The second Carnotaurus followed its partner into the massive room, sniffing cautiously. Suddenly, both animals disappeared from sight, and Jack silently cursed as he watched them from behind a large rack of tools. He managed to find their general location, however, by the bloodstains they left behind, clearly from fresh wounds. Must be those two Jenkins was talking about earlier... he thought. He looked back at Persephone and pointed silently over his shoulder, towards the other end of the storage area...

Riley raised his arm and looked at the watch on his wrist, seeing some time had pasted since Barnes left shortly after the others did. "Hey, Max, come over here man!" The merc whispered to his friend, gesturing him to come on over to him...

Max nods and walks over the Riley. "Yeah, buddy? What do you need?"

"Look at the time on my watch. Barnes and them have been gone for quite a while, eh? Don't think we should go look for them now?" the merc asked in response. Riley turned to look at the others, waiting for Maxwell's answer...

Maxwell pumps his shotgun, and gives a quick nod. "I'd say you're right. Let's roll."

Hearing the click of the shotgun, Dodgson turned to face the two mercs. "You aren't planning on going anywhere, are you?" he said. "Barnes doesn't want anyone leaving, you know."

"Let them go if they wish it's their problem if they get in trouble, besides wouldn't you rather be in here with locked doors and Cameras to warn of danger," Hiero asked as he sat in a chair checking his gun over.

"Well of course I do," Dodgson replied. "These two, however, would be defying orders if they ran off. I don't think the Lieutenant would appreciate that, do you?"

"Those four have been gone for a while now, Dodgson. Someone's gotta go out there and find 'em," Riley responded, before checking the last clip in his AK, confirming it was full of lead to pump into dinos, if any were out there...

Hiero merely shrugged and turned his head over to the cameras again, he turned a knob on a TV and suddenly the interior of the Armory appeared with Jack and the Women on the screen they appeared to be moving quietly though Hiero couldn't tell why.

"I'm sure they're fine," Dodgson said, waving his hand dismissively. "Besides, you'll need Andrew to open the doors to let you out." Jenkins interrupted, saying, "If they want to go risk their lives, by all means, let them run off." Dodgson gave Jenkins an odd look. "These men are here you protect you, and you're willing to let them go off on a potential suicide mission?" Jenkins shrugged. "They know what's best about warfare, right?" "This isn't exactly conventional warfare, Andrew..." Jenkins, however, was distracted by Hiero. "Hey now, don't touch that!" he said, alarmed. "This is very sensitive equipment, you know!"

"Dodgson, you DO realize they're probably under attack by those raptors we encountered eariler and need some serious help, you know. I mean, you did hear that gun go off a bit ago, right?" Riley pressed on, before adding on to Andrew, "Jenkins, open the door for us..."

Dodgson rolled his eyes. "Fine, fine. Go follow the sounds of battle. That always ends well." Jenkins opened the door and said, "Have fun! See if you can win one of those giant teddy bears, eh?"

Persephone took note of where Jack was pointing, then nodded. she knew what he meant. She readied herself, then bolted toward the direction he had pointed in. she moved as fast as she could, which was very fast, to say. She didn't exactly want to become a Carnotaurus snack...

Jack quietly slapped his forehead when Persephone ran, not intending on her to go into a full-blown sprint. The sudden movement had clearly caught one of the hunting Carnotaurs' attention, and the rattling of equipment and echo of thumping footfalls announced its presence as it rapidly worked to overrun and intercept Persephone. Jack looked across the room, pistol at the ready, but still had trouble making anything out in the gloom...

Maxwell clicks on his flashlight and ties it to his shotgun. "Yeah, yeah, joke all you like. I'm not gonna let anyone else die, you crazy old coot." Maxwell then turns to Riley. "Riley, let's go."

Persephone moved as fast and as silently as she could to the other side of the room, her magnum now raised up, ready to shoot anything that moved. She cursed herself for moving too quickly, and she knew that, more likely than not, she had one flesh-eating bull's full attention...

Riley nodded and followed behind Maxwell, before saying to him only, "and besides, We'll need to find ammunition for the others, man..."

"I know you are but what am I?" Jenkins muttered, innocently looking around, as if he had said nothing...

There was a loud crash as the Carnotaur smashed aside something, and one of the racks near Persephone fell on its side. There was a loud roar, followed by a blur of movement as something very large charged straight for Persephone...

MMaxwell counters Jenkins' statement with, "I rest my case," before turning to Riley. "Yes. But let's think about that later- we've got guys to help out." Maxwell heads out the door, hoping Riley follows him.
