Jessica sees the threat and draws her pistols before firing...

Krythnriin and the Saurians fire their arrows simultaneously, the Lythr screeching form the blows before swinging its tail, hitting one hunter. The other hunters tie ropes to the arrows and quickly tie those ends to a tree. The lythr struggles around, threatening to uproot the trees, as the hunters pull out their incredibly sharp knives and heading in to stab it in the eyes and kill it........

Only the flamethrowers had any effect on the Seeker swarms, but they were soon overwhelmed as more and more of the cybernetic insects poured into the chamber, paralyzing every merchant in range. Only a back door could save those that remained...

Jessica sees the door and shouts, "Everyone, follow me!" Jessica fires occasionally into the horde before heading towards the door......

The merchants quickly fall back towards the door, while Dylan moves as fast as he could, being somewhat behind the rest of the group that wasn't still in combat. The queen and the soldiers soon began to eat their fill of the captured prey, while the workers come out to rest for a while and eat for the moment aswell...

A single door was behind the now-disabled beacon, in a separate room. Even as the merchants retreated, the Seekers poured over them, using their immense numbers to literally carry away their paralyzed victims...

Jessica kicks open the door, before heading into the room hoping the others follow her.......

Krythnriin clibms onto the monstrous beast's head, avoiding its massive jaws, before thrusting his whoel arm, knife and all, into the beast's eye, driving the blade into the Lythr's brain. The beast screechs in pain before going limp......

The merchants continued on, Dyaln still lacking behind as a few slowed to cover him. As the workers ate their share of the corpses, the soldiers begun working for them, continuing where they had left off with the main area of the colony...

The door simply slid open automatically, allowing the group to head outside, on the opposite side of the facility from their ships. Some of the Seekers managed to grab ahold of the merchants covering Dylan, and dragged them away. By this point several Collectors had arrived as well, making potshots at the merchants as they fled...

A trumpet sounds in the jungle, signalling the saurian hunt was victorious before they all get a rope and begin dragging the monstrous beast slowly back, clearly struggling but beign used to the stress......

Jessica keeps running, looking for another door to see if they can find a way around the facility.....

Dylan finally got through the door as one merchant began hacking into the systems to lock it shut. Overhead, one of the cloaked merchant ships spotted the group, before slowly hovering down towards their position to rescue them...

The Seekers and Collectors moved back to their ship, satisfied with what they had, carrying away the bodies of living and dead humans alike. Harbinger oversaw the operation through his Collector avatar as the Collectors began moving their captives and bodies back to the Cruiser. The Collector ship was capable of detecting cloaked ships like those the merchants used, but they decided that it wasn't worth the trouble. They had more important things to take care of...

Jessica slumps down to the floor, clearly exhausted.

"Crap, that was close..... by every stretch of that word...."

The low, yet loud rumble of one of the cloaked merchant ships closed in on the group, while the vehicle decloaked and the back door slid open for the group. "Come on, we ain't got all day!" the pilot called out while the co-pilot fiddled with some controls. Dylan and his group of merchants began moving towards the ship, the lead mercenary starting to feel weaker with every move he had made from his wounds...

Jessica follows the merchants, worried for dylan, but hoping her ship was nearby.....

Dylan soon climbed into the ship last, and quickly sat down on the nearest crate while his consciousness continued to slip away. The merchant ship began to cloak again while the back door closed and the pilot said, "ok, we got them. Return back to base, over and out..."

Suddenly, the earth began to tremble as the Cruiser turned and soared back into the sky, rapidly leaving Lorek's atmosphere, disappearing from casual sight...

Jessica gets into The Heroine and lifts off the ground slowly.....

The co-pilot of the merchant ship begins to contact Jessica, before saying, "you coming with us?" as the ship itself lifted further from the ground. Dylan was feeling serious pain within his body from the bullet wounds ad as he began passing out, he was suddenly awoken by one of his merchants, who said, "you're doing good, man, you're doing good..."

Jessica responds. "Affirmative. I'll accompany you to where you need to go." Her ship lifts off as well......

"Ok, does your ship have some sort of hyper-drive to make fast travels?" the pilot asked while his commander began messing with the console infront of him. Just than, the merchant ships got a contact from the G.E.A ship The Devastator, the man on the radio saying, "all surviving G.E.A units report to The Devastator immediately, a beacon will lead you there. Over and out..."
