"You could say that" said the man as he circled the table, a mechanical whirr being heard in the background as the Scorpion Mech finished rearming...

"I'm here to offer you a proposition, Malcolm. the way i remember it you were a whizz at electronics. now, what i have for you, may pull you out of that shop of yours and get you a proper company....if you are willing to offer a bit of help" said Valentino as he circled the table. pulling a small remote out of his pocket he hit a small blue button, a part of the pure white wall sliding aside, a small fridge hidden behind it. he reached in and grabbed a small plate of short bread. "Want something to eat? a drink perhaps while you listen to what i have to offer?"...

Malcolm sat back up, recogniseing his old freind. He said "Ohhhh Valentino? I heard you were a big buisness man, what are you doing abducting people like me? and no thanks, I make it a personal rule not to accept beverages from my captors. Nothing personal" he took a flask from his pocket and took a quick swig out of it, just to high light the point.

"your loss" he said as he put the plate of shortbread on the back of the Scorpion, pouring himself a glass of red orange juice before saying "I'm surprised you remember. I barely remembered you. would've forgotten if it werent for the stereo you fixed for me that last year in college"...

Neeblestrix twisted round, letting his legs dangle off th edge of the table. He said "Well unlike you I don't have a couple billion contacts to keep in touch with. It's alot easier to remember everyone. So what do you want me for? Breaking into some bankvault by the looks of this place..."

Brutis ran through the streets quickly. He put a cell phone up to his ear in hot pursuit after a sillouetted figure. "I'm on the son of a *****'s trail!" He shouted into it. "Good," came a voice. "He gutted me! The bastared gutted me!"
"Stop whineing," the voice said. "Just get the boy!"
"I better get double pay for this!" Brutis screamed at the man on the other line. "This kid is annoying as hell."

"Get the **** away!" Jake yelled, a tenticle shooting after the boy, it missed barely stabbing into his phone. "I paid a good deal of moeney for that you *****!" Jake leapped into the air landing on a roof top. "Sue me I dare you!" he replied back. "Little ****!" Brutis was annoyed with this. He leaped and landed hard on the roof top, not slowing down in the least bit.
Well James Bond Chinchilla and Monsta Pacman gets old after a year or so of absence. >_> Methinks I'll leave this blank until I come up with something to put here.

"Actually, i've been planning a more...financially rewarding use for your electronics genius. you see, I have recently been working on robotics and, as you can see, am doing a fairly good job. however, i need an electronics genius of your caliber to help construct the latest weapon" said Valentino as he walked over to the Scorpion Mech, picking up a slice of short bread from the plate he had placed on it's back. "This is the X-35 "Scorpio". an Advanced Combat Drone. among the first in a long line that i intend to send off to various organisations around the world. this particular one is one of the first 3 such mechs. each one is worth about half as much as your average F-16, but it's capabilities are far beyond that. easy to manufacture, very sturdy thanks to the design, and handy for just about any situation you can think of he said as he walked around the room. "But what i plan to do next is a bit more...delicate. the result, however, will be well worth it. for your help in the project i'm willing to split the sales fifty fifty. the amount of money this thing could potentially bring in is easily enough to make up for the steep split"...

Neeblestrix spent alot of work resisting the urge burst out laughing. The X-35? All he saw it was is a bastardisation of the X-5. He played along "Well your in luck, I've been doing some amature robotics myself. So what does this thing need?" He silently hoped it was on the programing side, the seed of an idea making it into his head.

The Hornet, looked around and then returned his gaze to the building infront of him. He was sitting, cloaked, on the roof of a building across the way from it. Neeblestrix was inside and Sting was there aswell...

Scaletail, who had woken up and followed after Hornet, walked up behind the robot. "So," he growled, "he's in there?"

The Hornet looked at Scaletail and grunted "Yup... According to Sting and his wrist pad anyway.... Shouldn't you be off blowing something up? I want to see an explosion..." He turned his gaze back to the building, searching its walls for alternate entry routes....

Scaletail snorted and reluctantly turned away, not exactly trusting Hornet completely. Patting his pocket to make sure the amp and grenade were in there, he sprinted off, to finally finish his job.

Bryan emerged from the shadows halfway across town gripping his wounds on the roof of an abandoned biulding. Dam!... that wasnt expected. He absorbed some of the shadows to heal his wounds but he was still in pain. He lay on the roof trying to relax and resist an action that would strain him.

"Well, lately i've been coming across a few design flaws and potential problem points with the mech we're designing. the X-40 Street Sweeper. when someone thinks mech, this is usually the design that comes to mind. two massive 8 barrel gattling cannons on either side of the CPU storage area, alongside missile pods capable of carrying roughly 35 missiles at a time with a reloader kept in a heavily protected ammo cache below the CPU. the CPU storage area has dual Stinger Missile pods on top, capable of carying a total of 8 rockets at a time with roughly 20 more within the Ammo cache. all of that standing on two inverted legs. now, the problem we're having is how to hook up some of the command systems in such a way that they run smoothly. we also need a flexible lock on system and a manual override so that i can have my own crowd control unit...just in case" said Valentino as he pulled a set of plans out of another hole in the white walls that soon closed after it's contents had been taken. unrolling the plans and spreading them across the table, he waited to hear what Malcolm would say...

Jacen walked around throught he streets calm as usual. He looked around, moving from street to street, walking around. He glanced his eyes around, there nothing really that was going on.

"Come on...nothing ever happens..." Jacen thought as he kept on walking...

Bryan looked down from the edge the biulding and saw someone walking by. He needed to absorb some life force and this was a likely canidate. He leaped off the biulding and landed perfectly straight in front of the person.

( the person is jacen)

"He came from the building...something from that high and surviving meant that he was something else..." Jacen thought. The crowd of people turned to watch, suprised to see that somebody just drop by..

An invisble and light electical current surrounded him slightly...if he was looking for a fight...he was willing to bring it.

Jake was still raceing through the city, he looked back at his persuer. "How many times must I tell you!" he shouted, "GET," Jake leaped up and a tenticle shot at Brutis, "AWAY!" The tenticle wrapped around Brutis' leg and yanked him forward. Jake gave a strong upercut to the boy, they were still in the air moveing forward. THe tenticle was still attatched, Brutis grabbed it and yanked himself forward, throwing his fett up and pounding Jake hard in the face sending him to the ground. "Oh no you don't!" Brutis shouted as Jake tried to roll to his feet, Brutis came down feet first and slammed Jake in his chest, jumping again as he saw a flash of light, Jake going up with him. Two humans were in the street, one with an odd eletric feild around him. Brutis landed hard on Jake, both of them toppleing over. Jake was the first to move, scrambling to his feet. "Stop it!" Brutis screamed pushing himself up while yanking on the tenticle bringing Jake back before he kicked the boy to the ground.

Bryan melded into the shadows on the ground and in the blink of an eye was behind the man, where he then grabbed him on the shoulder and arm, and despite a sudden tingling in his hands, began to sap any fragment of enrgy he could...

Jacen suddenly felt the suddenly loss in strength as he suddenly leapt foward as an immense and now visible electrical current surrounded him...the lighting itself was very dangerous, capable of damaging somebody's nervous system as the lighting itself can cut through the toughest material...quickly maniuplating the lighting in his hand...a Sword was created as the lighting blade was extended out from his palm towards the mysterious man...
