My life's as chaotic as it has been since a few weeks ago, when the whole thing with CPS started...even moreso with the holidays approaching. But I've got my shopping done and I just need to work out a few last-minute drawings to give to some of my friends. :3

Christmas presents!
I've decided to buy my girlfriend giant fluffy slippers. No real logic behind it.

Anyone else buying presents/wanting presents/can't think of a present to get/buy?

The beauty of having guy friends.

"Merry Christmas dickface" is an acceptable present/form of communication.

Business has plagued my month as well. No work done on my fanficts in the last month, increasingly annoying siblings, and F-ing Karate Lessons are beginning to drive me well beyond the Despair Event Horizon.

You have none?
...
They didnt give you any last year and you're annoyed?
...
Aliens stole your friends?
...
You have friends, but you don't like them enough?
...
Your religion doesn't have a commercialised gift giving day of awesomeness?
...
All of the above?

lol. before last. Islam doesn't celebrate Christmas. But we have a similar holiday 2 times a year [Eid Al-Ath'ha [a-th[as in the]-ha] and Eid Al-Fitr]. Cept instead of digging into boxes under a tree, you go around visiting family and get given cash. usually the older ones give the younger ones, and it's typically parents giving kids. It doesn't happen with friends though, since this is more a family holiday than anything. Still, some people do, if they can afford it. It's usually a group outing, going out and having a blast at whatever place they find the most fun.

giving money isn't as fun as buying presents. You can't give ridiculously weird and obscure presents to your nephews every year. Such as remote control cars with over complicated controls, or board games with the instructions written in chinese.

Well....looks like something important missed getting to most if not all of us last month.

Africa's western black rhino was declared extinct.

Read about it at the time. It makes my blood boil that anti poaching squads aren't given better equipment to make it easier to catch the poachers and that long prison sentences aren't being used.

Same here. If I could turn back the clock, I would. But...let's just hope the people responsible get what's coming to them.

Wouldn't surprise me,if I'm not mistaken there are still those using tiger bones for medicinal purposes. As well as the skin for rugs of course

It's all too sad when yet another species, one as magnificent as the western black rhino be added to the long list of animals hunted to extinction.Even more so when the majority of the species on the list could easily have been saved
