to eat. Although it had killed and eaten a human zombie, it hadn't been enough to satisfy it's hunger. It wanted another creature to feed on and if the human emerged soon, could possibly get it soon...

Taban decided to go upstairs and open the window. See if anyone, or anything, was there. He went up the stairs, then came to the window. He opened it, and thought he heard a low breathing sound...

The gorilla zombie heard a sound coming from above it and slowly looked up. spotting an open window. However, it couldn't see what had opened the window, although the scent of the human was still in the building, which could only mean that it or another zombie had opened it...

Taban looked around. It was pretty much the same, except for that odd breathing noise. Slightly tense, he said, "hello?"

The creature didn't make a sound, despite the noise that came from Taban. However, it quickly realized that the human must have heard something that caused it to make the sound and was aware of it's breathing. Lowering the sound of it's breathing until it could barley be heard, it continued to wait patiently for it's potental prey to leave the building...

Taban didn't hear the breathing anymore. Cautiously, he replied, "Hello?"

The hungry beast listened to Taban make another sound while making sure the sound of it's breathing remained quiet. It couldn't smell anything else in the building, which could only mean the human was the single creature inside the structure...

Taban's adrenaline went up. He knew, unless it was a mute or deaf person, there was a zombie. And it was probably the ladder. He said, "Don't worry, I'm coming for ya, you b*stard." He grabbed his glock and started to climb out of the window, on to the roof, just in case it was big...

The Gorilla zombie heard the sounds of the human begining to come out of the window. It looked up very slowly and upon spotting the human, stopped moving and held it's breath, knowing that it hadn't been seen yet...
