Sangheilios nodded. "Same here, especially that one. He's a lot worse than King Ghidorah. The first we met, he trounced me in two seconds. I didn't even hurt him with my beam. He just absorbed it and shot it right back. King Ghidorah sure as hell can't do that."

MKG sent a message to the "scarab" human:"Hello, Scarab. I'm certain that you are the one who contacted me earlier, judged by how you seem to have expected me. Why have you summoned me here?"

[The Kingpin]

"Last time someone tried to pull that on me they nearly died" growled Bane. the nature of the energy that was kept within him was so volatile and unstable that it was practically impossible to absorb it without violently explosive results...

"Believe me, this thing can absorb just about anything thrown at him," replied Sangheilios. "He absorbed my most powerful beam, which killed Space Godzilla in one hit. He just shielded it like it was nothing. I think that's what he does when he destroys a planet: takes all its energy for his own purposes. Unless you have more energy than an entire planet in your Atomic Ray, I don't think you'll do anything."

Unknown to Varan and Barugaron, a GDF mech was watching them, camouflaged amongst the trees. It had come across Varan when he arrived, and got caught in a very interesting situation as a result. The Gremlin's scanners were going crazy as the mech took in as much information as its expansive processors would allow...

"Well thus far he's been beaten around by regular weapons, and literally blown through the dirt by my Hell Fire beam, which should still be burning his armour away now" growled Bane...

Varan slid to a stop, uncurling himself as he spun around to face Barugaron. "You are a cockroach...too stubborn to just die!" he hissed, plasma seeping from his maw, opening his mouth as another stream collided with the acid creature's chest...

In front of Spinnerax, a large metallic form crashed onto the ground, standing on all fours. "We meet again, Spinnerax..." an electronic message droned to the wasp cyborg, MAUL staring emotionlessly at Spinnerax only a few yards away...

"Did he ever put his shield up?" Sangheilios asked. "Or were you too fast for him?"

Meanwhile, the battered Lord Ghidorah landed on the Arizona coastline, hissing furiously. Keizer Komodo landed as well growling, "What happened?" "Godzilla escaped, but another monster managed to present a real threat. Much more powerful than Gigamoth was. He will be our primary target. But first, I need to recharge. Get King Ghidorah." Keizer nodded and roared, "King Ghidorah! We require your assistance!"

Barugaron stepped to the side, dodging most of the beam, and roared back, "Don't you enjoy a real challenge, or do you like all your fights easy?" He bounded forward, rolling to Varan's side and spraying acid across his armored back, then kicked him in the gut, knocking the wind out of the monster and knocking him down...

King ghidorah heard the Roar and took to the air, flying in the direction of Komodo's roar. Gigan remained where he was, only intending to follow if he was called for. Once he reached the other two dragons, King ghidorah landed on the ground and though he was suprised to see the wounds on Lord ghidorah's body, he didn't show it. He hissed to the other Ghidorah:"What do you require my assistance for?"

Spinnerax's vission, which was taking everything in color, went blood red and the cross hairs appeared once more. MAUL was highlighted out of his surroundings. Spinnerax messaged back to the mecha, translating the Vortaakian language to English; "Hello again my human counter parts, back to confront me once again for existing it seems" Spinnerax rose up, but didnt spread his wings, not yet atleast.

Varan threw his arms forward once more, sending gusts of wind at Barugaron, while propelling himself along the ground, using the sudden gusts to bring himself into the air, landing shortly after. "There are few who can stand up to me...makes it all the more reason to kill you." he hissed, charging forward on all fours, leaping into the air a few yards before reaching Barugaron. Kicking the acid creature in the chest, Varan sprung off the monster, claws digging into its flesh, propelling Varan away from his opponent, while also flooring Barugaron...

"We saw your display against the Zilla creature...considering the beast's ties with the other monsters, we have determined that you are now safe enough to trust...for now." The electronic voice responded, MAUL still not moving almost completely. "If you cut your ties with all other beings but the GDF, we will not longer consider you a threat, and you can receive aid at any station capable...but if you refuse, you will be treated as any other monster, cyborg, or alien on the planet." it continued, waiting for Spinnerax's reply...

"Don't remember seeing a shield, if it had one....but i know that it enjoyed using it's wings' electric attacks" growled Bane calmly...

Spinnerax replied "I have already decided. Every monsterous ally I had is now my enemy. Though, I dont plan on joining your forces. All I require from you is for you to see me as an ally and, when I require, repairs. In return, I will also assist you when needed...."

Barugaron's tail, within reach of Varan, stabbed him in the leg, though it failed to actually cripple his foe. Using it as an anchor, Barugaron got to his feet, simultaneously throwing Varan to the ground. Kicking the monster brutally in the head, Barugaron snarled, "I won't be the one dying today..."

Lord Ghidorah growled, "Gravity Beams, now! I need the energy." Usually, Lord Ghidorah would have to rest for a long period of time after using the Vortex Blast, but this time around, he had help...

"Believe me, he has a shield," hissed Sangheilios. "Anyway, let's get going. I don't like hanging out on lifeless rocks all that much, you know?"

[Iceking]

King ghidorah nodded and fired his gravity beams into Lord ghidorah, the beams themselves doing nothing to the larger dragon, while the energy within the beams was now being abosorbed by Lord ghidorah...

Varan lashed out with his own leg, kicking Barugaron's knee before the creature's other leg touched the ground, causing it to collapse onto the ground. Varan rolled to his feet, shaking his head to keep the blood from his eyes, leaping straight into the air, bringing both clawed feet down on the acidic creature's chest with brutal force...

"Then we have a deal?" the electronic voice droned. "Remember, Spinnerax...if we discover you working with anyone other then the GDF...death will become a blessing for you.." in continued, MAUL's jets roaring to life, lifting the mech back into the air...

Barugaron, despite the pain, grabbed Varan's wrists with his claws, grinding the corrosive weapons into his foe for a moment, before lifting him up and flipping him over, causing Varan to land on his back, on the other side of Barugaron, who swiftly got up and backed away. Suddenly, his tail scraped against something, but the feeling swiftly disappeared, followed by the slight rustle of treetops and whisper-quiet mechanical noises. Confused, Barugaron looked around, seeing nothing...

"Then let our agreement be signed by blood" Spinnerax replied, wings spreading. They then began to flap, becoming blurs as the wasp rose into the air, his drills spinning and letting out the spiralling gold rays that sent Spinnerax hurdling upwards, barly visable because of his speed, leaving the planet and soon after, reaching the edge of Earth's gravitational pull, the beam dying down soon after. Spinnerax turned around to face the planet, now reverting to his place as an orbitting body, attempting to scan the Earth for signs of his allies. Spinnerax was alligned so that he was searching the lower pacific, where Godzilla and the others would most likly be

The Scarab replied "My associates and I still owe you payment for your aid earlier. The factory behind the building I am standing on is a cover for an old PWNT repair station which was built when this city was first attacked. Unfortunately, the cities defences fell before it could be put into use. Thats not to say it wasn't finished. Please, come closer."

The Repair station looked quite out of place in the ruined city. It took up the area of a whole block and was quite tall. It had been built over the ruins of a supermarket that had been wiped out during an early attack,

Varan used the momentum of the throw to roll to his feet, charging forward toward the distracted Barugaron. Swinging around suddenly, the creature's tail smashed violently against the acidic creature's neck, spikes digging into its flesh, dangerously near its major veins. Varan pulled his tail free, once again kangaroo-kicking Barugaron's back, pushing it into the trees...

Barugaron howled in pain, but that only angered the monster more. Getting to his feet, he attacked Varan viciously, punching the other monster repeatedly in the face, slashing him across the chest, and spinning around, his powerful tail flooring the bruised and battered Varan.

The Gremlin watched the fight with interest, fully aware that it might have to intervene, should Barugaron become compromised for any reason, because of the chip...
