The demon walked to the back of the shack and looked around. Not a soul in sight. He lifted his smg to the ready and stepped forward as he sniffed the air. An unfamiliar scent shot up his nostrils as he took a deep breath as he could almost tastethe source. He turned around and with a swift gait began to head back to the front of the shack to warn the others.

Diana's eyes turned to slits, she leapt down from the roof and before the demon could even cry out. One saber went through his stomach, the other slit his throat. "Very stylish," Thanatos whispered down to her. She just shrugged and hid the body behind the shack.

The others remained unaware of the imminent attack from the group as they shuffled about the front of the shack and the demons body slumped to the ground gushing blood onto the grass and fallen leaves. One pulled out a small bag of beef jerky and began to rip at the teriyaki flavored meat. the other two joined him. Where's Giher?, the one with the bag said. He went to the back to check on something, another demon stated as he greedily tore at a chunk of the jerky, its just more for us.

Well when do we make our move?, Dreig said as he pulled the combat knife from its sheath on his chest and held it next to his AK.

Drake looked at Dreig and Nyx. "Let's go" he said as he zipped through the trees to the side of the Shack, in the shadows, moving along towards where he could hear the other Demons. swinging both arms to his sides, a couple of very large arm blades emerged from within his sleeves, latched to his arms, each one 7 inches wide from edge to edge, a roaring Lion Head on the outside face of it, the blades black with shimmering white edges, the blade having a claw-like part on the tip, making them look like Crab Pincers, the inside edges of both halves of the two 'claws' serrated...

Dreig grinned as he followed swiftly behind Drake. He skidded to a stop through the leaves and beside Drake as he crouched down and he lifted his AK and pointed it straight. With his left hand he was both holding it steady and holding the knife upside down to keep it ready.

The demons all looked up listening. They snarled and their humanoid teeth grew to razorsharp daggers in a split second. Whats that? the one with the beef jerky bag snarled.

Nyx shrugged and followed after Drake. Her switchblade flashed in the moonlight as well as she ran from shadow to shadow...

Thanatos sighed as he watched Drake and Nyx dive from shadow to shadow closing in on the shack. "Get ready," he whispered to Velkor and Diana...

Drake looked over his shoulder at the group, whispering "I'll lure their attention to a different direction, then you attack"...

Dreig nodded silently, his skid through the leaves had probably diminished the element of surprise. He turned back to Nyx to see if she heard.

"Mm-hm," Nyx said and tensed her muscles waiting for the attack.

Thanatos crouched and waited for the time to attack. Diana tensed up and waited as well.

Velkor caught something in his peripheral vision. His gaze flicked to the side and he made out three Demons at the opposite of the roof. Fortunately, they hadn't seen them yet. "Diana, Thanatos, over there," he whispered, nodding towards the Demons. "Let's take 'em out."

Drake disappeared in a cloud of black mist, appearing behind the Demons. "Surprise, you b*stards" he said, impaling two through the shoulders on his armblades before kicking them off and into the third, twisting and tripping the three Demons before pinning them down with his foot, holding them down firmly as he looked up at Velkor. his keen aura vision pointed to three others near the front of the building. "You and your leader made the biggest mistake of your worthless lives when you killed that man in the apartment a few days ago" said Drake as he looked down at the three Demons under his foot...

Diana jumped onto the opposite roof and sliced off one of the demons' heads. Thanatos followed suit and bit into another's neck, crushing his breathing tube. Then Diana thrust her sword into the last demon's stomach, all without making a sound.

The three demons squirmed and grunted when suddenly the ribcage of the bottom one burst open at the side in bloody chunks and a tenticled worm like creature with a four-way jaws and bulging veins launched up at Drake lashing out for his throat. A sudden burst of automatic fire caught the demon off-gaurd as the worm was shredded before his eyes, its long thick and now headless body falling limp to the ground and bleeding profusely. He jerked his head to get a better look as Dreig came out from behind a stack of firewood, shouldering his AK proudly. Dreig then gestured his hands making an "L" with his fingers and placing it on his forehead. The demon shakily turned his head back to look up at Drake and managed to rasp, What... do you want?! Ack!

Drake, annoyed that the Demon had tried to kill him, shot it in both feet with the Nemesis, the feet completely erased from existence by the shots, a couple of short stubs remaining where the lower legs used to be, the shots so powerful they had taken the feet AND half of the lower legs. "Let's see....first...i want to know who came up with the idea to kill our friend Jack in his apartment...or rather, eat his feet, hands, impale him and THEN kill him" he snarled...

The demon raored in pain before hastily gibbering. If its him you want to kill he's already dead, Mosrek punished him for his stupidity. the demon's voice then turned to a wimper. I swear, to you he's dead you wont find him. Bullsh*t, Dreig stated as he stomped over and pushed the barrel of the AK into the demon's forehead. I saw with my own eyes as Mosrek fled the scene after fighting my friends and failing. The demon wimpered even more, He was only trying to do what we failed to accomplish, so we tried to please him by killing your human friend, we didnt think you'd actually come after us.

What the hell, Ray stopped the motorcycle in the middle of the road and took off his helmet as he stroked his hand through his hair. Dammit Dreig you just had to pull that line on me didnt you, you piece of sh*t. he hissed as he peerd over his shoulder back at the city. F*ck, he threw the helmet to the ground causing it to crack with the force of the impact as he revved the motorcycle, and performed a doughnut as the bike's tires were squeeling with the burning of rubber and echoeing out, as he then took back towards the city backtracking his way and hopefully regroup with everyone.

Up yours, the demon said bluntly. Mosrek's gonna kill you all. Well if thats the case can i kill him? Dreig said as he began putting pressure on the demon's forehead.

Dreig looked up slightly and with a long moment of hesitation he slowly lifted the muzzle of the AK up and away as he stepped back. He clenched his teeth unseen but otherwise didnt complain.
