The Graboid screeched again, retracting its remaining tongues back into its mouth and disappearing back into the ground. For now, it would have to wait for food...

The warrior xeno could see that these inruders now looked alert and wary. They may have entered the temple, but even if they didn't find the hive, they might get lost and possibly die of starvation. Near the hidden creature on the ceiling was a hole in the wall that had been there for as long as the xenos knew. he warrior entered it and began to head back to the queen to inform her.

OOC: last post for the night

"Come on...if we move a bit deeper...it may leave us alone" Revan replied as the troops nodded and moved in deeper along with the Dark Lord of the Sith.

The 3 Imperial Star Destroyers lef the planet surface...they seeemingly where clear and the countdown for hyperspace was being made..

"Hypespace...in 3...2....1!" The Captain replied as the 3 Imperial Star Destroyers entered hyperspace, heading back towards the main stardestroyers... a mission without any cassuclities, prehaps this was the only mission that those conditions were ever achieved in this system.

4 of the Sentinals followed, useing the Star destroyers slip stream to piggy back across the enourmous distance. They still weren't engageing the imperials. Infact the cybernetic Squids weapons were concealed within its hull for now...

Martain soon caught up to the imperials, useing a directional mic to listen to them from afar, useing it to determine which route they had taken. He stayed following in complete silence, his computer picking out any bits of information worth storeing...

The other xenos had been alerted about the intruders and were alert for them now. The ravagers and praetorians were keeping more watch than ever and the drones, warriors and runners had hidden in the shadows for an ambush if these intruders entered and wanted to attack immedietly.

Kepe and his troops had already arrived on the ground and were currently going through an entrance into the temple. Kepe moved ahead with the two Majors behind him with the Minors following. "Keep your weapons out, the Sentinals may think we are intruders and they may fight. If so then beware their beam weapons..." Said Kepe as he walked along. 5 of the Minors kept out Plasma Rifles and two more had Covenant Carbines. The Majors were armed with Needlers and both had Energy Swords at the belt if needed. Kepe didn't know what to expect here...

Quickly as the passed down the massive halls where massive holograms of forerunner symbols and glyphs were suspended in midair and some even lighting the halls, they saw small machines flying about. These were forerunner but harmless and were mainly for monitoring information and were extremely small with small beams in order to unlock doors and close them. Kepe knew they were being ignored at least and so the little machines flew on past, blissfully unaware of their presence. Kepe feared if they blasted the small machines, it could activate a trap...

The troops arrived at a set of doors which lead opened as they walked toward them. This lead them into a large room filled with holograms. Kepe stopped running and began to look around the room with a sense of wonder. He had never seen anything like it. On Sangheilios there was forerunner artifacts but none like these. Even the troops wondered what all these glyphs and artifacts were. Kepe looked over at what he thought was a massive holo-panel which he knew would activate something. He was well aware of the consequences that might follow because of his actions but still, the Admiral had tasked him on this mission and all aristocrats had to make sacrifices or risks, no matter the cost. Quickly Kepe tapped a few of the buttons on the controls and then he saw the holo panel began entering in information before he heard something make a loud clang. Quickly weapons raised above them and then there was nothing. Kepe then saw other panels rise up from the ground to form a circuliar formation, all of which appeared to be active. "Well, it appears you have done something General. I think these holo panels should activate the secrets we are looking for in this facility." One of the Majors implied. Kepe nodded and then turned to the Major.
"Do it." He ordered. The Major nodded and turned to the Minors.
"Activate the panels."
Immediately the Minors walked over to each panel and all of them activated them at the exact same time. Immediately this followed by a set of loud clanging noises and the sound of something moving before something rose from the floor. It was a larger panel, much larger than the others. Kepe then walked up to it studying it for a moment and then pressing buttons on it which the panel then accepted before activating. A loud booming noise was heard as something massive moved and then there was silence and then a loud shrieking noise came. This wasn't the sound of a machine, this was something different, as if it were real. Then another roar, different to the other was heard but it was more distant. Kepe then turned to his troops.
"Sir, what monstrosities could be the source of those cries?" Asked the Major. Kepe however was unmoved by this, he knew what one of the screams was and he knew it was the one thing he hoped to never encounter.
"I know what one of those things are...the parasite..." Said Kepe with dread in his voice. Within a moment there was the of more shrieks and then over at the other end of the room came a loud banging sound from a large set of doors.
"Stay strong warriors! Try to defend yourselves as best you can, if you loose your shield don't let them get to you. Be sure to watch each other's backs! Fall back my warriors, fall back!" He warned. He knew the Flood would break through any minute now and quickly he and the Elites began to run back to the main doors they had come through. Immediately there was a crash as the doors burst open. Flood Infection Forms spewing everywhere. These little creatures looked like jellyfish or very squidlike with small tenticles with small feelers at the fronts. The Infection Forms latch onto their host and then implant themselves before turning them into a form and use that form to assist in consuming more hosts and from there they evolved into more forms. Kepe and the Elites immediately opened fire with their weapons as they fell back to the main doors...

"Captain...they followed us!" The a officer replied as the captain narrowed his eyes as the 3 Star Destroyers were currently in hyperspace towards the main Imperial Space Stations.

"If they find out where our bases lay...they will launch attack after attack till we are destroyed" The captain replied..

"Dont worry captain...we have the Reaper there for support and another Executor Class Star Destroyer is being built for defense as well and we have hundreds of space stations for defense....of all the places, this might just be the most important area of command besides Revan's flagship" The officer replied.

"We still cant risk leading them towards our base...we still have a fair distance too go...if we can just change the direction of the route..." The captain replied to think if it was possible.

Revan and the other Arc Troopers looked at each other...movement once more.

"Son of a *****...do we attract that much attention?" One ARC Trooper asked, his voice ruthless and annoyed. A veteran of battles...

Revan sensed the life presnce itself and the radar still was aware of the unknown creature and life presence. He tightened the grip on his lightsaber as the troops and the sith himself looked at each other through their night vision...still armed.

"Prehaps...I should confront it..." Revan replied as he looked behind them as the troops slowly looked at him.

Martain chuckled to himself thinking "Yeah trooper... go confront it..." He couldnt see the imperials but his directional mic informed him of their conversation. He continued to follow queitly...

The sentinals continued to follow the imperials passively... not makeing the slightest of agressive actions

"More movement...they arent life...I'm assuming machines" One Trooper replied.

"Battledroids maybe..." Another trooper replied.

"Well My Lord...what are your orders..." One of the 3 captains asked, his duel blasters in is hands, awaiting orders, the black armored clone trooper along with two others stood ready for orders.

"Go on ahead...stay together, be mindful of your surroundings...I'll catch up with you later..." Revan replied as he turned around completely as the troops nodded and begun to walk foward as Revan decativated his lightsaber as he clearly was now one with the darkness. He still could see through the nightvision in his mask and he still could feel the life source coming towards him through the force..

Tehren was hesitant as he had to keep watch of Revan but if he did not leae with the ARC troopers the dark lord might get suspicious. Very well my lord, Tehren gestured but as he headed down the corridor he silently placed a tiny surveillence camera that would provide him with a visual up until the signal could no longer be obtained. He followed up with the ARC troopers as they left...

The xenomorph queen took a glance about the room of the temple she and her kin were in, but knew that she was a powerful fighter and would be willing to die to defend her offspring. She then seemed to stop moving and remained on her eggsack without making a sound. The intruders wouldn't be able to tell if she was alive or dead unless they heard her hissing and that sound was not being heard form her.

Martain zipped across the dark tunnel, clacking onto the oppoiste wall with hardley any sound, tiny microscopic blades on his gloves keeping him attached to the wall. A crosshair rolled across his visor, targeting a lone trooper and zooming in on him, scanning his weaponary and equipment. Martain thought to himself "So this is the one the keep refering to as their lord.... odd way to refer to a troop commander..." His secondary stealth kept him melding in with his background, his primary stealth meaning that no sound came from within his suit aswell as maintaining room tempature...

Revan eyed behind slightly...his troops were movin...the Dark Lord of the Sith looked on...he had somewhat of a vision of him but he trusted the force but as far he knew...it was in front of him.

"I'm assuming your interested in our deaths..." Revan replied through the dark corridor as he narrowed his eyes as he stood there in his dark armor and robes poised to strike if needed as he kept a relaxed hand on his lightsaber handle.

Martain frowned from within his helmet... How had the trooper found him? It wasnt really much of a suprise that the imperials had technology he hadn't heard of though... He would just have to be smart. He started off, his voice quiet and scratchy "Ohhhh noo....." He quickly leapt off his spot, landing onto the oppoiste wall. he continued "More interested in your lives...." He let himself drop a few feat, quietly, wanting to conceal his direct location... It would be hard to track his voice as it was, but he didnt want to make it any easier....

Another xeno warrior had been sent to watch the arc soldiers to try and find out what their purpose in the temple was and if they knew of the hive. The creature crawled on the walls silently, but knew that it would be hard to track even if it did make a sound. however, the warrior wasn't taking any chances and felt it was best to stay silent and not attack recklessly.

His vision had still a slight glimpse at him...should he activate his lightsaber, things would be easier, the glow would make vision easier and he could just have just scanned his mind through the force and kill him but he doubt it would that easy.

"Tell me...do you know who I am?" Revan asked, fear and manipultation was a common Sith Way....it was this manipulation he had conviced that officer to enter the Annihilator, he could have captured him...scann his mind for information but his guards had killed him before anything could have been accomplished. He waited in the darkness, still seemingly relaxed. He did not know who this person was but in a few moments, he just might find out.

It took the warrior xneomorph only five minutes to locate the arc troops, following their noises that could easily be heard in the silent temple. It looke down upon them and moved easily on the walls, far above the intruders heads. It was seemingly part of the darkness itself as the arc troops had no idea that it was watching them.

The troopers kneecap filled a zoom window on Martains hud, he adjusted his aim slightly and said "Who you are doesn't interest me... Your alligence however, does... I am here to make a bargain with you...."

"Interesting point...then continue on..." Revan replied...this was interesting. Still the last time he spoke of alligances...he was responisble for the deaths of that admiral simply because his people were involved with the destruction of a space station and the lives of numerous troopers..

The Arc Troopers paused once more...movement back in radar.

"Son of a ***** man...I'm tired with everything chasing us!" One of the ARC Trooper captains replied as he looked around as the troopers armed themselves.

"Is it Revan...?" One asked.

"Possibly....but who knew, he would at least told us..." Another captain replied as they looked all around with their nightvision...up down left and right, they stuck together, weapons drawn..

The xeno watched as the arc troopers began to search for it. Deciding to cause them to feel more alarmed, it hissed just loud enough for them to hear. It then quietly moved farther right, but not before seeing some o the arc troops shudder ffrom the sound it had made.
