the 5 Sovereign Class Galactic Destroyers began opening fire at the targets, ion cannons, particle cannons, turbo lasers and hordes of Viper-Class Star Fighters pouring out of their gargantuan hanger bay, their specially designed piloting system allowing them to weeve between every shot the enemy star destroyers fired, as well as the asteroids, swiftly approaching the targets, their concentrated plasma cannons firing away at breakneck speed, each cannon releasing over 8000 plasma bolts per minute as the gargantuan Galactic Destroyers behind the asteroid field unleashed an endless wall of projectiles ranging from plasma to lasers to missiles...

"Revan would have found this very annoying..were wasting ships and men..we can always replace them. The men are good and strong, there's no doubt Admiral but let me ask..why target here when of course Trandosha would be effected.." The captain asked, looking at the Admiral in command of the ship.

"Dont worry.." The Admiral then nodded to the crew pit on oneside of the room. Another massive wave of Imperial Ships arrived..using the clear and safe hyperspace route. With reinforcements once more achieved..the Imperial Fleet returned fire accordingly but now missiles on Grevious Side were now pointless. Intidector Cruisers had come along..using their ship abiltities to cut off an enemy's escape route using their gravity well generators. But they could as well..use their abiltities to disrupt missles and render them useless.

The Intimidator was now withdrawing power from its engines and into the shields as the Intimidator's shields were strengthed. With more reinforcements..Imperial Class Super Star Destroyers began to engage the Brawlers. Hundreds of Gigatons of turbo lasers were unleashed from every Star Destroyer. As for the Vengeance..Torepedo Spheres used their intimidator missles to great effect, overloading the shield generator, leaving the capital ship shield less. It was not long till Advanced Missles such as nukes began to pound at the ship along with the sheer gigatons of energy that was produced by the Imperial Ships.

With the groups of Indictators rendering missles from the planetside and enemy ships..the Imperials began to attack..they did not eleminate all the weapons but they were destroying enemy fleets..smashing them down and making them weaker in the process.

Accurate Point laser turrets were sure to destroy buzz droids with ease..In the battle..new weapons were being fired back but the Imperials had no time for questions. Having no choice..the Imperials returned fire..it seemed more reinforcements were certain..

The Admiral just watched..it was starting to become obvious that they were fighting two enemies at once..

Sassk smirked as the other ships pounded the vengeance's heavily-reinforced hull. Many of the troublesome Torpedo Spheres had been completely wiped out by the combination of nukes and Buzz Droid attacks, which were still going on around the edges of the Imperial fleet, chipping away at them. The Vengeance, nevertheless, pulled back behind the asteroid screen, but not before letting off two more shots from the Superlaser, carving deeper into the Intimidator's weakened hull. The fleet continued its attack, planetary turbolasers slamming into the Interdictor cruisers, obliterating them and leaving gaps in the anti-hyperspace screen to let planetary missiles through, which slammed into the vulnerable Star Destroyers. The Brawlers put up an even fight with the Super Star Destroyers, though they still vastly outnumbered them. In short, Sassk's fleet was, once again, winning this fight. Sassk, however, was rather disappointed. So far, not a single attack on either this planet, nor Trandosha, was very effective. Not even biological warfare worked (Trandosha was equipped with a planetary shield that was only activated when necessary). Maybe he wouldn't need to send in the reinforcements after all...

the Admiral guided the fleet's actions as the 5 Galactic Destroyers unleashed several hundred Tetratons worth of turbolaser, ion cannon, particle gun and superlaser fire, the point defense turrets firing counters at the Star Destroyer's offensive fire, stopping them short of the massive Vardian craft...

"My Lord we must fall back, enemy units and there not part of Grevious Forces, permission to retreat!" The captain said out of cowardice. The Admiral gritted his teeth..he wanted to fall back but could not look this patethic. But lucky..Revan seemed he was willing to spare them.

"Permission granted..report back here at once" Revan stated as the hologram of himself disappeared. Having no choice..the Imperials having set their coordinates to allied planets as typical..fell back once more. With the powerful and advanced Imperial Technology, the Imperials were retreating at will..

Revan then waited back with the Armada..he almost lost the Intimidator in the process but there was a lot more to their foe then it seemed. Things had to be sorted out..

Sassk smirked as his fleet regrouped around the planet once more. "How predictable..." he growled. Suddenly, one of the droids piped up, "Sir, another energy spike, this time near Trandosha, and much bigger." "Alert the general, pilot." "Sir... the energy spike is IN the planet's atmosphere..."

Grievous, eyes still on the sky, spotted a blueish-white circle appear in the sky. Out of the portal appeared a massive, smooth-hulled cruiser, badly wounded, smoke trailing from its virtually useless engines. "What the... back to the shuttle! Now!" he sprinted for the landing pad, as the cruiser began wheeling towards them.

Serephir and the crew bolted, the VAMCEB soldiers swiftly pulling away, though the others soon caught up as Serephir and the three soldiers slowed down. in seconds they were at the Shuttle, Serephir bolting on board, the crew swiftly following...

"My Lord, the probes have confirmed that this is something we've never encountered before. The combined forces ripped the fleet apart. Were lucky the Intimidator had survived..we must do something. The World Destroyers..anything, but we need something!, cant let Grevious get away with this" Piett stated, demanding action be taken..

"My Lord, what will you have us do" Another Admiral in the bridge asked. A counter attack was something they wanted to avoid. They had ships to deal with such threats. A counter attack with the Annihilator with the newer ships would have proved to be something most men would approve but again..they had to sort out everything.

"I will not risk more men's lives. Dragon's Breath has shown to be successful, all we must do is nuke there world but it seems that a planetary is put in place. While the Annihilator can rip through it..the fact that there's more to them then expected. Grevious most likely has allies" Revan stated. The Dark Lord of the Sith thought when Grevious would betray them..

Then again after that little display..why would Grevious even try. "My Lord..we can have the Galaxy Gun ready in just a few days..if you just give me the order.." Piett stopped short. If anything..the Galaxy Gun was something Revan wanted to avoid using. The Empire was not suppose to be reliant on such weapons..

"Secure everything..prepare for incoming attack, as for now. We must sort everything out.." Revan just replied. The Dark Lord of the Sith had to applaud Grevious now..he actually took advantage.

Once everyone was aboard the shuttle, it took off, screaming back up to the spire as the cruiser approached from the opposite direction. As they made it up to the landing pad, the massive ship disappeared behind the cliff face, then there was a flash of light, and a massive explosion. The shuttle landed, and Grievous quickly walked out with his guards and OOM-6. "We need to get back to my HQ and see just what the hell that was."

Serephir walked out, the crew swiftly following. "Admiral. i want you to scan the area of whatever crashed into Trandosha, and send the data to me immediately" he said into the screen on his arm. "Immediately, sir" said the Admiral, just before the screen went black for a short while until the in depth scans had completed...

Grievous headed into the Spire, back into the halls, where the previously leisurely droids and Trandoshans were running helter-skelter, trying to find out what was going on. Grievous ignored them, heading back to the dead end, unlocking the door, and striding in, waiting for the others to follow.

Serephir followed the Cyborg General, waiting for info to reach him on what was going on...

Grievous' antennae twitched, and the holographic projector sprang to life, revealing a large hologram of the base. The cruiser had crushed part of the wall, sitting there, sparking and smoking. Parts of it had sheered off and crushed part of the vehicle bay, as well as the mess hall, and ripped holes in the reinforced fencing. All across the base, Trandoshans and Droids desperately fought against swarms of strange, mutated... things that streamed from the wrecked cruiser. However, Grievous' gaze was fixed upon where the missile launcher was. Or, rather, where it used to be. Covering the landing pads and the missile launcher was a giant, plant-like creature, easily 100 meters tall, root-like tendrils in the ground and dozens of long tentacles that crushed everything that got to close. Its head, if that's what it could be called, was basically just a mandible-flanked mouth that spewed greenish gas into the air like smoke. "What in the galaxy is that?"

Serephir stared at the hologram, lost for words. "I don't know". a bleep came from his wrist-computer, showing in depth information. "It appears to be a parasitic life form, sir. sensors indicate Koultians...or former Koultians. and our scanners are spotting these beings infecting Trandoshan forces as well" said the Admiral. Serephir sighed. he began thinking through what forces he had. these things being parasitic, he couldn't risk his own troops. but he had numerous mechs and aircraft that could possibly serve the purpose. he began divising a plan...

"We're going to have to blow that base up, unfortunately," replied Grievous, never taking his eyes off the hologram. "Right now."

"Admiral. prepare the main Cannon. keep it at minimal power. i don't want to cause any damage to this planet. destroy everything at the crash site. the entire base. but no peripheral damage" said Serephir, not even blinking, the order reaching the Executioner, it's main cannon charging, rich, almost whitish blue beams moving along the trenches in the bore of it, towards it's center, where a long, diagonally downwards angled rectangular opening began to glow...

Suddenly, another Slipspace rupture appeared, this time out in space above Trandosha. Soon, another joined it, then another, then five more. Soon, two thousands Cruisers and Carriers of unknown origin, their hulls bristling with spikes and blades, had appeared in orbit over Trandosha. The message was soon sent to Grievous, who cursed under his breath. "Call off the attack, Serephir. We have a much larger problem now..."

Serephir snarled irritably, gaining a slightly fearful stare from Blaze, though Serephir didn't notice it. "Admiral, hold that order. Scan the newcomers. if they so much as throw a stone at ours, or the TGDA's ships or either of the planets, obliterate whatever opened fire with the Charge currently armed" he said, irritation notable in his voice. "Y..yes sir" came the Admiral's voice as the communication cut off, the screen closing silently, sealing itself shut as Serephir monitored the hologram...

One of the Assault Carriers moved forward, lateral lines glowing an angry red. It fired two long streams of red plasma at a Providence-class cruiser, and opened fire with an Energy Projector at the same time. The needle-thin, silver beam slammed straight in the cruiser's nose, dissipating the shields instantly. The ship tried to turn away, but was hit on its flank by the plasma, melting through deck after deck. The ship fired its Energy Projector once again, the beam drilling through the ship's hull and hitting it reactor, immolating the cruiser in a ball of flame.

a thick whiteish-blue beam erupted from the bow of the Executioner, completely vaporising the attacking carrier completely, the flash viewable even from ground level on Trandosha. "It appears a battle is commencing" said Serephir irritably. "The Executioner's opened fire. chances are the rest of the fleet it going to proceed with defensive action" he added. Blaze started wondering what the hell Vardia had put on it's flagship...
