The Gyaos hit with a fireball let out a screech as it was immolated, but the second was able to fire its Sonic Ray right into Gamera's face, cutting off the second fireball. Staggering to its feet, the wounded Gyaos retreated back into the sky, firing its Sonic Ray at Gamera as it did.

Gamera hissed in annoyance when the sonic beam interrupted his fireball, but he quickly recovered. Ignoring the second sonic beam by presenting his hard shell to it, he suddenly whirled around and launched another fireball at the creature, this one colliding with the wing of the Gyaos...

The Gyaos shrieked in pain, tumbling to the ground with smoke streaming from its shredded wing. Nevertheless, the creature refused to die, instead firing its Sonic Ray again, this time slicing it along Gamer's burly arm...

Gamera snarled in pain, but he quickly launched another plasma fireball from his mouth, this one striking the Gyaos straight in the head, obliterating the skull. Picking up the scent of the Third Gyaos, the turtle like beast turned in the direction it was coming from, preparing himself to react to what he expected to be an attempted suprise attack...

The Super Gyaos stayed cautious. Instead of diving at its prey, the creature simply fired its Sonic Ray from the clouds multiple times, each time changing position so it couldn't be tracked...

Gamera managed to narrowly avoid some of the sonic beams by moving with short bursts of speed while others grazed his shell and right arm. He fired several plasma fireballs at where he had seen the beams come from, even though he doubted the Gyaos would actually be hit, judging from how the beams had been coming from different locations each time they were fired...

Any fireball that got too close to the Super Gyaos was quickly and easily dodged by the agile flier, who returned fire each time, which was easier against such a large and slow-moving target...

Once again, short bursts of speed enable Gamera to avoid some of the beams, but he still ended up getting hit. Snarling in annoyance, he launched more plasma fireballs in the direction of the beams before he retreacted his head and limbs into his shell, activating his organic jets and starting to spoon, rising into the air only a minute later. If the Super Gyaos wouldn't show itself, then he would have to fight it where it currently was...

The Super Gyaos stopped firing when Gamera retreated into his shell. It had little chance of penetrating that. Instead, the monster waited for an oppurtune moment to strike...

Gamera didn't emerge his head even after the sonic beams stopped. Instead, he flew towards the Gyaos at his top speed, managing to slam into and send into tumbling head over tail from the impact, the razors on his spikes leaving a few wounds on it, although the wounds weren't even close to being life threatining the the winged creature...

The Super Gyaos tumbled through the air, but swiftly caught itself, flying away to put some distance between itself and Gamera, watching him more carefully this time.

Gamera, knocking that the Gyaos would be more prepared for him to fly forward, knew that his fireballs and mana beam might be his only options unless he could coax it into coming closer. Extending his head partially out of his shell, he opened his jaws, letting loose a fireball at the creature...

The Super Gyaos deftly jinked to the side, letting the fireball rocket past. it immediately retaliated with its Sonic Ray, trying to hit Gamera's face before he could retract his head again...

Gamera had started to retract his head, but the sonic beam struck his nose. Ignoring the wound, he launched more fire balls at the Gyaos, one to the left, one to the right, one below it, one above it and one straight at it...

The Super Gyaos waited for a moment, considering each fireball was at a different distance, before going into a series of complicated dodged, narrowly evading each incoming fireball, though one managed to graze the flier enough to elicit a hiss of pain from its beak. In retaliation, it fired its Sonic Ray at Gamera's still-exposed head, trying to force him back into his shell...

Gamera managed to jerk his head to the side a second after the beam struck his snout, leaving a shallow cut in the scales. Still keeping his head out, he launched 4 more fireballs at the Gyaos before suddenly flying forward again, intent on colliding with it...

Again making a series of complicate aerial moves to dodge the incoming fireballs, the Super Gyaos was nevertheless caught off-guard by Gamera's attack, forced to clamp onto the top of the shell with its talons and wing claws...

Gamera, feeling the Gyaos clamp onto his shell, quickly extended his left arm and slashed the Gyaos's foot that was in reached as he dove downwards as though he were intent on crashing into the ground to make the Gyaos let go, although he had already judged the distance as to when he could pull up to avoid colliding with the ground...

The Super Gyaos screeched angrily and let go, firing its Sonic Ray at Gamera's backside to try and knock him out of the air...

Gamera's backside was grazed by the beam, but it didn't do enough to make him fall out of the air. While he was still spinning, he launched another fireball once his head end had faced the Gyaos, although the fireball only succeded in grazing the target as Gamera pulled up to avoid crashing...
