"Ah That one!" He said pointing to the head of the Main Mast of the Red Dawn grinning. Everyone craned to look.... It was huge, but no larger then 20 some inches. What was it? Suddenly, it called out an call, and unfolded it's wings, taking off and landing on the Night Raptor's rigging.

It was a Raptor..A Bird of Prey.

She stared at the bird that just flew over to the Night Raptor. She never knew any pirate who kept that kind of animal for a companion, but then again, every pirate is different. It looked like some kind of hawk or falcon. "Ah, I see. He looks beautiful."

Eric finally figured out how to break Adeline. He would use what he did every time to seduce her. His voice. That was the one thing that made Adeline calm and fall under some type of spell. He knew that it had a hold on her, and he liked it. "Time to make up, then," he murmured. He would also try to use seduction to get her. These two ideas should work, or at least try to. He could tell that she probably loved his kisses by the way her eyes slowly closed and her arms wrapped around him.

He came out of the cabin to see Adeline, standing near the edge and chatting to the Night Raptor's captain. "By the way, thank you for the wedding gifts, Captain Will. We really appreciate them." Some of it was true. The only thing Eric didn't appreciate was the ball. That still stayed in the bag, in the room.

"Yes," said a voice in monotone, agreeing with Adeline. She turned around to find a calm Eric.

Her face changed into a scowl. "What are you doing here?"

"I'm here to make up," and with that, he grabbed her and kissed her. At first she struggled, but then she slowly started to accept it. When they finally broke apart, Adeline stared at him, speechless, while Eric just smiled and wrapped his arms around her, looking at Captain Will. When he saw another bird on his ship, he groaned. He was starting to dislike birds because of Rainbow.

"What's his name," asked Adeline, a little dazed from what just happened.

Looking as if he was going to throw up with an air of jealousy to go with it. "Her, name is Eleanor." He said softly, starting to regret meeting up with them, and not because of the Bird "She was being captured by the British, and was hurt badly, the natives were able to make her recover, however the price to pay is that she is now fond of humans. They gave me her, a Harpe Eagle, in thanks for helping them against outsiders, mostly the Spanish." He Said in forced calm as Eleanor landed on his shoulder gently.

"A her," Adeline said softly. "Eleanor's a beautiful name for her," she complimented. "That's a pretty sad story. At least you have her now." She smiled. "Anyway, now would be a good time to head to Singapore. We need to get that bloody map and rescue Jack and James as soon as possible." When she talked about James, her voice went a little soft. Eric noticed this, let go of her and walked away to the opposite end of the vessel to look at the sea. Adeline noticed this and bit her lip. She probably should've kept her mouth quiet about him. "Adeline, you better stop it right now. You're married. You have to learn to love Eric sometime." But she wondered if she could ever learn to love him like she used to in the past.

Eric's face was set in a cold stare as he focused on the deep blue waters. She said that god-forsaken name softly. He would have to work hard to win her heart and to keep her away from that captain.

"Ah Eric, it would be bad forum, to just leave Jack Sparrow and not take his son without it regardless of what your feelings are! Dishonorable, though I suppose you don't have any left!" Shot Captain Will with a nasty tone in his voice. "And thank you, Captain Adeline." Said Captain Will said calmly. "Well, what are we waitin' for? MOVE IT!" He ordered.
And with that the Ships started to rise up and down already, in the choppy seas of the 'Rounding the Cape of South America, and into the Pacific ocean...

Eric just let out a grunt in reply and clenched his fists. He would have to speak to his wife about Captain James. He could probably get her to never speak with him again, somehow. He would find a way. Yelling at her worked sometimes.

Adeline kept an eye on her crew, making sure they were all doing the right job. She was growing nervous as she glanced at Eric every now and then. She was worried. What was he thinking now? What was he going to do? Whatever he did, she would tried to be prepared for it. He turned and started to walk over to her. His face was still set in a cold scowl. He started to speak to her softly. "We need to talk. Go to the cabin now," he hissed.

She didn't want to get his anger up, so she obeyed. When they were both in, Eric locked the door. "Why did you say that?"

"What?" She tried to play the innocent card again. Probably that would work for her. "I-I just couldn't control the words that came out of my mouth. I will never do it-"

"Do you love him," he growled.

"Do I...?" She shook her head. "No...no...I...he was a good friend, a good friend," she tried to say, her voice shaking, as well as trying to convince herself that her feelings for him weren't real. But they were. Why was she dreaming about him, curling up next to him. Why was she always thinking about him and hoping that he loved her back? It was real. "You are the only one I love, no one else." She shook when he started to come after her. He lifted his hand and gently stroked it against her cheek.

"Sh, my frightened girl." He wrapped his arms around her in an embrace.

Meanwhile, the crew outside, as well as Barbossa wondered what was going on in there. It was silent...

Another Cannonshot fired, and big splash as the Cannonball landed near the Red Dawn's Captain's quarters; two men were cursing loudly. "GORRAMIT! Sorry Cap'n!" Replied one of the Officer. "Next time, just don't point it at the Red Dawn." Said Captain Will but in a forced calm, but he was concealing a grin as was the Officer. The Officer was his Science Officer, yes he had one. It was because he liked Science himself, so he undoubtedly wanted on on his ship. He was useful and well educated.
But of course, HE wanted it at the Red Dawn or near it. It was only to ruin Eric's "fun". He had seen many men like him before and didn't need to think twice of what he was doing to Captain Adeline behind closed doors. Though the Science officer had wanted to test something and now couldn't of been more then a perfect time. He had picked him up from Brazil, he was about twenty-nine. Out of Cambridge to boot. He also knew why Captain Will wanted this test done immediately too.

A cannonshot was heard outsite. Adeline slipped out of Eric's warm embrace to go check on who it was. "What could it be now," he thought bitterly and followed after her.

"Captain Will, what was that," she inquired.

Eric looked around. He couldn't see any enemy ships, so far. "Let's go back," he tried to say, but she ignored him. After all, it could be a possible danger.

Yuke snickered. He kind of saw the Night Raptor almost shooting at the Red Dawn. He wondered what Captain Adeline and Eric could've been doing in there. At first, there was an angry look, but now, he looked pretty calm and a little annoyed.

"Sorry," before Captain Will replied it was someone who was still looking at the gun, somewhat baffled and impressed. "My fault testing new gun powder and had to test it. He was wearing a former British Navy Officer's uniform but more pirate like. He seemed to be oddly built, and bore no sign of beard or mustache. He bowed slightly. But not fully, blushed and looked at the powder for a moment and then turned to Captain Will. "Sorry and if you'll excuse me." He said to the Captain. "Aye," Said Captain Will, with a faint smile, and the Science officer went below deck..

Eric tried to coax Adeline back into the cabin, but she wouldn't listen. "I have to stay out here with the crew." She gave him a light kiss on the cheek. "You can go back there, if you want." She kept her eyes on the Science Officer for a minute. "Never saw him before." She shrugged and went to survey her crew. Barbossa was really doing most of the work, since Adeline and Eric had been spending time with each other. She could tell that Barbossa was really enjoying captaining the crew.

Eric didn't listen to Adeline, but followed her all over the ship. He just wanted to be with her.

There was a silent puff of smoke coming from the Cargo hold of the Night Raptor. "Sorry!" someone had yelled with a British Accent. It was the Science officer. "Oi maybe take a break?" Asked Captain Will. "Are you kidding?" Replied an offended voice. "No, maybe explain to Captain Adeline why we er almost destroyed her Cabin? And tell her what we're working on, or rather you are." He Replied. "Ooooooh alright!" Said the still offended voice. And ten minutes later the Science officer came aboard deck, picked up grabbed a rope from the rigging, and swung across the gap between the two ships and landed easily on the deck of the Red Dawn. Captain Will stared. "There's more to him every day," He said softly and then his voice picked up. "Short stint in the British Navy my rear!" He shouted to him, grinning.

Adeline heard a thump and turned to find the Science Officer on her ship. She walked over to the unfamiliar Officer and greeted him. "Hello, Officer, I am Captain Adeline." She smiled and extended a hand to him.

Eric was keeping a close watch, as always when Adeline was around men. "Would you mind telling us why you almost attempted to blow up the cabin," he asked, trying to keep calm. Adeline sighed and rolled her eyes. Sometimes it was annoying to have Eric around, 24/7, watching her every move. It was like he didn't trust her around other men.

"Hi, I'm Science Officer... uh Karl." As he hesitantly took out his hand to shake Captain Adeline's and they shook briefly his hand was smooth unlike a mans even despite the fact they were dirty from some experiment he had been running... "Trying to make the distance better and Greek fire," He rounded on Eric. He didn't like him either. Thought Captain Will, no longer capable of concealing a grin at the thought.

Adeline noticed that his hands were a little smoother, but she shrugged it off. Everyone was different. "Greek fire," she inquired, interested. "How are the experiments going so far?"

Eric was getting bored and decided to walk away, holding a scowl on his face. He went to try to help Barbossa with the crew, while trying to stay away from Jack the monkey. "That monkey's going to have to go sometime," he thought bitterly as he ordered some lazy men to get working. They just grumbled and went to do ask Eric asked. He smiled, satisfied and watched Adeline from afar, admiring her beauty.

"Pretty good so far." She said, she felt comfortable now that Eric had left. Yes, he was a she, she wanted adventure, she wanted science. However she was disallowed to go to Cambridge, even though her father was a professor there. So she joined the British Navy as a man, and left when they were getting close to the truth, luckily that was near a place far away from them.

She was glad to be with other women again, at least those who spoke English and could understand science anyway. She was going to need to tell her secret soon. And to her Captain too.

"Good then," said Adeline and heard some yelling coming from Barbossa him and Eric were having a little argument. She closed her eyes and shook her head. "Men," she mumbled. "It was nice meeting you...uh, Karl." Adeline felt there was something strange about the Science Officer. It was something she couldn't put her finger on. She walked away from him and went to go see what was going on with Eric and Barbossa. It was about Jack the monkey...

"Keep that monkey away from me," Eric yelled. "That monkey's been nothing but-"

"Eric," Adeline exclaimed with a gasp and pulled his arm. "Oh Eric, you must come! Please?" She dragged him away from Barbossa and into the cabin. She scurried around the cabin, trying to look for some parchment and a quill.

"What's the meaning of this, Adeline?" He was puzzled by her running about the cabin.

"Oh, oh, oh! My father, my husband! We have to write a letter to him, explaining that we are married. Where's your pen?" She found it on the desk, took both that and the parchment, and shoved it in Eric's hands. "You have to write him a note. He has to know that we are married now so that he could pay off his debt. Please do this?" She led him to her chair and pushed him in it.

He wanted to calm down her rushing nature. "All right, I'll write it," he said with a sigh, and started to write the letter right away to her father. "But it will be a while before he gets it. We have to stop at a port to drop it off."

"Thank you, Eric." She smiled and hugged him from behind. It looked like that this made him forget about the fight he had with Barbossa.

Yuke was pleased that there was no more arguments between Eric and Adeline. They were now calmer, though it was funny when Adeline was dragging Eric away into her cabin. After that, he didn't know what happened.

"And you.." And she headed back to the Night Raptor, the same way she had came.

Captain Will watched it again and then turned the charts as the sea's started getting more rough all the ships started to bob up to down in the waves... "Well we've got these for awhile. They'd have to head to one of the smaller Islands before New Zealand. It'd be tricky as hell as it was EITC territory. Seas were getting a bit more rough....

When Eric was done with the letter, she snatched it and read it over. "Very good," she complimented, and placed it in a drawer. After that, she walked out while Eric stayed behind, leaning back in the chair and letting out a yawn. The ships were starting to go through rougher waters. "Be careful, crew," she shouted and surveyed them with satisfaction showing on her face. "Thank you, Barbossa. You are doing a fine job with them, as always."

"Pleasures mine, Mrs. Adeline," Barbossa said, tipping his hat. He missed captaining a crew and was partly glad that Adeline was sometimes away with her buffoon of a husband.

She smiled back, and continued walking along with her hands behind her back. She noticed that grey clouds were starting to gather in the sky. Bad weather was about to come to them.

"Yeah, sure." She was thankful that Eric was sleeping, or else, he would try to watch her closely like he always did. "Seriously, he has to learn to trust me sometime," she thought bitterly as she walked away with Yuke to a private spot. "What is it that you want, Yuke?"
