Tundra spun about with the buck shot, side towards Xotol; jet sending him backwards as Proteus flew past the biomech. Tundra crashed back onto his feet, the impact rocking the area. The machine turned back to Xotol, launchers firing another barrage, missiles arcing upwards before raining down upon the enemy, explosions going off about the mecha as Tundra ran towards towards the creature...

Xoltol inclined forward, offset slightly by the attacks into his rear and shifting his foot to compensate. He brought up his sonic blaster, the weapon charging up and releasing a single shot, the pulse swirling forward and crashing into the ground at Tundra's feet. The resulting deafening blast threw showers of mud and rock in all directions, the force of the blast mostly being directed forward and into the biomech's legs to trip it up. Xolotl, hoping it would be distracted by the pending face plant, turned some to the side, enough for him to bring his assault cannon to bare on Horus, the weapon thudding loudly with shot after shot, muzzle flashes lighting up the smoke covered mountain side. The first few shots rattled into the dragon's left leg, trying to destabalise it, the others running up its chest and across its neck

Proteus caught himself in the air before he hit the ground, swerving around to make another pass at Xolotl while he was distracted with Horus. He fired his Heat Ray in a continuous beam, slicing across the machine's back as he passed overhead, leaving noticeable burns and scorch marks across the armor...

Several tendrils fired from Tundra's back, anchoring into the ground. As Tundra fell forward, they contracted, wrenching him back upright. Landing with another quake on his feet. The missiles firing soon after, arcing into their target as Tundra charged foward once more...

Xolotl stepped forward, into the missiles, knowing he couldn't shoot them down or avoid them. he took the impacts onto his forearm, breaking into the explosions and making use of the thicker armour there, bursting through the fireballs with two long strides, Xolotl rammed his foot into the ground, rooting him in place before extending his arm out and grabbing the top of Tundra's head as the bio mech charged, the strides having closed the gap quicker than expected. He dragged Tundra to the side, making use of his foes momentum and stopping him from barreling them both over, he let go to stop himself being dragged down with him before bringing his other arm down on top of Tundra's neck like a sledge hammer, trying to bash him into the ground.

While handling Tundra, two streams of blazing orange energy ran around the rim of his head, joining up above his eye before blasting out in a torrent of plasma, the beam blasting into Proteus's side, right at the joint to its wing, the molten hot residue of the beam rolling burning across the monster's side and engulfing the wing

The plasma was enough to knock Proteus out of the sky, the alien screeching as he slammed into the ground. He staggered to his feet, however, his gelatinous form trying to reknit itself, which would take somewhat longer with the heat-based damage to his body...

Tundra roared angrilly from the blow, nearly toppling over just as his jet blared to life and sent him flying past Xotol, parellel to the ground before soaring vertically into the air. He twisted about as he rose to look at the machine's back. He raised an arm to his face, fingers sliding into the base of his arm's wrist as a long glowing blade slid out. Tundra blasted back down at Xotol, jabbing the arm mounted blade into the mecha's back, crashing onto the ground behind it seconds after. The machine then forced upwards suddenly, trying to rip into essential internal workings...

Horus stumbled slightly as he recovered from Xolotl's attack, which had luckily been interrupted by the others before any serious damage had been dealt. the Dragon opened his jaws, a plume of yellow energy exploding from them as a thin, focused beam of plasma energy tore right into Xolotl's Assault Cannon, Horus trying to damage it to minimise the Duvan'Rah's ability to fight, making use of it's distraction by the others to increase his chances of success....cripple the weapons and you win the battle...

Xolotl rotated around, half stumbling forward, electrical arcs crackling around the sword impaled into his back. The plasma beam from horus smashed into the inside of his forearm, piercing through the armour and hitting the Assault cannon on the other side. The weapon was engulfed in an explosion, the blast knocking Xolotl to the side. His arm fell limply for a moment, fire pouring out of the weapon's burst chamber, the gun itself wobbling around precariously, the hydrolics holding it in place destroyed.

Xolotl let out a a deep humming roar and continued his rotation. The blast had knocked Tundra at an odd angle, the sword was still in place, but now the bio mech was leaning slightly around Xolotl. He swung his right arm back, elbow warding Tundra even further to the side before reversing the rotation as swiftly as he could, reaching his left arm back, moving it beneath Tundra's and reaching up, reversing his rotation once more, smashing the thick of his forearm against Tundra's arm, just above the elbow. He forced it around, intending on cracking the joint and knocking the biomech to the ground infront of him without shifting the sword too much.

The storages on his shoulders were busy collecting together his weapon parts, cables dragging what remained of the Assault cannon's ammo and bracer into their depths. He was shifting out of weapons mode, the fight having gotten that bit more personal.

The response was quick and urgent. "All units, retreat. There are too many...we can only hope they don't find a way inside until reinforcements can arrive." the GDF dispatcher ordered to G1 and Super X5, watching the situation restlessly, growing more and more stressed by the sheer amount of attacks that had been going on around them...

Super X5 swung up suddenly, going in a loop to face G1's back, firing a number of precisely aimed missiles to destroy the last of the creatures currently assaulting the two, before roaring off away from the base. Below them the creatures swarmed, scuttling across the ruined exterior of the base, pulling apart the various remains of tanks and aerial units alike, despite posing no threat to anyone...

G2 banked under X5, jet blasting out a plume of flames as the unit rocketed after its counter part. The arrival of the creatures seemed too much of a coincidence, with the mass of their numbers and their strange powers, GDF satallites should have picked up their movement long before. A more disturbing prospect arose... that they always existed...

Tundra roared as his arms were bashed, wrenching the sword down so that it was pointed straight before retracting it, as the sword slid into the monster's arm, tendrils quickly invaded the opening in Xotol's back. They wrapped themselves around internal workings, beginning to absorb the various metals bit by bit, simultaneously absorbing excess power from severed cables. Tundra's other arm grabbed onto Xotol's arm, directly on the elbow, holding the arm in place while larger tendrils slid over the machine's other arm, restraining it almost completely. In a sense, Tundra was consuming him from the inside out...

Xolotl let out an angered hum, the idol on top of his head suddenly flashing a deep purple. With a flash of light, a pulse of purple energy rushed along the tendrils probing his back, ensaring them and pulling them under his own control, the Duvan'rah being able to seize them now that they held pieces of his own frame, pieces which were still bonded to him. His arms relatively free, he threw his left arm forward, pulling Tundra's with it and dragging the biomech infront of him. The tendrils which had invaded his back being severed and used to 'stitch' the gash created by Tundra's sword... He stuck out one leg, using it to try and trip him...

Suddenly the monster's jet fired, taking it into the air, his massive tail slamming into the side of Xotol's head, knocking him over. Turning around to face the machine, Tundra's missile launchers aimed down and fired rounds down at the fallen mech, masers raining down on it aswell as he lowered himself back to the ground. Tundra eminated a hissing that almost sounded like a laugh while he watched the explosions consume Xotol...

Proteus, by this point, had recovered from the attack, and swiftly took to the air, hovering in place while he fired a continuous Heat Ray at Xolotl, trying to bore through the mech's armor with a relentless assault...

Xolotl threw out his right arm, landing onto his palm and holding him up. He pulled up his left arm just as the onslaught bore down towards him, firing a concentrated pulse from his sonic blaster. The pulse ripped through the air, knocking the missiles off course before smashing right into one of the missile launcher's, the resulting blast, ripping the launcher apart and completely throwing the biomech off course, knocking him head over heels, crashing back down towards the ground. He pushed himself back up and begun walking towards his foe, wrist blades extending out, long enough to almost scrape the ground. He paid little attention to the heat ray as he pushed through it. His armour was particularly resistant against heat based weaponry and he had more pressing issues to deal with...

Horus leapt backwards to put space between himself, Xolotl and the falling Tundra, side stepping the imminent crash area, a rumbling roar coming from him as his jaws flared, another powerful beam of plasma being fired at the Duvan'Rah...

Tundra rolled to his feet, launchers and maser cannons sinking into his body as he stood up. A low rattling snarl came from the biomech as his clawed fingers slid into his arms, both of his blades revealing them selves. He turned to Xotol, a glare fixed onto the machine as he began walking towards the creature aswell, the fight also becoming a personal issue for him...

Xolotl stopped, raising his arm as quickly as he could, the plasma beam hammering into his forearm, the blast pushed him back, the machine digging one foot into the ground to stabilise himself, chunks of his fore arm being shredded off and shattered, by the time the blast ended, a small puncture wound had been broken through the gauntlet. Releasing a low growl, the machine took a step back, fighting on three fronts had him at a serious disadvantage... He drew his blades infront of his body defensively. Then his jump jets shot out, rectangular wings stretching out from behind his shoulder's, thick engines on their tips whirring up into life. Simultaneously, his Sonic blaster's generator whirred into over drive, light shining from its primary power source. With a jerk down wards, he pointed the weapon's muzzle right into the decimated mountain side and fired. The pulse travelled into the ground and spread out around the cracked rock and craters and then as one, the entire mountain side begun to collapse, a huge rock slide building up and dragging the fighters down with it, threatening to bowl them over and consume them. Xolotl sent his jump jets to full power, using them to keep his balance and ride the avalanche down...

Horus roared in surprise as the rockslide came down, his jets roaring to life as he spread his massive, bladed wings, stumbling forward a bit as the rocks came down and the ground fell under him, before finally managing to pull himself up into the air, launching himself upwards at high speed, arching back over the mountain and disappearing in the massive dust cloud that followed the rockslide...

Tundra took to the skies as the rocks rumbled underneath him, baring his teeth at the Machine, a white glow eminating from his mouth. The saurian swung his head about, an orb flying out and barreling towards Xotol, a purple haze surrounding it before it suddenly exploded, a discharge from it causing a blue haze to eminate from an icey coating on the machine's front...
