"Exactly," Diana said. Nyx hadn't spoken yet, but she still looked suspicious. Thanatos looked at the cat that had stepped next to Drake...

"I don't scam anyone. If i don't need them, i don't go near them...unless of course i'm hired to eliminate them, but even then. i go there, kill them, and leave. let's just say i've fallen on hard times as of late, so, seeing your need, i decided it wouldn't be a bad idea. i help you guys, you help me. fair deal, the way i see it". The cat seemed to glower, then slowly grew into his true, Demonic form. Velkor crossed his arms. "What, can't meet an old friend? And besides, if it's someone you're going to eliminate, why can't I tag along? It's like going to the movies, but you don't have to pay."

Dreig had silently come up behind Thanatos and Dianna and whispered to them, I dont like this, just to let you know, but go ahead hire the psycho.

Diana looked at the demon and gave a crooked smile. "Your pet?" Nyx finally spoke up.

Velkor smirked. "Funny. Seriously, my ribs are aching. Last time I saw you, you were getting your a** handed to you by a Demon. Boy, has that changed!"

[Shade]

Diana's and Nyx's expressions dropped. "Ya no what Flyboy" Diana yelled. "If you want to bring up that subject, let's go and we'll see who gets their a** handed to them!" Nyx said already walking up to him...

Velkor gave the two a toothy grin. "You want to hit me, don't you? Go ahead, give me your best shot..."

Drake smirked. "Velkor here tagged along near the end of one of my missions a while ago. as you probably gathered, he enjoys watching the fights rather than getting involved. Don't ask me how he keeps finding me. even i don't know. But, that aside, care to say now whether you'd accept my deal or whether i should just keep going?" he said, arms crossed...

Velkor cast a sidelong glance at Drake. "Fluke, actually." He turned back to Nyx, waiting patiently.

Dreig pushed past Dianna and Thanatos and grabbed Nyx by the shoulder before she had the chance to do so if she had planned and pulled her back. Bad idea, we dont want a fight remember, he whispered.

Velkor's grin widened into a more malicious one. "Oh, come on," he hissed challengingly. "I deserve it, don't I?"

"Cool it, Velkor. I'd rather not lose potential partners because you have the urge to hit something" said Drake as he raised a hand in front of the Demon...

Velkow raised both hands defensively. "Hey, I got nothing against them. Capable fighters, in my opinion. They're the ones who are pissed at me."

Nyx smiled acidly. "Oh, don't worry I wasn't going to hurt him, much," she said then stuck her tongue out at Velkor. "So the coward returns," Thanatos whispered and shook his head. Diana looked at Thanatos and he nodded. "Fine we'll let you in, but he has to at least pull his weight if ever we fight somethibg again," she said nodding at Velkor.

"I can handle my own in a fight" said Drake as he drew his silver magnum, tribal engravings carved into both sides of the barrel of the modified 12 shot weapon. he examined it a bit, saying "This is my only Gun, but it's still good enough"...

Diana's expression turned sour. "Deal," she growled. "Just don't make a bigger mess in the house than it already is," Thanatos grunted and started to walk toward the mansion again.
