Mataka nodded to them, eyeing the Sanghelli team, he had expected more equipment.

The soldier looked towards them, his helmet opening and his visor sliding up, revealing grim yellow eyes. He stepped towards them, offering his hand and grunting "Sgt. Dante, I'm in charge of your escort. First and most important rule, weapons stay holstered and hidden, you show a weapon, your dead, understood?" He spoke quickly and grimly, getting right to the point.

Mataka, who had been anticipating the exchange, stood back to let the soldier do his job. The other members of the squad were in the lobby. It would be a fast trip, but a tense one if they didn't do it right. Xenophobia was high in that region, and moving a team of relatively unknown aliens through it would be tricky if they didn't maintain good discipline.

'Taralumee stared at the hand for a moment, then shook it. "We will hide our weapons as best we can," he replied, tapping the Energy Sword hilt on his armored leg. He looked over his men. His Zealots, in addition to carrying a few alien-looking devices, obviously for their purpose here, carried Energy Swords and Plasma Rifles strapped to their hips. The Spec Ops squad was more heavily armed, as befitting their role as protectors on this mission. They all carried two Plasma Rifles each, as well as Energy Swords. Zuka, however, had replaced his Plasma Rifles with a Plasma Repeater strapped to his back--the only weapon in the group that looked convincingly like any weapon the Koult had probably ever seen. 'Taralumee turned back to Sgt. Dante. "But we are equipped for religious purposes and the protection of my Zealots, not to conceal our weaponry..."

Chuk-Runuk's daughter finally enters the ship with the few eggs, workers and warriors she had brought, hissing a final good-bye to her family as they left the planet...

A distress signal drifted from the edge of the Terminus Systems and into more civilized space. A common occurrence, of course, but no doubt the kind of thing more heroic travelers would heed. Eventually, the signal reached a ship cruising through space: the Heroine...

Krythnriin revves the engines before his ship screams out of the hive, heading out to return to Slythiinmartyr.....

Jessica recieves the distress signal aboard her ship, seemingly confused. "That's odd..... didn't know that ships wandered this far away form home. Well, locknig coordinates. They may need help." She locks onto the homing signal, before turning The Heroine in the source's direction and flying that way.....

The signal emanated from the infamous Omega Nebula, home to not only the mysterious Omega 4 Relay, but also the Omega space station, carved into an asteroid in the Sahrabarik system. Fortunately for Jessica, the distress signal was in a different system entirely: the Fathar system, on the planet Lorek...

The Heroine speeds towards the source, moving rather quickly towards its destination. The lock on beacon bleep grows strogner, indicating Jessica is growing closer........

Krythnriin smiels as his ship leaves.

"Ah, and we're going home!"

Mhlrtr nods, while Kluyr stays rather stoic, standing alongside the queen's daughter. He clicks to her:

"Don't worry. You'll enjoy it there."

Many of the bombardier beetles were tangled by the barbed strangler fibers left over from the previous battle, which were too far to be effected by the death of the Tank Bug. Moving back like a single organism, barbed stranglers continued to fire into the passage, blocking the way for the bombardier beetles, the Tyranid group began to search for an alternate path deeper into the hive...

"We should," she soon hissed back, before adding on as a thought to herself, "I hope so." She watched as they slowly left the planet that had been her home for so long, the place that seemed to never stop raining and was quite small to live at...

Lorek was tidally locked with Fathar, a red dwarf star. Surprisingly enough, despite having an uncomfortably hot pole and a freezing cold pole, the planet had a habitable terminator at its equator, where a large Batarian colony was located. However, the distress signal was located nowhere near the colony, coming from a more isolated, rocky area of the terminator of the planet...

The Bombardiers blasted their way through the barbed strangler fibers, burning through the plantlike organisms with ease. As they did so, more of the ceiling collapsed, this time more directly over the Tyranid group, crushing several more smaller Tyranids and dumping a clutch of Tiger Bugs right into the middle of the group...

The Heroine flies over a nearby asteroid before revealing the planet. "Well, I'll be damned," Jessica says as she flies in closer to the signal.......

Kluyr responds.

"You will. It's liek here, if not a little less cramped and rainy."

The queen doesn't respond this time, still watching her planet seem to grow smaller and smaller, feeling like her mother was still watching over her. She knew that Chuk-Runuk would be able to contact her while she's on a different planet, but would feel quite lonely without her sisters or mother with her...

The distress signal was being rebounded from an abandoned mining facility and off into space. The only obvious landing zone within walking distance of the facility was a small, rock-cluttered clearing nearby, large enough to hold the Heroine without too much trouble...

Alerted of the danger by patrolling Raveners, the Tyranids were quick to act, warriors with massive rending claws tearing into the Tiger Bugs before they even hit the ground. The barbed stranglers continue to fire: Although they were destroyed easily by the explosions, it forced the bombardiers to detonate in order to get through, reducing their numbers steadily...

Jessica's ship enters the atmosphere, before she sees her destination. Seeing the landing spot, she drifts her ship down slowly to the ground, readying "Buddy" in case of attack.....

Kluyr places a claw on the queen's shoulder.

"Don't look so sad. You've got me, Krythnriin, and all these other workers to help you. If you ever want to go back ,tell me, and I'll amek sure Krythnriin fulfills that wish. Okay?"

"I may just want to go back to see my family again, but I don't think I can go back for good and live in that cramped place anymore. Until those rebels are removed, we'll be staying with you," the queen soon hissed, still looking out the window...

As the Heroine touched down, Corporal Geero, a Salarian Engineer with Eclipse, watched the ship settle down through a pair of macrobinoculars, hidden amongst the jumble of rocks in the clearing. Judging by the size of the ship, it could only hold a few passengers. Good, he thought. Less resistance to deal with...

Some of the Bombardier Bugs unraveled suddenly, scrambling between the fibers and scuttling along the ground, before launching themselves across the tunnel floor and exploding beneath the exposed Tyranids. At the same time, more Arachnids appeared from above, Warriors replacing the Tigers and swamping the Tyranids viciously. One in particular clamped its mandibles around the head of a Tyranid Warrior, crushing its armored skull with ease. Not even these creatures could fight off so many Arachnids at once...

Kluyr nods slowly.

"Well, we've still got a lnog way to go, that's for sure......"

Jessica lands her ship, the door opening before she hops out, rifle in hand. The Heroine's door closes behind her as she scans the area cautiously......
