"Don't worry. he's going with me. I don't intend to have him land on Vardia though. for it to mention Vardia specifically, there's bound to be some alterior motive to his request, and THAT is what i'm worried about" said Serephir, crossing his arms...

Grievous narrowed his eyes. "Good thing you're making contact with other races. Might make it easier on you should he start something."

"Indeed....anyway, what say we go somewhere a bit more comfortable than the Arena? unless of course you want to continue our pointless practice" he said with a smile, not in the least looking like he'd been fighting for over an hour, not a bead of sweat even appearing on his forehead...

Blaze just stood there wide-eyed. really random and really awesome at the same time. that was the only way he could describe it. first he was seeing General Serephir zipping around a training ground annihilating every Droid that came at him, only being hit once by the entire force, and then going into combat with the Cyborg General himself, and leaving almost untouched. though his uniform WAS made to withstand almost every known kind of damage. he didn't even see an impact. and, as difficult as it was to see, he thought he could see a couple of shallow slashes on Grievous' armour. the General would, of course, only use the very edge of the blade, so as to avoid wounding the General. but still. what was even more daunting was the fact Grievous was using four lightsabers. he cringed at the thought of getting on his bad side again...for them to be evenly matched, it would be no surprise to him if Grievous could do just as much as Serephir himself...and heaving heard the conversation via the microphone built into Serephir's armour, Grievous was apparently nearly unmatched, the only ones known to have matched him in combat being Darth Revan, the leader of the Galactic Empire, and General Serephir, General of the Collective Vardian Armed Forces...

Thara kept away from Serephir, his visor now open... After seeing.... that... display... he couldn't help but feel uneasy around both the cyborg and the vardian general... People with those kind've powers were generally avoided by most he knew... It wasn't that he was afraid of Serephir... Just that the connection was gone. Originally he was an easy going cool guy... Now he didn't know what to think....

A number of red dots sweapt onto Bias, koultian weapons pointing from all around.... Before anyone fired, Karlash ran foreward and shouted "Don't shoot! Don't shoot! He is one of us!"

The leader of the trackers lowered his weapon, his green visor splitting in half and slideing across his helmet, revealing his yellow eyes. He growled irritably "Ok, what the hell is going on here?" The radio channels were going wild with chatter, talking about the alien space ship and the fighter which was shot down...

Grievous nodded. "Of course. Come with me, and I will find a place for you all to stay." He headed for the blast doors in the massive wall of the arena.

Bias looked around at the Koults, and murmured, "So barbaric..." He continued, more loudly. "I am 666 Mendicant Bias, and my duty is to stop the Flood. A task with which I will need your help, Reclaimers."

The tracker shouted "What the hell is the fl-" Karlash cut him off, stepping foreward, visor slideing off. He growled "Silence soilder!" The tracker immeidiately recognised the higher rank and gave the warrior an enthusiastic salute. The warrior growled "You, round everyone up, tie their tongues, am I understood? Me and my robot buddy over there are going to dissappear as far as you are concerned, Ok?" The tracker nodded. Karlash added "Good. Call in your apc, we're going to need it" The tracker nodded, looking down towards his feet for a moment. He looked up and growled "Its on its way, sir." Karlash nodded and hissed "Good... You know what to do, oh, we're taking the aliens too." he finished with a gesture towards the sanghelli. The Tracker nodded and turned, shouting orders to his squad in his own language, the trackers nodding and spreading out all over the clearing.

Karlash gestured for Bias to follow him and started walking away from the others....

Elch ordered his Ultras to follow him, who had up until that point been open-mouthed by Bias, some of them murmuring, "Oracle..." Bias simply said, "Oracle? Why do you organics insist on using such inaccurate verbiage? Oh well..." He bobbed once, as if shrugging, and floated after Karlash and the Sangheili.

Karlash turned around, looking at the strange posey following him... He growled "Alright Bias, your going to have to stick with me here. An alien space ship has just arrived and left. A hella lot of people have died, and from the sky, no one can tell whose shooting you. I'm going to take you and the aliens to our council. There, you can explain whats going on, and if I am correct about what the flood have done to us, they will be more than glad to pursue them to the end of the universe."

Then he turned to the sanghelli holding up his hands, a sign of trust amongst the koult, before saying "Ok guys, you have any guns I should know about? Higher ups can be touchy around weapons...."

Elch paused, then said, "We're all heavily armed, but we will put away our weapons if necessary." Bias glowed brighter. "Most excellent, Reclaimer! This neutralization effort will be well-organized and elegant, I'm sure!"

Karlash nodded, turning around, seeing the apc approaching quickly... the orange shuttle turning sideways and 'skidding' through the air, blue flames seering out of its repulsers. It hovered to within an inch of the ground, the doors slideing open. Karlash jumped in, tapping on the pilots cabin and saying "We've got extras, none of your concern who. Take us to K" The pilot glanced back at the aliens outside, eyeswidening. He wordlessly looked back out the wind shield...

Karlash beconed the others in, there was ample room to fit them all.....

Bias floated in, hovering near Karlash's shoulder, while the Sangheili walked in more warily, giving the inside of the APC a good look around as they leaned against the walls.

The apc shot off, zooming into the air, rising away from the swamps.. the soilders in the clearing turning into specks... passing the rising column of smoke from the crashed fighter... Wings slid out of its sides, the transport rising up towrads the clouds on its way to the Koultian capital...

Elch and the other Sangheili watched the surface of the planet below, murmuring prayers to themselves, while Bias simply hummed cheerily.

Serephir followed the Cyborg General, the rest of the crew following him, Jarad and Jarmun seeming to look at everything that came within sight, as if trying to examine it from a distance, deathly interested in this planet's inhabitants, their traditions, their architecture, and other things...

Grievous led the group back to the landing pad, the shuttle still patiently sitting there. "Everyone aboard," he said, climbing up the ramp and onto the ship with his guards and OOM-6.

Serephir and the crew swiftly followed the General aboard. the VAMCEB members among the crew were impressed with Grievous' combat capability, though the two veterans that knew Serephir's true capabilities weren't as impressed as the others, though still surprised by the General's ability to hold his own in a saber conflict...

Grievous sat down and said, "We'll be heading to my quarters. The place is spacious; you'll all have your own room."

Deep in space, another Sangheili cruiser floated. However, this one was gunmetal grey, and adorned with all sorts of spikes and blades. It belonged to the Jiralhanae race, another of the alien species who had been part of the Covenant, and one who had had a bitter rivalry with the Sangheili. On the ship's bridge stood a Jiralhanae Chieftain, his red and black armor heavily decorated, with a wide, flaring helmet crest and a thick armor plate on his left forearm. Strapped to his bulky back was a massive hammer, easily as long as the Chieftain was tall (around 9 feet), and which had a short blade attached to it. Attached to his leg armor were multiple cylindrical objects, some large and silver-and-gold, while some were thinner, and adorned with wicked spikes. Hidden beneath all that Power Armor, which provided a shield like that of Sangheili Combat Harnesses, was thick, rhino-like skin, a thick coat of brown fur, and a gorilla-like head with a mouth filled with sharp fangs. Tapping his two-toed feet, Nerus, the Chieftain of the Jiralhanae, watched as his pilots, Major Jiralhanae clad in blue Power Armor that was less decorated than his, picked up something. "Sir," one of them growled, "A Sangheili cruiser has been spotted in Slipspace." Nerus narrowed his red eyes, then barked, "Chase them. They are too near Jiralhanae-controlled space to be just passing through..."

"General, you already are making it difficult for us to express our gratitude. this really is too much. I'm starting to wondor what i could possibly do to thank you for the help" said Serephir...

"Think nothing of it," replied Grievous with a dismissive wave of his hand as the shuttle began to lift off once again. "As long as you help me against the Empire in any useful way, I will give you my hospitality."

In about two hours time, the apc was zipping over the Koultian capital city... white gleaming stone buildings refeflecting the sun, palm trees sticking into the air as they approached the walled section of the old city.. They didn't have to seek clearance to approach, being within a military only transport route..

People whizzed by below, all going about their daily tasks in the sun... The pilot called back to Karlash, "Sir, secretary on the line" He nodded and walked up into the cabin to take the call. No one was being thrown around inside the craft, seeing as only the edges of the ship moved, the actul cabin staying reletively still despite the APCs complicated maneuvers, the pilot actually using VR goggles to fly from the ships own 'eyes'

A few minutes later they were decending down towards the Palace, a huge building in the middle of a large gleaming square made out of tiles of tan colored stone....

The APC's wings folded back, its landing gear extended and then its outside rim reconnected to the cabin... The craft floated silently over the ground for a moment before its stilts tipped the ground, the side doors opening, ramps slideing down to the ground barely a foot below. Karlash stepped out of the cockpit and hopped out, gestureing his strange part to follow, growling "Welcome to Ka'roll...."

He begun walking towards the Palace entrance, the giant building towering some 20 storeys into the air... It was shaped like a shell lodged into the ground, with swirling sand like patterns coming into it, being the various branches involved with ruling the Koultian race... At first glance, the city looked primitive, most vehicles either hovering a few feet off the road or traveling on wheels, but closer inspection revealed that the populus of the city was anything but primitive, many of the koult bareing strange gauntlets on their arms housing many usefull technologies usually incorporated into suits. The gauntlets allowed them to take advantage of the usefull features without having to travel around in a large suit, most of the koult favoring loose white tunics and shorts....
