The dog turned a corner, wandering aimlessly through the streets. It shifted its form in small, almost undetectable ways, trying to alter its appearance and mannerisms further so that it may better fit in.

"Well that is an interesting sign..." Galaak thought as he passed over the group of uniformed officers. E-doch's bio-scans revealed that they were all severely distressed by whatever encounter they had. Another noteworthy find was the genetic signature of the mutant the Ascatian was after. It was completely unlike any other archived and clearly did not originate on the planet. This meant this "mutant" was actually as alien as Galaak himself...

If the dog could somehow know of Galaak's approach above, it did not show it, merely wandering down the sidewalk away from the stunned officers.

Galaak positioned his craft in one of the many gaps between structures, exiting it along the beam of artificial weightlessness. He drifted to the paved ground in the alley way beside a moldy dumpster and stacks of boxes, the Ascatian glad he was wearing his excursion suit to protect himself from the microbial assailants of the city. He would have to look into how his new discovery dealt with bacterial and viral threats without technological aid.

Galaak walked to the end of the alley and waited for the canine to pass before he projected a blue and green sphere from his wrist device, trying to catch the alien's attention...

The dog acknowledged the sphere, but did little else, all but ignoring where it had come from.

The hologram promptly disappeared once Galaak was able to hold the "dog's" attention. He kept mathematical contact in mind as he addressed the new life form to test whether or not it was capable of complex thought and communication. He acted on the notion, projecting numerical sequences with simple bars, a single bar representing the number one and gradually more bars were added as the sequence increased...

The dog continued to stare expressionlessly, giving no sign it even recognized the change.

After three sequences of variations of fourteen numerical patterns, Galaak stopped his attempt to find mathematical basis with the other alien. Clearly it must have been able to identify him as a being beyond this world as well for it to have stayed as long as it did, but for any exchange of information to be made, a key barrier of language needed to be surmounted. The question was: how did this life form communicate?

It wasn't long before Atlas pulled into the car lot outside the hospital. the traffic had been minimal today thanks to him heading there after rush hour. The man climbed out of the Estoque, locking it behind him, the mirrors on the vehicle folding automatically as the security was engaged. briefcase in hand, he headed for the entrance to the hospital, seeming for the most part, the same as any other person entering the hospital. The man headed towards the stairwell, heading down to the basement and through several doors as he approached the lab...

Sam was already there, talking animatedly to Lydia. The brunette looked torn between amusement and skepticism as she sealed her latest recording away in its bag, but nodded and made a murmured comment whenever Sam paused for breath. One or two of the others looked on curiously, taking in Sam's excited expression and wondering what could've happened to put him in such a good mood.

"So, where are we going?" Minene asked as Tiffany locked the front door behind her. The scientist had changed out of her usual lab stuff and into more casual clothing.

'We're heading off to see a friend of mine. She's been out of town for a few weeks, but she came back yesterday. Plus, she's one of the few people I can trust with your little secret." Tiffany replied. "She lives a few blocks down the street. We shouldn't be goen for more than a few hours, after all."

Minene nodded, and with that, the two of them headed off down the street, unaware of the same Scorpion-bot watching them from the roof.

In his own lab, Dr. Craven simply smirked as the footage played on the massive screen infront of him. For the past week, he had been watching Tiffany and Minene's every movement, atleast outside the house. The one time he had tried to get one to observe what was going on inside the apartment, the bot that had been assigned to do so had been cleaved in half by Minene's vectors when she found it. At first, he had wanted to call the 7 Sins immediately, but now, after having observed them for a week, he felt like it was time to actually make the call, which he had done just a few minutes prior. Now, all he needed to do was sit back and wait until dusk...

The mad scientist turned around, and looekd at the far back of his lab, where two large objects were covered in blankets completely. Both of these were the cultivation of all his research, though at this point, neither were ready, even after 8 months of genetic tampering with one of the things...

Jackson continued to stroll down the street, making sure to keep his low to avoid detection. It had been a while since he'd gone this deep into the city without some of his udnerlings.... but it didn't make too much of a difference. He needed to scope out the area around the bank to see if it was prime for robbery. The gangster soon came upon what he searched for, and watched it intently. Seemed they had some new fancy gadgets, along with some more securtiy guards. It won't matter when they come- they'll destroy and kill everything and everyone anyways. The only problem, however, is if there is a new alarm system- the sooner the cops arrive, the less likely it is that he will succeed in his plight.....

Natasha slipped through the alley, her Ai running scans for any threats and possible escape routes. She had just tagged an armored Van transporting guided missles to a navy base, and was en route to intercept it.

"Gatling gun ammo count!" She demanded from her suit's A.I.

"Eighty percent full," replied the Unit, before quickly adding, "Recalculating path, roadblock detected."

Natasha moaned, and continued sprinting twoards her new objective. She needed these weapons.

Maxwell sat before the man he had been called in by.

"So.... you're interested in a day job?"

"Yes," the man replied.

"Well, luckily for you, we do, indeed, have a job from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Lucky day for you."

"And what exaclt will I be doing?" Maxwell inquired.

"All you have to do is go and drive that street sweeper. It's not complicated.'

Max nodded. "That it?'

The man handed him some papers. "Havt these in by tomorrow and you've got the job.'

"Sir," Max said with a nod before he left....

Natasha quickly spun around a corner and came face to face to with the dark gray armored van, the driver slamming on the brakes. Natasha then smashed her fist to the ground, createing and electrical blast that blew the van's circuts apart, as well as flipping the vehicle sideways.

"Scan the area for threats and hack this hatch for me!", Demanded the armor clad Killer as she vaulted to the van.

She tore the back doors open once they had been hacked. Two missiles. She grabbed the pair of them and turned to sprint away.

Watching Natasha's little performance from ontop of a low-lying building nearby was Jadis. The little red oni demon was enjoying the show as he sat on the edge of the roof of the two-story building, observing Natasha's movements carefully. "Yes... this individual might just suffice for my mission here." The demon thought to himself, smoking a cigar in his mouth. Indeed he would need someone strong enough, and smart enough to fulfill his little task, though the obvoius suit took away points in the stealth department...

Natasha dove back into the alley as a hail of 7.56 rounds, fired from an assualt rifle bit at her heel's. The second she couldm she activated her sui's cloacking, and laid flat against an old building. As the van's armored gaurd, obviously wounded continued sprinting down the alley, right past her, her A.I. promptly announced,

"Target locked," in a seemingly excited tone.

Natasha lifted her wrist and two subsonic rounds fired from her wrist, the deathly quite rounds tearing into the man's spine.

Aya soon recieved a call over her radio.

"The suspect from last week's murdering of several SWAT team members was just spotted in a simialr area, stealing important cargo! All squad cars and SWAT teams members available, report to the scene of the crime ASAP!"

as soon as Aya heard this, she began to drive towards the area....

Max soon returned home, hoping he will get to do somethnig constructive during the day when he isn't off doing his.... more important business.

Jackson was doen scanning the area, and soon began walking back to his lair. Soon, very soon, his plans were to be initiated....

Natasha picked up the body and pulled it behind a rusted green dumpster. She needed to get out of here, now. After the scene she had caused, there would, in the lightest case, be a SWAT helicopter. And after last time... well, she just wouldn't get caught.

"Load up these missles and do a quick perimiter scan." Said the descisive assaliant to her A.I. , "And while your on it, start chargeing the solar cells."

Natasha quickly grabbed a magazine off her hip, and slipped it into her custom Pistol. This was going to be a long day.

Keeping up pace with her from the rooftops, Jadis was still watching her performance, making mental notes to himself on this little show. "Yes... keep up the performance!" the oni mentally spoke...
