I saw that new design and felt sick to my stomach.

They ruined him.

He looks... okay.

The tail on the head is pretty ridiculous though. Without it, he would've looked better.

I would have preferred it had they put some spikes in place of the head tail.

God bless the runners in the Boston Marathon. Word has it they're giving blood to victims who need it. That said, everyone here alright?

I'm okay. It pisses me off at the sheer amount of innocent blood that has been spilled in the past four months... What's with all the nut-jobs deciding to kill people all of a sudden?

End of the world stuff, people thinking they have no reason to be moral upright people, that they can just do whatever the heck they want and suffer no faults for it when they die? Or maybe because they're just sick and twisted people who just want to see the world burn and lives suffer...

If you honestly think innocent blood being spilled is a new phenomena you live a very sheltered and ignorant life.
While the Boston bombings and the recent school shootings are certainly horrific, especially to those affected by them, there are by no means the only, or even the worst cases of violence against innocent people that have happened in recent months or years previous.

I know for a fact that there are murders and such on a regular basis. I'm not stupid. But it seems to have become much more common after the turn of the new year, and on a much larger scale than before.

I'm not talking about individual murders either. There might be a spike of violence in the States at the moment, but this **** is pretty much always going on throughout the wider world. Day of the boston marathon, several coordinated car bombs went off across Iraq as well. Killed over 50 people. Brutally injured more than 200.

There's been a horrific civil war raging through Syria for the last 2 years, in which at this point, over 77,000 people have been killed.

I understand the school shootings and this bombing are much closer to home than either of those, and thus are more immediately stressful and emotional but it's important to look at the bigger picture and realise that whether or not it's happening on your door, this **** is happening all over the world, and has been for a long time.

Sad but very true. And when it's not us at each others' throats in the news, it's mother nature showing us she's a force to be reckoned with. 'S a violent world we live in, and while some places are safer than others, nowhere is completely safe.

Thankfully they've got him, the nasty sonofab*tch. Let's hope that he'll never see the light of day again.

Indeed. But, knowing the system, he'll be released within a decade or so, at worst, and be free to kill again....

It's cases like this that make me wish Capital Punishment was still applied there. Over here, the guy would be executed if they confirmed he was the killer. In Saudi Arabia, he'd be beheaded. Gruesome? perhaps. Can't deny it gets the job done though.

Yeah KP that's a great idea. Lets turn him into a martyr. What could possibly go wrong? [See: idolisation/martydom/inspiring others]

The opportunity to put him on trial and properly investigate what happened and what he did will undoubtedly be very beneficial, both for closure for the victims and for future security. We're lucky they were able to get him alive.

I meant AFTER they did the full investigation and covered all the details.

And the alternative is to spend an undeserved amount of money keeping him alive and well in prison for the rest of his life, most likely with access to technology and fairly comfortable accommodation, if most modern prisons are to be taken as an example. Money that would be better spent on maintaining the country's declining situation.

On a completely random note though, where is everyone?

School, jobs, or a combination of the two. The latter one especially is a murderer of free time and creativity.
