Godzilla E-War

Where good and bad RPGs and E-wars go to die.

Spinnerax cocked his head, taken aback by the small robot's sudden appearance and what it said. Attempting to see if, truelly, his weapon systems had been numbed to his control while in the opperation, Spinnerax attempted to bring up his cross hair, finding himself unable to bring up his targetting program. He then raised his arms, finding himself unable to spin his drills. Spinnerax let out a low mechanical groan, walking to a large and vacant platform, lying down on it for the time being..

Hanging above Spinnerax, the Gremlin crouched upside down, attached to the nearest wall of the chamber. The mech made no effort to hide itself, scanning Spinnerax greedily. Its A.I. brain was slightly more independent than most GDF mechs, giving it a knack to act almost animal-like at times, though it still served the GDF unconditionally. The Gremlin made no effort to disguise itself from the alien cyborg below, tail waving almost mischievously. The scientists mostly ignored the mech, seeing as they had to deal with its quirky personality daily when it wasn't on scouting duty...

Spinnerax's gaze rose up, eyeing the mecha. It appeared to be examining him, pointless to the GDF as a whole since they have surely done so many times, especially during the few times he stepped out of his shroud of absense. Finding it's presence some what irritating. It was because Spinnerax was always alone when he was inactive, and had grown to like it that way. Thinking about slamming a drill into the mech and see how far it'd soar through the chamber, Spinnerax got up and lumbered off, not thinking it was a worth while risk to be taken as a threat and attacked because of boredum..

The Gremlin scuttled along the wall, following Spinnerax, eager to satisfy its own curiosity. The mech made random chittering sounds as it followed the peculiar cyborg, tail twitching casually...

"Spinnerax, get back to your station. This isn't a place to wander around, you are to be ready for deployment at any given time." A voice said abruptly to the cyborg, once again acting as an electronic communication, giving them the ability to communicate. The GREMLIN mech was ordered back as well, GDF command annoyed at both's inability to stay put and wait for orders. This was a base, not a zoo...the higher command began questioning the GREMLIN's AI, as well as the cyborg's organic half...though it wasn't the first cyborg in their arsenal...

The Gremlin hesitated, then scurried away, tail flicking irritably. The mech plugged itself, back-first, into a wall socket, next to Xeno-1, who hung from the wall in an eerie mime of a normal Xenomorph's hibernation stance.

Spinnerax lumbered back to the platform, clamps descending from the ceiling and locking onto his arms and body. Spinnerax wanted to bite at the constraints, but his mandibles were linked to his mechanical half. Quickly deducing that he wasnt going to be allowed to wander until GDF saw fit, Spinnerax quickly powered down. His folded wings would've been converting solar energy into power if he was outside, but the lights that GDF had in the hanger gave some form of sustinance to the cyborg..

Razortail was laying down on the metal floor of the base the other GDF units and Spinnerax were in. His sharp hearing had let him hear the Gremlin and Spinnerax moving, although he had been informed about the wasp before it had arrived and hadn't made a move. The cyborg dragon lay down his head and fell into a light doze, bored with no orders to follow...

OOC: First, this isn't how GDF behaves. At all. They are a military operation, not a f*cking petting zoo. The mechs wouldn't wander around the base like animals, they are machines used by the humans like modern people use tanks. Second, CS acknowledges his f*ck up with listing mechs, this is ONE Headquarters, and now we have 80% of the mechs here. What if something happens at the other hemisphere? Only STING and REX would be able to answer, because everyone grouped here. This better not happen again, or some characters are going to be melted down for spare parts.

Meanwhile, at the arctic Global Defense base, REX had finished its upgrades, how possessing weapons more capable for modern threats. The mech was issued to return to the North American GDF Headquarters to wait for deployment...

OOC: I appologize for said f*ck up >.<; DM, wouldnt Xeno1 be at that Asian outpost? Like...why would it cross an entire continent when it was housed comfortably somewhere else..

A dome of water exploded into gushing waves as Tundra surfaced, letting out a screeching roar with electronic warbling underlaying the sound. His bright blue form lumbered out of the water, falling onto the sandy shores of South Africa. He crawled across the land, his limbs looking like those of early lizards before they began to enlongate. Tundra got to his feet when his legs were back to normal size, his neck becoming serpentine and writhing about..

Bane followed slowly, eying Godzilla from a distance, making sure not to let Godzilla realise he was being tailed...

Godzilla lumbered fully onto the coast, leaving the water behind completely. The nuclear reptile looked around, making sure nothing was nearby before continuing forward. He expected-and wanted-an encounter with various mutants...but still did not want to be taken off guard. Godzilla moved further inland, alert and ready...

OOC: Well, you mentioned that Tyvexious was there, so I had all my mechs who were around that same area be there too. And sorry for the screw-up, TT.

Sangheilios kept an eye on Godzilla, swimming along behind Bane and watching for any creatures that might appear.

A single Gyaos, flying alone through the air (the formerly deadly creatures had been reduced to little more than a minor threat) spotted Godzilla down below him, and immediately dove down at the monster, firing his Sonic Ray as he did so...

OOC: No problem, just don't do it again. No one is allowed to disclose important positions/information about the GDF, because I am the one who controls them as a whole. Spreading false information = problems. This applies to everyone involved with the GDF.

Godzilla clenched his teeth from the attack, whirling around as his maw opened, the nuclear ray spewing from his mouth, slamming into the Gyaos's chest, not giving it the chance to dodge. The stream of nuclear energy exploded on contact, engulfing the flying mutant in a vicious fireball, Godzilla watching as it plummeted toward the ground...

Sangheilios couldn't help but laugh as the Gyaos plummeted to its death. "Dumb bird! Doesn't it know that it's helpless by its--" He stopped mid-sentence, as another pair of Gyaos, these two slightly larger, attacked from the front and form behind, bombarding Godzilla with their Sonic Rays. "Never mind then..." After a moment, Sangheilios added, "This must be the only major Gyaos territory left."

Godzilla snarled as the Gyaos bombarded him with their sonic attacks, mouth glowing brightly with white hot nuclear energy. Maw opening, the monster king engulfed the first winged mutant in another blazing inferno, immediately swerving the attack around, the nuclear energy cutting into the second Gyaos's wing, tearing the limb apart before the ray ended...

The wounded Gyaos forcibly dive-bombed Godzilla, slamming into his chest, then clamping its toothy jaws onto his arm, refusing to let go. The flying beast ground its fangs into Godzilla's flesh, beginning to draw blood...

Godzilla, the energy around his maw disappearing, grabbed onto the Gyaos's neck with one hand, bright flashes of nuclear energy spreading across his form, blowing the winged mutant's body off the nuclear reptile, its head and neck still in Godzilla's hand. Pulling its mangled head from his arm, the monster king tossed it aside...

No more Gyaos attacked the Monster King, but a few, who had obviously been watching from the sky, retreated, squawking in fright. Another monster, resembling a massive wasp chased after the Gyaos, but eventually stopped when they scattered. The massive insect instead turned its green compound eyes on Godzilla, hovering in the air, waiting for the newcomer to react.

Sangheilios ignored the newly-arrived mutant, considering it was most likely not a threat...

Godzilla recoiled his head in surprise, teeth bared none the less. The monster king's spines began to crackle with energy, as if telling the strange mutant to not suffer the same fate as the Gyaos...
