"Son of....a b*tch" SpeedFreak muttered, shaking his head. "...I think its time for something rash..." He said after he tapped the headset. Galaak wordlessly got to work. SpeedFreak thought that the ship's turrets would have appeared. What he got instead took him completely by suprise. A hydrant down the block exploded, the red metal flying off its base as a torrent of water forced its way to the surface, obviously caused by the Ascatian's power. The column of water arced over and came crashing down onto the dragon, a sharp hiss of air sounding off as white smoke billowed into the air, excess water raining over the flaming buildings about the street...
The elevator came to a stop a few moments later, a ding sounding off. The door opened, and the elevator music flowed into the large, suprisingly quiet room. Personnel looked up from what they were doing, glanced to the elevator, eyed the android for a few seconds before going back to what they were doing. Word had travelled fast about the new member of the Nexus team. The scientist had a wide grin on his face as he stepped out of the elevator. "I think they like you!" he said as he stepped into the room. Like the hallways, this room had clean white tiled floors and metalic walls. Sound proof. Large glass windows allowed an over head view into various test chambers and training excerises. One such excersie was the one the cyborg was going through now. Deviant stood in the middle of a chamber. The entire thing was metalic and bare. This was a close quarters combat simulator, no cover, no mercy. The walls had dents in them. On the ground were the scattered remains of the treaded drones, several parts still moving with whirs, tumbling over other piles of parts. "Third stage: Cleared" A voice said over a loud speaker. "Fourth stage: Engaging"
Part of the wall slid out and was raised by a large hydraulic arm. From the opening, came a human sized drone. It was armed with heavy weapons, something beyond what the average thug and criminal would have. Mounted on one arm was a heavy fire automatic rifle. On the other was a launcher of some sort, tripple barreled. It launched needle like charges that could magnetize. Padded or metalic armor didnt deter the explosives. The black paneled drone's eyes lit up, a fiery orange. Clicks sounded off as its various sensors activated. Then came its rappid foot falls as it charged at the blue armored man, who quickly launched himself into a dive as he saw the robot raise its rifle, shots going off with bright flashes every time a bullet left a barrel, which were mere seconds apart...
