1. That hole sniffing the butt thing is just a rumor, all the dogs I have had never sniff eachothers butts as a greating, never. They just plain and general never sniff eachothers buts.
2. This is kind of a silly thing to be talking about seeing as there are no dogs in the game at the moment, well at least domesticated dogs, witch supposedly are the ones that sniff eachothers butts.

It's not inbreeding! I have at least four pairs of different breeding lions, all of which have had cubs grow into handsome lions and beautiful lionesses.
