Grievous nodded, sending the drone's instructions, but also making sure the fleet was prepared to fire on anything that showed signs of hostility. Allies or not, there could still be something out there waiting for this oppurtunity to strike.

Above the planet, a number of comet-like projectiles soared toward the ground below, entering the atmosphere with a blazing trail, eventually slowing themselves to a stop near the ground, landing with a heavy thud, armor glowing with molten heat. They were pods, around 10 of them, each the size of a small house, automatically cementing themselves in the soil, awaiting the appearance of their enemies...

"And that would be them." Droned the machine, having received a signal that they had arrived and were in place. "Small in number they may be, but they will be very useless once the fleet arrives, I assure you." it continued, turning back to Grievous expectantly.

A line of lasers clipped the Sentinel's right stabiliser. The thruster exploded, puffing out a stream of black smoke, the Sentinel falling into a death spin towards the bottom of the hanger, desperately trying to stabilise itself with its remaining thrusters....

The Variant-B stumbled back, blaster impacts dotting its carpace like rain drops. A bolter round hit it in the side of its head, causing the machine to fall backwards. I tried to catch itself with a damaged tentacle but the appendage gave away in a shower of sparks. It lifted it up onto its side, remaining weapons blazing, smoke leaking out of its chassis... Two others zipped across the chaotic room, one being caught by a line of bolters, being torn out of the air violently, the other slamming into the soldiers, stabbing and grabbing at what ever it could reach

Meanwhile, the Variant-S sentinel detected a change with its boundary sensor, having been bouncing particles off the surface of the debris in a line, it spotted a change, a small bubble like deformation. It quickly zoomed in on the area, spotting the small machine instantly. Its jets pulsed again, sending it soaring down towards it, its 5 tentacles ready to stop it if it tried to escape. The Variant-S wasn't armed with any weapons and its appendages were more designed for traveling than fighting, but against this drone it didn't seem like a problem

Revan then leapt forward, releasing his force crush, deciding he had to finish this sentinek quicker. The Dark Lord of the Sith raised his lightsaber above his head before striking down the middle, using his momentum from the jump to increase power and slicing ability as the crimsion blade cut directly down the middle. The nearby soldiers took cover, hoping the Sith would finish it off as they attempted to avoid taking more casualties from the already dying target.

"Keeping pounding it until its down, have ARC's secure the body" hanger control's orders were simple. A trio of ARC Troopers consiting of Captain and two LT's entered the hanger, fully aware of the situation. Fully armed..they were to finish off the downed sentinel while the cieling turrets focused on other fleeing turrets. The captain looked towards the cieling, a few more bursts unleashed to further bring it down..

The drone, fearing it had been found, kept the shield up, detaching itself from the debris. Floundering through space, the tiny machine activated a cloaking device, which couldn't hide any energy output, but instead eliminated visual tracking, hoping the machine was relying on visual tracking at the moment, which would give it time to escape...

Grievous eyed the pods through one of the screens on his command console, via a floating cam droid. "So..." he began, "What do they do, exactly?" Simultaneously, he sent a signal to A-4D to go to the upper level of Vassek and await the arrival of General Serephir, as well as the possibility of a meeting with a recently-discovered species...

"Seeing is believing, General...In due time, you will see their function." The machine droned. "They will assist in space alone, attacking the fleet itself...I entrust you to control the planet's surface." it continued, confident that the pods would perform effectively...

"My forces will handle the planet's surface quite easily, thank you," replied Grievous, folding his arms behind his back. "now, if you'll excuse me, I have a prisoner to attend too." He turned and headed down the corridor, towards the jail cell that contained Galen. "Keep in mind, human, I will feel no remorse if you perish, just a bit of disappointment," Grievous told him. "So, it's your choice: serve me for your freedom, or escape, and perish at the hands of my droids."

Another explosion rang out of the Sentinel as one of its main thruster's batteries exploded. The thrusters only needed electricity to operate and as a result needed their own batteries to ensure a constant flow of power.
Wreckage was sent arcing down around the flaming Sentinel, black smoke leaking behind in an ugly trail. It crashed into the ground like a metorite, smashing into the surface and pancaking, its main reactor exploding, throwing up a cloud of ash and smoke, the machines entire rear end being vaporised by the blast..... the rest of the wreckage smoking, but intact.... A small football sized orb glowed brightly from its centre.... completely unmarked, not even a scratch on its surface.....

The Sentinel continued to track the drone, its boundary sensor showing it clearly. It changed its course, heading to intercept it....

It collided with the smaller machine violently, its clawed appendages hammering off the deflector shield. It swung a hand violently towards it, the amount of force breaking through the shield and clipping the side of the drone, the impact sending a shower of sparks away...

The machine said nothing more, monitoring the situation from where it stood...

The drone spiraled away from its enemy, shield and cloaking failing completely. Two small tentacles zipped out from a small opening on its chest, slapping onto the attacking sentinel, a burst of electricity flowing into the sentinel, trying to fry its circuits to escape. The drone itself cut off all communication with its superiors, as well as destroying any information it gathered, which was already received by the others, preventing it from being any use to the enemy...

The Sentinel grabbed onto the small drone with two clawed hands. two others grabbing onto the tentacles attached to it. It tore them off with ease, depositing them both into a specimen container on the machines back. The electricity had done nothing, the Sentinel's electrical shielding protecting it. It forcibly turned the small drone around, examining it from every angle..

"Welcome back to Vardia, Gentlemen" said the Captain, dressed in a white suit, having found no need to really come in his uniform, having been stationed on Vardia with no real missions lined up. beside him was a scientist wearing a lab coat with the logo of the Vardian Ministry of Science, sown on the back of it. "I'm Captain Victor Boralis. i was sent along with Doctor Rick Allens here on news mentioning some weapons you were interested in selling"...

Elsewhere on Vardia, the fleet left, beginning their travel to Trandosha. considering the number of craft in the fleet, only a portion of the Vardian Galactic Fleet was being taken, the immeasurable majority remaining on the home planet, with the exception of the numerous Squadrons of Battleships and Destroyers stationed at the various colonies Vardia had in it's control. Serephir had made sure that enough craft accompanied him in his travel to ensure a fair amount of influence on any attack that came. Meanwhile, there were colonisation groups being sent to a further 3 planets, one of which already had an atmosphere capable of supporting human life. Vardian High Command was making sure they kept a steady expansion so long as resources were abundant enough to allow it without jeapordising the Vardian Empire's security as a whole...

The tiny machine made a hissing sound, its body suddenly melting from its head down, molten metal now scorching the sentinel's hands. The sudden action was programmed into its systems, to prevent enemies from replicating the technology, the tentacles turning to ash inside the tube as well...

The ARC Troopers quickly sprinted, surrounding the downed machine, guns poised at the weapon. A small squad of five more soldiers quickly sprinted their way over as support. The ARC Trooper Captain kept his duel blasters pointed at the wreckage when an incoming transmission for hangercontrol came in.

"Captain, Piett reports of a missing object of very important value..it may lie in that..thing..it should distinguish itself" The Captain slowly nodded as he looked at one of the other ARC Troopers. The Captain then rose one of his blasers and fired his weapon several times, the plasma weapons hitting the wreckage for several moments..confirmation of the foe down was required.

The Captain did several handsigns to his squadmates as he approached the machine. The ARC Trooper moved on swiftly approaching it as he took a knee..examining the dead machine as he took notice of an odd object that clearly stood out..

The Cypher received a single messaging summarising the engagement "Subject liquidated"

The Sentinel examined its hands for a moment, the appendages rotating around and giving it a good view of what it was doing... apparently nothing. It held up an unaffected hand, a circular door opening up in its palm... It begun spraying the drone's remains with a strange gas for a few moments and then stopped. A a moment later, what was left of the drone was suddenly sucked into the tentacle. The Sentinel using it to suck up all of the molten metal. The door closed again, a canister depositing into its specimen container. It begun orbiting the space debris, scanning it again, looking for any other drones that might be hiding....

Alex nodded to the captain, saying "Good to be back. I'm Alex. Captain of this ship and the merchant you would be referring to. You heard correctly, we have... several... items of military use on-board. Here is the deal. Take it or leave it. We would like a small area, something like a field in which we can hold a demo of our goods to your defence contractors and combat organisations, whatever they may be. In return we shall ensure that the best is reserved for government institutions, or even, dare I say it, personal use..."

"Control..I think I found something.." The ARC Trooper responded..grabbing the ore in his hand. He had heard rumors of several other ARC Troopers who went on a mission some planet in search of some generators that held immense power.

"Grab it and go..thats what we may be looking for" Hanger control's order was simple. Grabbing the orb, the ARC Trooper got up and began to sprint back towards a secured area in case anything happeneed. The squad took looks around, covering the trooper as they followed..

The battle in the flagship in other matters was most likely just about over..

"Sounds fair enough. i assume you would require transport for this equipment?" said the captain, his arms crossed as he watched on...

"We're ready to go into hyperspace, sir. the Ion Drives are at full power and the reactors fueling the Hyperdrive are active and ready" said one of the Bridge Commanders as he came to the area of the deck where, on normal situations, the Admirals and Generals of the Vardian forces would meet to discuss strategies. right now, Admiral Remus Zilane and Serephir himself, were present. "Proceed" said the Admiral, wearing a white trenchcoat and a General's hat, his numerous rankings and medals on his chest. it would only be a short while before they reached Trandosha...

The Commodant watched the remaining view cams.. Seeing a red laser like sword stabbing through a Variant-B's optical sensor and through its reactor... That was it gone....

Another one was flying through a corridor at breakneck pace when a red laser flashed towards it in the corner of the screen, instantly the all life signs from the sentinel disappearing. Presumably the entire thing had been blown apart...

The others were already immobile....

This was bad.... This was worse than anything that had ever happened before to it..... A god damn Solar generator...
The only relief was that the Imperials probably didn't even know what it was capable of... Solar generators weren't really mentioned that much. There was only about 15-20 ever made.... If the koult had found out about them it would have been instant war... for.... A solar generator wasn't just a normal generator, built by normal means... A solar generator was a sun.... compressed and torn from its solar system, locked into an orb to be used as fuel.... It was probably the most barbaric form of fuel ever considered by the military, taken due to the extreme needs of modern weapons. It was inefficient too. From 1/3 to a 1/2 of the Sun's potential output was lost during the process. Not to mention that doing so effectively doomed an entire solar system...

The Commodant knew one thing as a fact; this was only the first drop in a roller coaster of death for Maricas.

"Not talking yet, eh?" snarled Grievous. "Very well. I'll be back soon. You had better have an answer by then..." He moved off, further down the corridor, towards the arena he had used against Galen earlier, which was now clear of Droideka husks from the previous fight. He also made sure his cameras were watching the Shadow Haven drone, to make sure it didn't decide to try anything.

The fighting had finally stopped..Revan looked at his last sentinel kill, clutching his lightsaber as he looked around at his men. Normally he would have raised his lightsaber and a cheer would occur but not this time..this was almost disgraceful. Heavy damage was inflicted while at the same time, numerous casualties..it would be take some time to fix the Annihilator but from this expirence..more had to be done..upgrades..improvements were demanded.

"Piett..damage report.." Revan stated through the online comlink in his helmet.

"Medium to somewhat heavy..the biggest damage is the giant hole..we can have that fixed but parts of the Annihilator are nothing but battle damaged..." Piett responded.

"Have the crews get to work..double their efforts.." Revan ordered as Piett proceeded to give of the orders. The Dark Lord of the Sith looked around..he had to make all the enemies were defeated..
