Godzilla E-War

Where good and bad RPGs and E-wars go to die.

Horus swiftly sent an image of the incoming enemies, the creatures at this point at a lower altitude to his own, though the high definition pictures easily showed every detail about them. "Gyaos. they're what would best be described as Horde Monsters. i ran into a few before i found you guys. they were mostly killed off, but you still find them scattered around the world in small groups" he added to the message carrying the picture...

Proteus also spotted the Gyaos, but couldn't make them out from the distance. Confused, he growled, "What... are those?"

The first Gyaos swooped in, screeching at Horus in an attempt to provoke him into attack, though prepared to dodge any beam weapon the dragon might have...

One of the vines on the opposite hand wrapped around the cyborg's leg, yanking it violently down, causing the beam to shoot up into the air, the flower-like appendage hanging on by a few vines, slowly being raised back to its base. Dragging the cyborg toward it, Biovine lashed its chest with its remaining vine-like appendages on its other hand, the vines covered in acid, doubling their effectiveness...

Razortail used the claws on his left front foot to slash the vines that were dragging him, cutting the gripping parts away and releasing him. Firing his laser into the acid coated ones, he too managed to slice them off before too much acid could get onto his chest scales. Getting back to his feet, the dragon quickly took back to the air and suddenly flew forward forward, grabbing onto Biovine's right shoulder with the claws of his front feet, having turned off his jets the momment he grabbed the shoulder, pulling himself onto the beast's back before sending a surge of electricity into his claws and slashing the back of beasts head, the shocks being strong enough to cause at least some trouble to Biovine's movement if it were to try and reach up or rear up to throw him off. Using the larger monster as a springboard, Razortail lept off of, activating his jets and quickly flying back far enough so that Biovine wouldn't be able to make a move without him at least having some time to react...

Horus eyed the Gyaos warily, noting it's taunts...they obviously wanted a fight...but for now, he decided it best not to give in to their will...the taunting wasn't a very clever move, seeing as there were only a few of them...there was nothing else in terms of monsters for miles, though not far ahead, the American continent was visible...

During Razortail's assault, Biovine exuded another cloud of poisonous gas, which floated toward the cyborg, its pace hastened by the cyborg's suddenly gust away from Biovine. However, the GDF ordered Razortail to back away from the creature, having done sufficient damage to it, just as the plant-like monster seemed to crouch in the jungle, various foliage coming to its aid, repairing damage...

Without glancing back at Biovine, Razortail flew at mach 4 back to the Island Pred-1 was standing on, reaching it in the same amount of time it took him to reach Biovine. Landing on the beach again, he turned his gaze back to the island Biovine was on, wanting to watch Pred-1 take on the plant like creature...

Pred-1's jets activated and he took off, rocketing straight for the island. Mid-flight, he extended his missile launcher mounted in his left wrist, and extended the wrist blades in his right wrist, ready to see what weapons did the most damage...

Osiris regarded the image with mild interest and messaged Placentra "So what? We kill them?" He was currently cruising just on the surface of the water, the top of his head and antenna visible...

"They are quite frail, yes, if they want to die, let it be" Placentra said, not really caring. Now that he's come to terms with living a mechanical after life, stress and constant alert were a thing of the past for him...

Osiris replied "Alright then. Horus, can you handle them or do you want me to help out?"

"I can handle them. this shouldn't take too long" responded Horus calmly, as he beat his wings powerfully, jerking forward as he suddenly changed speeds, rocketing towards the creatures, his jaws beginning to glow with yellow energy...

The closest Gyaos immediately fired its Sonic Ray, the thin yellow beam slicing across Horus' face and crest. The other two stayed back, waiting to see what would happen...

Foliage continued to spread over Biovine, the wounds mostly covered by vines, which moved quickly over his massive body. The jungle itself seemed to be aiding the behemoth, as if they were one and the same...

Horus snarled at the blast and retaliated with his own yellow plasma beam, the sheer force behind the blast engulfing the Gyaos in the seering hot energy, it's flesh literally being burned off it's bones in mid flight, the bones disintegrating shortly afterwards as the beam narrowed, Horus closing his jaws as he activated his jets, hurtling forward at startling speed as he prepared to destroy the next two...

The two Gyaos split apart, letting Horus pass between them. One moved higher in altitude, while one moved lower, both slicing Sonic Rays along Horus' back and underside...

Horus snarled as he spun in mid air, a booming roar coming from him as a flare of energy exploded from his jaws as he fired at the Gyaos above him, closing his wings as he did so, the Gyaos above being all but obliterated by the beam, flesh blown off in a single swift blast, it's entire torso and chunks of the surrounding areas skeletonised, it's internal organs destroyed instantly, as Horus fell downwards like a stone towards the Gyaos below...

The last Gyaos, knowing this monster was too tough for it alone, turned tail and flew off, looking for easier prey...

Proteus watched the fight between Horus and the Gyaos, which had only lasted a few seconds. He growled, "They seemed... to be hardly... a threat to... you. Why even bother... attacking them?"

Horus, not planning to let the creature escape, launched himself forward at full speed, firing his beam at it and destroying one wing, diving down and catching it as it fell, his claws clamping around it's skull and crushing it, Horus turning around and heading back to the others, the second of the 3 Gyaos finally hitting the surface from the high altitude at which it was trying to fight Horus, the explosion of water spraying Proteus and Osiris as the body disintegrated, noting left of the torso and most of the rest of the body mangled beyond recognition, as Horus flew back, ripping into the third and final Gyaos and feeding. he had flown right over the two monsters he was accompanying, and overheard Proteus' comment, turning around and responding, between gulps "Because they attempted to attack us first"...
