I checked and double checked, and there's no topic for discussing which genres all of us read. I am disappoint. -_-'

Myself, my tastes vary. I love a good horror or thriller novel, but I can also sit back and enjoy a fantasy or mystery book. It all depends on how well the book is written, and whether or not the first few chapters grab my attention.

Which genres do you prefer and why?

What do you find so interesting about these genres?

Me like sci-fi, fantasy, history, and overall fictional tales. Not much of a fan of horror because I can picture things far too well in my head.
