Bryan leaped back by the sudden surge that invigorated him but had also fried him as smoke rose from his body and clothes. Dam!... i had you. He then drew his sword and charged it with the dark energy, causing the whole thing to be surrounded in a shadowy vapor and flame like appearence...

[Anaclagon]

Jacen grinned.."Like I care..." he thought as he reached through his back pocket, grabbing on to a capsule and then clicked it and suddenly he pulled out the handle as itself revealed to be a Giant Sword as well...

Jacen landed and held his Sword in one hand as he looked at the new guy as his electrical current surrounded him and the sword as the lighting itself surrounded the sword making the weapon...perfect for slashning and thrusting.

[Zephyr]

Bryan laughed mockingly before sinking into the shadows like a pool of water. Seconds later he flew out of a wall by a nearby biulding and dissapeared into the ground no more then a yard from the other being. He then reappeared several yards in front of him, before dissappearing again. Suddenly he appeared behind him and burst out sword in a thrusting position as he flew toward the man...

Jacen was slightly suprised though for his enemy speed but he was just as fast...backing up using his lighting fast speed, Jacen dashed away as he looked towards his enemy and with his other hand manipulated the lighting in his free hand as he then unleashed it foward as the lighting projecticles that took the form of shuriken came flying towards his foe..

Bryan's eyes widened at the failure of his surprise attack and narrowly avoided the electrical shurikens before retaliating with his own blasts of negative energy as he tumbled backwards with the electric shurikens slicing off the tip of his hair that had swung up from all the rapid movements. He rolled backwards as he hit the ground and landed back on his feet sword held to the side...

Malcolm started looking at the plans, thinking to himself. He said "Sounds easy enough.... What would be wanting to target with this thing? Military resistence? It looks more designed for Urban combat..." He was thinking about what Valentino would use a machine like this for....

[The Kingpin]

"Depends. the design you see is the urban combat version. a more compact, heavily armoured, low standing and wider version of it is planned for production once we're done with this one and have it perfected" said Valentino as he grabbed a piece of shortbread off the plate on the Scorpio that now stood next to the table...

Malcolm said "You avoided the question. What are you planning to target with this thing?"

Lighting dashed off from side to side, appearing like a flash before he appeared somewhere else...his lighting fast speed managed to avoid the enemies strikes. Jacen then landed on the ground as the electrical current shined brightly as then suddenly bolts of lighting coming out from the Lighting force field flew towards his enemy...going in close range meant this enemy would attempt to use his blade and drain his energy but at range...fighting at range was just fine.

[The Kingpin]

"as i said. depends. seeing the amount of...odd...things happening lately, i wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if riots became much, much, much worse. and that's where i come in. preparing for the gap in the industry that forms as a result. this will help control riots that can not be stopped by any other means. the military version will be armed with the weaponry i mentioned. IT will be the true war machine of the two. this one will be armed with less effective but equally daunting weaponry. it'll mostly be for show. not much REAL firepower. just enough flash and boom to make the "civilians break their ranks", so to speak. i think a couple per city would be enough to gather me a good amount of cash, and an even better amount of publicity. that brings forth the unveiling of the Military-specialised version. THAT will lure in any customer that can afford it" said Valentino as he contemplated the vastness of this machine's potential success...

Malcolm mused "Ah ha... Riot control.... Right... If your looking at civilian targets... this would be a cinch... I could even set it to use non lethal force. Targeting peoples legs and arms. If the needs be, a facility for detecting potential weaponary..." He continued to think about the carious steps he could take in programing the machine. At the same time he was wondering how it would fare up to his own X-5 tank. By the looks of it, this street sweeper wouldnt last long. It used conventional weaponary for targeting un armoured foes. The X-5's targeting system would have the mech leggless and proberly headless within a few seconds of a fight starting. Maybe less if he decided to upgrades its weaponary...

Morning came too fast. Summer vacation had ended and Kevin had to go back to high school...take the exams...avoid being trapped in his locker...the ussual. This term, he had one advantage, super powers. But in school where every one can see him, where crime can happen anytime.He was very limited. So it seems that the only possible advatage he had with super powers is run really fast to the bathroom and back. kevin raised his head, his hair a black jumbled mess. He wasnt tired, he had unlimited energy. Kevin got out of bedand mumbled "Today, I am Kevin Anderson, son of Jacob Anderson and Jamie Anderson, older brother to Jillian Anderson, not Speadfreak..or Deathstroke." Kevin walked out of his messy room into the hall way. He then started vibrating, moving through the floor and falling down stairs into the living room. He walked into the kitchen, grabbing a red cereal box, a bowl, and a spoon. He put those on the table and got the milk from the fridge that was about 6 feet tall. After that, he ran over to the table in a blur, opened the cereal box, poured some out into the bowl, emptied some milk into the bowl and ate rappidly. In less than a minute he was done with his breakfast. Just as much time was needed to put every thing back in place in the white and red colored kitchen. Kevin walked out of the kitchen, back upstairs into the hall way. He walked to the room farthest down and walked into the bathroom. It was blue, blue walls and tiles, shower curtain, sink, ETC. Kevin brushed his teeth. Then it hit him. He was awake before every one else. He had an idea. He had a shower, got dressed, and took out his Speadfreak disguise. He put it on and then wrote a note, stating he had gone out to get an early start for school. Like Kevin would do that. He left the note on the kitchen table. Kevin put on his book bag and vibrated out of the door without a sound. He bursted into a blur as he patrolled the city.

Bryan ducked behind an alley corner leaning out to fire off some blasts of energ every few seconds. Ons thing was for sure, this would not end quickly. He turned once more firing a massive blast about a yard wide and tall flying at his foe with great speed, all it had to do was hit...

Seemingly disappearing as the blast closed in...jacen appeared in front of his foe, about 2 yards away. Closing in the gap, Lighting darted foward, swinging his blade towards his foe moving at a high natrual speed and natural strength...for now at least..

[Zephyr]

Bryan flipped his sword around and held it like a dagger swinging it up and blocking his foes strike with only one hand gripping the blade handle to show off his strength, he wanted this opponent to fear him. As the to blades entered a deadlock Bryan hardly strained to push toward his opponent, but it didnt seem like he was trying at all so he maintained the forcefulness of his pushing to see what his foes could dish out...

Jacen, while streen in his "human clothes" just smirked. Infentisfying the lighting current around him...a circle of lighting appeared under his feet as sparks surrounded his body. Taking one hand of his blade Jacen began to charge lighting into his free hand as a massive ball of lighting was being created..

Bryan saw what his foe was attempting and shoved him away with the sword blade releasing a geyser of their combined electric and negative enregy before leaping back and blasting him with a sliding wall of energy that pushes him down the street and putting him at a distance. Very clever, very clever indeed, but you have yet to face my true power...

[Anaclagon]

Jacen slid down the street but he flipped over. He kept on continuing to charge energy towards the lighting ball in his arm...Withdrawing his blade, Jacen then used his recently arm blade as he then chucked several lighting shuriken towards him..

"True power huh..." Jacen thought....he was a young and arrogant and confident....as for now he didint think there was a problem at the moment...

[Zephyr]

In the blink of an eye Bryan burst from the shadows in front of his Foe right after the shurikens flew by, and grabbed him by the throat beginning to absorb any life force all the while using his sword as a lightning rod to channel any electrical current that entered him, safely into the sword. He gripped his enemy's throat tighter and gave a devilish grin, Hm, get out of this if you can...

"Heh...enjoy this!" Jacen yelled, he still had the lighting ball in his hand...suddenly the lighting finally was done, the ball, turnng into a blade of lighting. And while his Lighting Sword had a greater range, his lighting blade had greater damage...thrusting the Lighting Blade foward, Jacen lunged the lighting blade though his enemy's shoulder, the intense lighting glew brightly as the intense lighting easily pierced his foe's shoulder..
