"And what of the other Duvan'Rah?" Placentra asked. "What do we do about it?"

"Bad time to be busy. That Biomech we fought on the mountain is back, and has apparently not given up the fight yet" growled Horus in response, his scanners working rapidly to identify the positions of the enemy Duvan'Rah, the Dragon wrapping his claws around a large cement mixer on the ground, consuming it, the vehicle practically turning molten in his mouth as he swallowed, the Dragon beginning to feed off surrounding buildings whiel he let his scanners feed info into his processors, building a detailed map of the surroundings, using the previously downloaded map of the city to assist in pinpointing locations, the gem-like formation on his chest flaring brightly, shimmering silver as the repairs went into overdrive, the Reactor breaking down the materials he consumed at an accelerated rate as sections of damaged armour weer locked down and split up into sectors for systematic repair, Horus prioritising them based on functionality and inter-mechanical dependence...
"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"
–William Beckett, Lore of Leyuna RPG

"Again...?" Proteus replied. "That one... is a... stubborn... machine..."

From within the rubble, a storm of jet-like machines rose quickly into the air, an even larger storm of missiles streaking through the air in front of them, almost blotting out the sky for those below with the sheer number of projectiles. Their attacks hit their mark, causing a gargantuan cloud of smoke to appear around the distant creature, shrouding it. Even though they couldn't see their target, the crafts began to split up, surrounding it gradually, able to strafe around with immense speed, moving in all directions like their Super X cousins. As the smoke cleared, a booming voice seemed to emit from everywhere at once. "My turn...

A massive pulse of barely-visible energy rocketed out from all sides, splashing over the majority of the machines before they had a chance to react. Plummeting from the sky, many smashed into the ground, dented and broken, but were not fatally damaged. Their electronics, however, were completely fried; none could fly, or communicate outside of a very short range. The smoke clouding the monster was completely vaporized, though the land under it remained untouched. The creature, ignoring its disabled enemies, began to drift toward, hovering far above the ground without any visible wings or propulsion. As it neared, another, particularly large projectile smashed into its view with surprising speed, icy tendrils spreading across the energy shield as it were solid. Absorbing the sub-zero energies with little effort, the creature's chaotic eyes swept over the ruined city, searching half-heatedly for its attacker. Out of a small trench of ruined buildings, a harpoon-like object was fired out, piercing straight into the shield. The object, however, was vaporized shortly after, leaving the reinforced line attached to it to fall uselessly to the ground.

Emerging from the trench, the VA Unit let out a mechanical warble, sending a barrage of maser fire into the shielded alien, which rebounded in all directions, striking wreckage and foliage alike. The alien scoffed, an unseen force smashing into the area near the VA Unit, which narrowly avoided the attack. Avoiding the newly created crater, the mech continued opening fire, strafing around its larger opponent with surprising speed, almost to the point that the creature couldn't keep up. Almost. As it neared, it unleashed a torrent of flames at the alien's side, which seemed to disappear some feet into the shield. The creature suddenly spun around to face its enemy, a tendril reaching forward, a concentrated stream of fire shooting out from the "palm" of the limb, scorching the area with a plasma-like taint. The small mech narrowly avoided the attack, leaping to the side, only to be struck by another of the tendrils, smashing the machine into the ground with surprising speed.

"Your stupidity...has finally caught up with you." the voice emitted, its owner watching as the mech rose into the air, legs twisting violently in various directions before the machine was shot off into a nearby structure with the force of a missile, the mech smashing through multiple wrecks before disappearing amongst the ruined city...

Xolotl replied "Other Duvan'rah? You mean Setsus?"

The monkey twisted it's head, "Hm?"

After heading in the direction of Europe for a bit, MKG and Megapede were now nearing Greece. The cyborg dragon was using the vision in his central head to spot any possible monsters that were out of the sight of his organic eyes or would be harder to see at a greater distance. Dragonly had mentioned that the target monsters were in a large group, which most likely meant that an honorable fight wouldn't be fought...

"....The icy one. I believe it calls itself...Tundra? Is he not one of our kind?" Placentra replied, somewhat perplexed...

Xolotl replied dissmissively "Dead. It was an organic. The blob went with it, that other dragon."

Osiris paused, both descriptions being familiar to him. Tundra... The creature he fought with against the GDF, and the 'blob' creature... Proteus. He remembered sensing the signal of a fragment from Tundra, but he kept it to himself for now, if this Aztec machine didn't know about it, then what harm?

"How unfortunate" Placentra messaged back, nearing the Aztec collusus.

Things at the base of the mountain had started to pick up. Large blue and cyan tendrils shot out of the creature's back, slamming into the boulders that surrounded it. The large rocks were dragged towards the fallen beast, slowly breaking them down, consuming them to create more bioarmor and fuel repairs. Tundra's limbs shuddered. The monster had been knocked out, allowing the idol within to finally sieze total over its form. Testing out its limbs, the idol anchored its toes on the ground, its body having been laying on its stomach all this time. Tundra then planted his hands down on the ground, liftinging up with his arms and raising his upper body in an awkward push up before bringing his feet forward, shifting his weight back on his legs as he got back onto his feet. Tundra swung his head about, his tail sweeping across the ground. The machine that defeated him, and the monsters fighting along side him had all gone. They're signitures eminated from the ruined city. He intended to investigate the happenings, as soon as his form had reshaped...

On the big island of Hawaii, the Parasite Queen slumbered in the hole that she had made. Here, she was at peace, with few monsters coming to this area... All in all, it gave her what she wanted most, that being rest...

Although the loss of the VA Unit was a definite blow to the GDF, it had served its purpose: Distracting the alien creature long enough for their mechs to near their destination.

It was a bold move, but they had no other choice. The creature would be stopped here and now. Around the alien beast, the mechs arrived, loosely surrounding it. MAUL was prowling around the outskirts of the city, unseen by the naked eye. REX hovered to the creature's left, plasma mini-gun rotating in preparation. STING set up some distance away, hidden by low-lying hills, using information fed to it by its allies to target the creature from afar. The Vulpin Assault Mech, the combination of the Super X5 and G2 machines, hovered to the right. And at the center of the ruined city, hovered Tyvexious, standing in direct sight of the alien, wrist blades extended. The alien did not move...it seemed to allow them to position themselves, expression unchanged...

The massive insect's eyes opened, the PQ howled in rage upon hearing the roar. Great, now another fool had decided to come here, uninvited. She had already driven off that other lizard that had foolishly strayed onto the island, and now this being was disturbing her rest... The insect hauled herself out of the hole, before roaring in the direction of Meg's roar. Hopefully, she could avoid this fight by sheer intimidation, but if the intruder wouldn't leave, then she'd force it to leave...

From far behind the alien beast was the roar of the once fallen G1, jets at full blast, red flames trailing the giant machine as it got into battle formation. Suddenly, its metal plates started to shift about as it started to transform, twisting about in the air before emerging in mech mode. G1 turned about, breaking flgiht pattern as the mech hovered behind Aeonus, weapons primed and ready.

Twin streaks of golden light appeared over head as the self proclaimed defender of Earth and its human inhabitants shot over head, his black and yellow body a giant blur, which disappeared somewhere beyond the hills before rounding about over the battlefield. The space wasp slowed as he approached Aeonus, his four legs slamming into the ground to the Time Keeper's side. His wing beats kicked up a dust cloud that hid his lower body from view before settling as the transulscent wings folded over Spinnerax's back. His repaired drills gleamed in the sun light as they started to spin up...

Meg listened carefully and recignized PQ's roar as one of intimdation, he growled to himself "the bug is trying to scare me off, well not today" and then the giant mutated megalania charged toward the sorce of the roar.

Several meters to the right of REX, Razortail hovered in the air. The wound on his chest that he had suffered during first contact with Aeonus had long since healed and he was ready to assist his allies with killing the time keeper...

From above the ruined city the distant dragonic form of Slypher arced lazily across the sky, conducting repairs and rearmament before suddenly breaking away from it's assistant craft. With a pulse, it suddenly disappeared, a sonic boom rippling across the city scape, catching the Duvan'rah's attention, a purple trail streaking across the sky, Xolotl following it, watching the machine in the distance, barely a dot, already disappearing over the horizon.

Xolotl turned back to the others, responding "Is that all?"

"No. What does our enemy look like?" Placentra messaged to Xotol and Setsus. He turned about on his heels, scraping to a stop with a display of sparks that jumped off his skates. He skated back towards Osiris, jumping onto the roof of a ruined deli, which sported a green awning riddled with holes and tears. He came to a stop on the building as he waited for a response..

The titanic insect snarled in anger as the scent of the intruder became stronger, suggesting that it was comnig straight toward her. No matter. She'd try one mroe intimidation tactic, then if it foolishly refused to retreat, then she'd drive it out personally. The Parasite Queen crawled toward the scent's origin, her legs carrying her massive body off the ground, helping to not scape it along the ground...

The voice seemed to laugh from every corner of the ruined city, though the creature did not move or change in any way. "So predictable...I will make an example of you. A true demonstration...of unbridled power..." the voice explained, just as the creature seemed to rise higher into the air, body markings beginning to flare, almost reaching the point of blinding those that looked at them. The GDF mechs opened fire at once, bombarding the massive oval of light with maser fire, plasma, and missiles...
