Inferno laughed slightly, before growling "It wasn't Mortus' choice. I had made a rather outstanding name for myself among the Red Dragons. lots of friends witrh different races, having a bit of experience with the more dangerous places in the realms, physically and mentally powerful. the Red Dragons who had a say in things wanted me as Emperor because they saw me as the perfect candidate to build up our relations, and defend the Realm with merciless force if need be. nobody expected me to take over this soon though. after the word reached Mortus that the majority of the Reds wanted me to take over once he relinquished his power, he began to arrange that he teach me the skills neccesary. I also met his daughter and we became close friends. once he found out exactly how close, he got cold. unfortunate that we couldn't solve our...problems, before he died". he had carved a Dragon face in the stone by now, the etching surprisingly good considering it was carved in stone...

Stimeak nodded and and hissed with a grin "So whats talented, strong, popular Inferno doing talking to a Silver Rogue? But somehow I don't think the other emperors share your beleifs on equality... your oppinion?"

"As i said. i don't care about status. i care about personality. and granted, a number of Emperors wouldn't agree with my beliefs. though i know for a fact Chronos, Vitae and Morian do. Rutus, as far as i can guess, is somewhere between that and considering himself as above others. Balmeer, as you could probably see, thinks highly of himself. as for Drionach, i think you would know more about him than i do" growled Inferno, a knowing look in his eyes and a grin on his face...

Stimeak pretended that Inferno hadn't mentioned Vitae. Instead he growled "Ah yes, I suppose you have already geussed my relation with Drionach, no?" It was common knowledge that Dramacas was caring for another young dragon aswell. But it was widely beleived that Stimeak was a bit of a failure in most feilds and that he was only being taken care of due to a promise made by Dramacus to Stimeaks father. Ironicly, unknown to everyone but Dramacus, Stimeak and Drionach. Dramacus WAS his father

Neltharion glanced up at Stimeak and Inferno, turning back to his tail, watching it curiously. He glanced back at the bracelet, holding in his hand, thinking in his mind a command. At once, a bolt of fire shot out and struck the ground, Neltharion snarling in surprise, jumping back. He glanced around, hoping no one would notice, turning away from Inferno and Stimeak, slightly embarrsed.

"Yes, actually, i have. but not all Emperors have. i figured it out mostly by your behaviour around him and the fact that you said the first few letters of his name a few moments ago, though there were other things" growled the Red Emperor. a blast of fire hit the ground at his feet and he looked at the source of it, to see the young Black Dragon turning away shyly. he grinned, and, with a wave of his clawed hands, absorbed the heat from the melted stone, solidifying it. "make sure you choose a target and think of what you want to do with it exactly" he growled...

Stimeak nodded solemly. He didn't reply at first, feeling that he didn't need too, but then a thought hit him and he growled quietly "uhh, you said you were freinds with Mortus' daughter right? Well, that wouldn't be Fieras would it?" It alarmed him slightly that he might of killed his Inferno's mate's father.

Inferno grinned and nodded. "She takes after her mother as far as looks are conscerned. Mortus was part Black Dragon. a small part, but it was in his blood. Fieras is more or less pure Red, with a bit of Fire Elemental further back along her mother's family line, as well as what little remains of the Black Dragon blood that entered their family through Mortus' great Grandmother, so she turned out looking quite different" he growled. a faint chuckle came from the entrance to the Caverns as Fieras walked out, eying th young Black Dragon. "Very few noticed that bit in my father. besides the horns, no one could tell he was part Black Dragon" she growled. Inferno grinned as he pointed a claw at Neltharion's Bracelet, which began to spread across his arm with a blue, fiery Runic pattern...

Neltharion blinked as they mentioned his kind, rarely hearing about the other black dragons. As Inferno pointed at the bracelet, his eyes widened slightly, watching the energy spread across his arm, confused as to what was happening, but remained silent, continueing to watch.

Stimeak paniced slightly when he saw Fieras but quickly calmed and nodded at her before turning back to the clouds. He switched his gaze to the forests below and growled "Come to think of it I haven't seen an elf in a long time. Do they ever bother you up here?"

"Yes actually. it's a rare occurance though. An Elf came to me not long ago requesting help regarding a special medicine that normal magic couldn't heat sufficiently, the kind that is often used to cure life threatening illnesses, i this case, the demonic cursed, poison transmitted sickness, Deathbite. the cure needed extreme heat to make the various ingredients mix, and they had neither the magical or natural means to do it. they had a specially made flask made of shed Red Dragon skin, but the heat itself was too intense to be created by a normal flame, and so, the elderly elf came to me for the mastery of the element. indeed, he was willing to become indebted to me for this favour. in the end, his boldness and his situation won out. i did it for him without asking for anything in return" growled Inferno, remembering the day vividly. Fieras thought for a moment and then growled "that poor old man made me feel sorry for him. tired, aged, and in need of a cure for a potentially fatal sickness. I do hope he solves what problems he has"...

Stimeak snorted and growled gruffly "I would've frozen his feet to the roof of my cave and then I would let Neltharion practice a few spells on him." Stimeak didn't like elves. He didn't like them at all...

Inferno grinned. "Well, maybe that's why you're all alone, ey?" he growled in an amused tone, making his best imitation of a dwarven accent as he said it. "I know several elves who are respectful, friendly, and quite willing to help me if i ever need it. and they sometimes come without something important. sometimes it may be something as simple as a short conversation, like ours right now" he growled, now being more serious. his tail swayed from side to side slowly,at times slashing across the ground, carving deep gashes into the rock, the grooves lighting in flames from the extremely flammable combustable liquid within the tail...

Stimeak laughed and hissed back, grinning "I have no problem with the local rangers but any elf even close to my home can consider himself dead." His eyes narrowed, remembering that day in the woods so long ago.

Inferno shook his head slightly, as if saying "it's pointless". finally, he growled "Why DO you hate Elves so much?". by now he had let off another blast of fire magic onto the face etched in stone, melting it off and smoothing it back to normal rock...

Stimeak snorted loudly and hissed coldly "Whats there not to hate? Nasty little creatures. All of them liars. Overly agressive... Of course if there is more of you than of them they are fine, but if they hold even the slightest advantage they exploit it. One of my best freinds was ambushed and killed by elves when we were only Hatchlings. Wasn't even in their land. " Annoyed by the memories he closed his fist quicky making the claws click together, a small ball of lightning springing to life hovering above his palm...

Garroth stood amidst the dust that settled over the crumbled pillars he had demolished as he calmed himself down. He waited until his mind was clear...

Inferno nodded, before growling "Of course, like all creatures, there are the good ones, and bad ones. personally, i have never come across Elves, regardless of number, that acted that way with me. in fact, they were more willing to learn from me than anything"...

Stimeak answered back in an un-intrested voice "Well I suppose thats true, but from my expeiriances I feel its better to make sure they are in no possition to argue before I start talking." He raised his claws hand, the ball lightning whizzing around inside it and he suddenly flung it down the mountain. Watching as flew into the distance, eventually hitting a tree and blowing apart and sending flameing debris high into the sky.

Inferno nodded and growled "of course. regardless of who it is, you should have precautions. however, it'd be unfair to them to immediately label them as untrustworthy simply because of an attack in the past by ones unrelated to them in anything but race"...
