The two females were right behind the male, the attack smoothly executed, swift and precise as if they were taking down a large herbivore. They were faster than the bull, but they kept behind him in case they suddenly needed to switch tactics.

The Deinonychus pack drew together around their leader, visibly nervous and agitated.

Maxwell, hearing Dodgson's warning, grabs onto the nearest thing he could find that was bolted down and got ready for the impact.....

Hiero was suddenly jolted by Barnes kick and looked out the front of the car, either unconcerned with death or the impending crash he fired three rounds out the window at the raptor. He then walked back down the tram away from the front pulling Dodgson with him out of the way of the approaching set of large teeth.

The bullets cracked the windscreen, which was tougher than it looked, but did not break through, and did nothing to stop the Utahraptor's charge when it finally collided with the tram's cockpit...

The male Utahraptor slowed slightly to avoid hurting himself as he collided shoulder-first with the nose of the tram's cockpit. The force was enough to stop the trundling vehicle in its tracks, sending the middle section bucking into the air for a moment and causing anything loose to come tumbling to either side of the car. With a fierce snarl, the Utahraptor pushed and shoved against the tram, scratching its metal sides with his forelimbs, relying on the females to actually shove the "prey" on its side. The tram itself, still trying to move forward, simply pushed back, though with not enough force to beat the giant Utahraptor, its wheels spinning in the air uselessly as the middle section rose...

Barnes flew in the air a couple feet from the jolt of the crash, landing hard on his a**. "Sounva-- What the hell?!" Dodgson and Hiero, completely unbalanced when the Utahraptor male hit the tram, fell flat on their backs...

The Deinonychus Alpha Male merely watched the Utahraptors attack the tram, somewhat surprised, yet also pleased that they were to teach the humans a lesson. He scratched at his flank, continuing to dust himself off...

Rick's left side slammed into the wall from the force of the impact and he felt pain in a few of his ribs, though not enough to suggest that they had been broken. Hearing the snarl of the creature outside the tram, he looked at Dodgson and said:"What dinosaurs is that?!"

The female Utahraptors leaped at the tram from the side, their combined weight as well as the force with which they hit knocking it onto its side. The big raptors let out snarls of satisfaction, their huge claws tapping against the sides of their "prey" excitedly. Their calf muscles were quivering with barely suppressed energy, ready to be released at a moment's notice.

Dodgson, still recovering from getting the wind knocked out of him, managed to gasp out, "A... Utahraptor..." He suddenly let out a shout of surprise as the entire tram tipped on its side, right off the trackway, sending everyone inside tumbling onto the canyon floor...

The male Utahraptor screeched in victory, clambering on top of the cockpit and sniffing the air, swinging his head from side to side to find the prey inside...

Rick's back slammed against the wall as the tram was tipped onto it's side. He had heard Dodgson reply that the Dinosaur outside the tram was a Utahraptor, but he was still shocked at how strong it had been to be able to stop the tram by itself. Worse yet, impacts that came from both sides of the tram had revealed that it wasn't alone...

Feeling the weight of the tram shift, David dived out of the gap in the crates, hitting the floor with a grunt and rolling onto his feet before the train had even fallen. His reflexes quick, he whipped his Tavor about, looked down the barrel of the rifle and fired a volley of finely aimed rounds into the mutated Utah raptor's head, the sounds of impact drowned out by the noise of clambering metal, spurts of red shooting into the air from the wounds...

Hiero quickly recovered his bearings and noted the predators had infact sent the tram on it's side, he then heard their celebratory cries and loud... purring it sounded like (this was the creatures inhaling into their nostrils). "I would suggest attempting to come to grips with your surroundings everyone and also backing away from any openings as best you can," said Hiero as he looked for his Galil amoungest the wreckage.

The Utahraptor screeched in pain, the rounds hitting the animal in the neck and chest as he moved up on the cockpit. He quickly backed off before he all the way on top, crouching behind the tram's cockpit. The Utahraptor had managed to retreat before taking too many hits, but he was still bleeding profusely from several accurate shots to the chest And several grazing shots along the side of his neck and skull. With a furious growl, he rammed the cockpit, tilting it at an angle to protect himself while he moved in closer...

Barnes quickly got to his feet, grabbing his M4 from where it had fallen, but the male Utahraptor had already retreated. Instead, he stared at David with shock. "Where the f**k did you come fro-- you know what, never mind, you can tell me later." He raised his Carbine and pointed it at the cockpit that was slowly moving towards them, waiting for one of the Utahraptors to make itself known...

David ignored Barnes, getting back to his feet, his gun trained on closest of the female Utah raptors while he kept constant tabs on the position of the other one and the mutant. He lined up his rifle again, prepared to unleash the deadly potential of his weapon.

Following Barnes's lead, Rick aimed his own carbine at the cockpit of the tram. He hadn't dropped it after both impacts from the impact with the Utahraptor and the tram tipping over. How long it would take the Utahraptors to realize that coming in front of the cockpit would only have them get shot was a question at the back of the merc's mind that he decided he would just have to find out the answer now instead of ponder about it...

[The Kingpin]

Jacob was out almost alongside David, the duo moving out of the wreckage, Jacob standing back to back with David, HK 416 in hand, two-round bursts fired at the two other utahraptors, sparks flying as the bullets barely missed them, hitting the cargo carriage as they ducked behind it...

Hiero grabbed his Galil and quickly shuffled back over to Dodgson who for all he knew was his only ticket out of this hellhole and was undefended. If he died they all died, not something he had in mind. When he got over the suite he quickly whispered, "I had fears this wouldn't go as planned but this is just rediculous."

OOC: All the Utahraptors are on the opposite side of the tram from the mercs, KP. The two females are short enough to hide behind it without much effort as well.

Dodgson brushed his dusty suit off as he stood up, nodding in agreement at Hiero's statement. "Just make sure to shoot when the Utahraptors decide to attack, okay?"

Hiero quickly tugged him back down, "Don't, if they breack through the hull and your standing you that much closer to their mouths, and call me paranoid but I think that big one could punch a hole through, if not at least your not in the way of the shooters," he said.

"I'm not an imbecile," Dodgson hissed quietly, backing off so he was behind the majority of the group. "That tram is made of steel. I doubt a Utahraptor, no matter how large, could break through that."

With the females taken care of, David sped off to another vantage point, one with a clearer line of fire on the mutant. Planting his feet where he stood, he lined his gun up with the back of the mutant's head and unleashed another torrent of gun fire, guarunteeing fatal shots.

Maxwell dusts himself off from the impact before readying his shotgun. "If any of thsoe f**kers come in here, they'll find a mouthful of buckshot waiting for'em...."
