Garroth was very pale right now, he just hoped that his friends would not be executed, their lives were on by a thread here and he could see by the looks on their faces as they were coiled up from mouth to tail by the vines that they were worried by the least of their fate. Garroth quickly let his mind summon up the courage inside of him to speak, it was hard enough in front of two very high ranking dragons before him. He had never seen Rutus before, only heard of him and his military prowess. Seeing Rutus angry scared him, he hated it when others shouted, even when it wasn't at him. Though it was terrifying when it was him being yelled at. He let his nerves calm for a minute before speaking out. "Alright, I think I should start things off with how this whole mess started. Well, basically me and my dragons I train with had finally finished our training and were ready to start taking missions from Acacius. Acacius sent us out on a mission to attack an Orc Encampment a few miles from our territory. We first attacked their pig farms and cut off their food supply before we assaulted their stronghold, a village nearby. their village was burned to the ground by our magic and fire. However, it seemed that our victory was short for we were then attacked from an imp army sent by the Demonic Empire who as we figured it may have intended to add the Orcs to their list of allies, possibly using their common hate of the industrialists as a tool. They chased us even when we fled. Their army was too powerful to take down alone. We set traps along our retreat back to our territory. The Imp army was reduced by a bit but not much. Finally when we made it back into our territory we thought we were safe until we saw the Imps destroying the main stone towers that marked the borders of the Green Dragon Realm. Now we were the only ones scouting at the time but the attack happened at night and so we quickly raised the alarm to any allies nearby. I believe nearly all the Green Dragons in the area came. At least a hundred of the green dragons assisted against the Imp Army. However, the Imp leader unleashed powerful magic where he opened a gateway to the Demonic Capital and summoned from that were probably a hundred demons. The Green Dragons and our squad fought bravely and we thought we were winning, though a casualty check afterwards revealed we had actually been losing the battle. I went and battled the Demon Leader, a Hell Knight, if i remember correctly, who made a burn mark on his chest. He then called back his demon army, I don't know why though but my guess is that he was losing more than he had expected and needed the army for some other purpose. However, right before he left he shot a flaming arrow cursed with Demonic magic and it killed one of my members, Sarcus. She could not be saved. The next morning, I was at the Hall of Fame and looking at the numerous statues there. just then, Chronos came up from behind me. He and I talked for a while about the aftermath of the events that unfolded during that unfortunate night. He told me that I was to go after the Alerial Gems, to reunite the Legendary Stone of Power, and with the Dragons united, banish or destroy the Industrialists and Demonic Empire for good or otherwise send them back to the Underworld permanately. He then told me that the gem I wore around my neck was the actual Green Alerial Gem, my father told me that it was a gift as a mark of his inheritance passed on down to me. I was even more honoured that he spoke so highly of me and that he would help guide me. He has been in contact with my mind so he has been speaking to me through to my head as I have done the same. But, well before I left Chronos sent Tranquillus, the gold dragon here to help me. And so we have travelled to the Blue Dragon's territory for a week or more. Nothing much happened along the way until we got there. When we arrived at the fortress to the Blue Dragons' home, we were greeted by many of the Blue Dragons and their leader Balmeer and then, after saying he planned on having us locked up, you, Your majesty Rutus arrived along with a number of other dragons from the different nations. But besides us being put in that prison, that's about all I can say. I apologize dearly to you, Your majesty, especially as I had no idea whatsoever that the gem was rightfully yours. I don't know much about the fact that my father won it in a duel with Acacius either but that's what he told me. I only ask for forgiveness and that I will continue to serve our cause as will my friends." Garroth finally paused before taking in a deep breath, he was exhausted. He hoped Rutus would not punish him or his friends...

The Green Dragon Emperor stared from the young green Dragon to his Highest Ranking General and best friend, finally sighing, and flicking a clawed hand, vines shooting out of the ground and a screech of panic following. as the dust from the vines settled, the constricted body of Rutus' General lay, stuck to the ground, unable to move, his clawed hands bound to the ground and his jaws restricted, completely silenced. with a flick of his claw, a small spiked object shot from one of the vines and penetrated Garroth's skin, the flesh around it healing over it in seconds with the use of Rutus' minor knowledge in Life Magic. he growled "Garroth, you are to summon your father to me. you have 1 hour. if after that hour, you have not returned, that seed will release a lethal poison into your bloodstream and kill you. if you inform your father about the purpose of his summoning, the seed will release an acid that'll eat you from the inside out, understand? now go". he returned his gaze to his general while waving a hand at the Green Dragon, releasing him from the vines that bound him, allowing him to leave. and the Dragon had no way of disobeying his command. Chronos... he thought. I expected one of the emperors to lose their minds under the pressure of the current events....but not Chronos.... with a growl, the Emperor lay down on his throne, the Alariel Gem having formed a large silver necklace/breastplate around his neck, further protecting the already powerful chest scales. his eyes moved to the other dragons in Garroth's group, and then to Acacius, who was loking at his old friend with a mixture of sadness, dispair, and rage. if he ever managed to get through this, he was not going to let Garroth get away with it. suddenly, everything went dark, as Rutus summoned a large amount of plants to grow over the General, completely hiding him from view. anyone who saw him would think he was simply a large moss covered stone, the vines and moss having changed his appearance to be unrecognisable...

Garroth knew this was not going to be easy, but if he didn't do something now, he was as good as dead. And he dare not question the Emperor. Time was running out. He knew where his father would be during this time. Alairoth liked to spend the day with Starroth in a cave where they would meditate otherwise they might be off relaxing. But Garroth had to trust that his father was at the cave. If not then at their roost. He quickly launched into the air. He was scared for his life, he tried to contact Chronos through his mind but to his bewilderment, he discovered a huge shield around the Gold Dragon's mind. He was on his own now. He searched high and low for the cave when he reached sky height. He didn't want to miss it...

Neltharion lauched himself into the air after Stimeak, trying his best to keep up with his mentor. He glanced around the area blankly, bored even still, wanting to return to the Spire. Neltharion yawned, focussing back onto his flying, still trying to keep up with Stimeak.

Garroth searched and high and low from above in the clouds, it then caught his eye, a unique cave formation. It was on a rocky spot where water gushed off a small waterfall nearby into a river. Alairoth, Garroth's father had to be there. Relieved, Garroth dived down from the sky with haste...

the large shadow of a Red Imperial Dragon glided over the massive fields of the Elven Kingdom on his way to his own home. Deer and other animals scattered at the sight of the massive red form gliding overhead, it's massive fiery fin making it unique among it's kind. his legs drawn tight against his body, his massive wings spread out to their full 24 meter width, the large spikes fan at the tail tip acting like a rudder to steer his movements. as he began to near his own Realm, he began to descend, quickly closing in on his own home; The Golden Caverns...

Garroth dived into the cave. The cavern itself was darkening at first but then after a quick adjustment to the surrounding area, Garroth saw light beam through the top of the cave. Here it was rather rocky. Here lay burn marks across different parts of the cave. Garroth knew it was probably his father training. He saw the light beam down on a small formation in the center of the cave. Here a large green dragon, slightly smaller than Rutus but about Acacius's size and age was seated meditating. He was bright green along his scales and had two long horns poking out from his head. This was his definately Alairoth, Garroth's father. Alairoth had scars along his neck, scars that were permanent, possibly from another dragon as Garroth guessed seeing as his father never spoke of his wounds. His tail was similar to Garroth's but longer and pointed, shaped almost lance-like which his father used like a spear and definately made a very accurate hits when sparring with other dragons. The spikes running along his father's back were long and needle-sharped just like his teeth. His wings were big and out in front of him like a shield almost. His father's eyes were a deep blue colour but for some reason would change colour depending on his mood. It would change to red when he became mad or deep aqua if he was sad. Otherwise it would only change colour if he was about summon forth magic depending on the element. Alairoth could wield the power of Earth well and specialized in causing Earthquakes in the ground, he also could bring forth a geyser of heated water to knock a foe sky high. Alairoth immediately unfolded his wings to reveal his face as his head snaked upward and looked at his son before his mouth moved back to reveal a smile. "My son, I see that something is troubling you. What ails you?" He hissed in a deep and wise voice. He certainly wasn't as old as Chronos or Rutus but still looked just as wise and kind. Garroth was pleased to see his father but all the same worried. "Father! Lord Rutus has asked you to meet him at his home right now. I don't know why exactly but it is urgent that he see with you right away." Garroth hissed, relieved all the same but with enough intent in his voice to mean that it was urgent. Alairoth studied his son for a long hard minute before speaking. "Something has happened to you son. You know that we promised never to keep secrets from each other so tell me what's up." He said with seriousness. Garroth began to panic but remained silent, he didn't want his father to know or else he was as good as dead. "Look, I'd love to tell you but I can't really do that. Look, father you'll have to come with me, we must go to Rutus right now. I'm sorry but I can't explain, the truth would be too dangerous." Garroth hissed persistently. Alairoth was still unconvinced but nodded anyway. "Let's go then and sort this issue out with Rutus and then talk afterward." He replied. Garroth nodded and waiting, Alairoth slowly walked over to the front of the cave and took flight, his wings powerful enough to send a group of trees off their roots if Alairoth was to throw enough wind. Rutus would certainly be able to knock out a whole forest. Still Garroth followed behind his father as they headed to Rutus. Time was short...

After hours of flying, Stimeak was tired... He continued to swoop out've the clouds zipping over the forest. He arced himself back upwards towards the clouds. After a while more of flying he called on his magic and pushed the clouds out of his path. The Frozen Spire was revealed. He grined at the sight. The massive spike of ice towering over the mountains. The mountain itself was harsh and unforgiveing. The only life really thriveing besides birds was the elk and some wolves. He glided towards the summit of the mountain releived to be back home...

Orion continued his trek through the forest, his eyes closed as he took in the fresh smell of pines, maples, and oaks. He was calm and slow as he carefully walked on the grass and dirt covered ground, taking in the beauty and quietness of the forest. He liked it because it was a place for him to think without the interference of the other unicorns who were grazing in Bloodrose Valley. The sound of rippling water made his ears prick. He opened his eyes and started to trot toward the source. He was starting to feel parched and needed a drink. It couldn't be that far away. When he got there, he lowered his head to the cool liquid and sniffed it before drinking it, closing his eyes once again, enjoying the fresh taste of the water.

Garroth landed in the small clearing ahead, follwoing behind Alairoth. Alairoth walked and saw the vines wrapped around several other Green Dragons and another on the ground strained there. Alairoth stopped and looked at the ones coiled up in midair. "I take it these are your friends Garroth?" He asked. Garroth nodded. Alairoth stepped forward a metre but cautious. "Master Rutus! You sent my son to summon me here. What ails you my lord?" He hissed loudly. Alairoth may be powerful but even he would obey the Green Dragon Leader. Suddenly Garroth looked toward the left and there in front of him was Rutus. Alarm and panic rose but died for a moment. Alairoth looked over and there was Rutus looking right at them...

the Green Emperor growled "greetings Alairoth. i take it you're wondering why you've been called here. It seems that we have a minor problem". he flicked a finger and a small spiked object burst from Garroth's skin, hitting the ground and shrivling immediately. he pointed a finger at the Green jem on his chest. "I was told that you gave this to your son as inheritence". he looked into the Green Dragon's eyes awaiting a response...

Alairoth looked, it was the Green Alerial Gem. Astonished but didn't express it. "Yes my lord, it was given to my son, from me. I won it in a duel against Acacius sir." He replied...

Rutus growled "And did Acacius tell you where he acquired it?". he was surprisingly calm, as if asking about an item he wished to search for himself, to acquire one like it. as if he were speaking of an interesting piece of jewelry and wanted to know the jeweller who made it...

"Sir? I'm not quite following..." Said Alairoth in a confused voice. He wondered himself why Acacius had had it in the first place. Garroth was relieved of the fact he was not going to die but remained quiet...

Rutus repeated his question, this time with a more inquiring tone. he wanted to know the answer and he'd not cease until he found it...

Inferno dove in on his mountain home, the ice capped peak soon zooming out of sight as he shot past it and down to the ledge. he had pulled his wings tight against his form and was plummeting towards the ground at immense speed. at the last minute he unfurled them and steered upwards, doing a loop before beating his wings in a cushioned landing, hitting the ground with a light thud, before turning around and walking into the entrance, descending the large solid gold staircase to the main chamber and walking straight into an elevated chamber which was lined with exquisite gemstones. inside, he saw Fieras resting, deep, exhausted, growling breaths coming from her. whatever she had done in his absence had definately exhausted her. the large resting chamber was surrounded by large orange crystals about 3 meters tall and 2 meters wide, a total of around 10 gems all glowing with warming light. Inferno decided he'd leave his mate to rest for a moment as he explored the rest of his home, which, until now, he hadn't really seen properly. he walked out of the large resting chamber, and began to explore the winding caves that were linked to his home...

Alairoth was confused still, it was like Rutus was asking himself a question. But he answered it nonetheless. "Well sir, forgive me if I am wrong but I don't think I was informed of where you required the Alerial Gem." He replied...

Rutus looked at the dragon and growled "Alairoth. I am the Green Dragon Emperor. The Green Alariel Gem holder. the owner of the gem for as long as i live and remain as i am at heart. this Gem was stolen from me and now i found it in you're son's possession. what am i to think? that i cannot even trust my own kind anymore? that i should treat all others, including those i deem as my Generals, defenders, friends, as outsiders to be wary of at all times?". now, Rutus was angered, however, he maintained a calm tone...

Alairoth felt sense of worry now. He knew he'd never steal that gem, that would be heresy and betrayal. His eyes went wide."My lord, I would never steal your previous gemstone. Even if I was stronger than you. That gem is yours by right. It was Acacius that held it at the time of our duel. We had a...dispute and decided to resolve with a duel, the winner takes the gem. I won against Acacius and took the gem. But I had no idea it was yours at the time. Now I am only aware of this news. I won't lie to you my lord. I have never been near your premises either. I wouldn't dare tresspass on your home. I value my life well and I am saying that I never stole any gem. It was a fair fight and a fair prize." Replied Alairoth. He wondered how anyone would even get close enough to Rutus to even steal his gem. This even pondered Garroth...
