The lift stopped, the door opened, and on the bridge, Rtas and four Special Operations Officers stood, Energy Swords drawn. Rtas growled into his universal translator in his suit, "I don't know what the hell you are, but don't think you can just board my ship, attack my men, and wound some of my crew for your own amusement. Now, before I slice you three to pieces, tell me this: why are you here?"

A sensor rang out in alarm to Joeys side, he glanced over, a virtual screen expanding out of thin air. It was another Invader, standing high on top of the buildings.... His short range communicater appeared, hoving over his main view panel. Adam's cheerful voice saying "What up, Rookie? Heh heh. Amazing to think a bunch of hillbilly rebels can shut down our communications. So much for Mac's 'technological Supremecy"
Joey replied nervously "Yeaaah, heh, Roger...."

He found himself at a loss for words, trying to think of anything to say, he asked "You done with the Spaceport?"

Adam replied "Ya, the things in more peices than humpty dumpty. Anyway, we got another objective, eye in the sky's after tagging a bunker for destruction. Eta on our communications getting back up is barely a minute, so it wouldn't hurt to get a start."

Joey found himself nodding, despite not being able to see Adam. He stammered "O-ok, sure thing" A blue dot flashed into existence on his birds-eye-view map of the city. Another blue dot appeared next to him, floating in mid air. He flicked his finger across the touch-pad, barely a whisper coming from the Invader as the machines body swiveled around...
As if answering his thoughts, Adam said "We'll take the roof tops. Resistence has fallen dramaticly and it will be much quicker"

Joey pulled up on his Cyclic, the machine rising into air slowly. Large metal plates slipped down onto the legs, increasing their length to compensate for the rise. It was a bit of a shock to see the city from this perspective... Just peaking over the tops of the buildings, fires could be seen all over the metropolis, pillars of smoke rising high into the air, bloody glows lighting up the sky in several parts. He put the images behind himself, hualing one leg into the air, the large metal pad thudding onto the roof, cracking it....

"It could take some time, production has been swift but if given the orders and permission we can have everything proceed much quckier. I know its not part of the plan but the others felt it was required for victory" Piett stated, the Fleet Grand Admiral looked up at the Dark Lord of the Sith who was besides him as they walked through the clear, shiny halls of the the flagship. There was few officers walking around and when they did, they often stopped and bowed in respect. The halls were large enough to allow large groups of imperial soldiers to rapidly move about in rank. Small black droids on wheels often patrolled the halls, often a hinderance to some people.

"You may dismiss the worry, should things turn out different yet sucessfully and the war ended, order will be returned, things should be settled. We have new, much stronger ships now beginning brought out and were more then ready for invasion. Eventually things will go in our favor" The Sith Lord replied as the two continued to walk on.

"Ground conflicts are rather pointless at this point, Base Delta Zero should be the objective" The Admiral stated as he glanced back at the dark armored figure.

"Be wary of your words, there are many useful things on the surface..be mindful of that" Revan added. The two then continued on walking as the large blast door in front of them opened, revealing the bridge..the two crew pits on each side as engineers and officers took glances as the ARC Troopers in the area narrowed their eyes in preperation..the two highest ranked officers were back in the bridge..

Vak looked at Hish, who just gave what passed as a Yautja shrug. Vak cocked his head to the side at Hish, asking silently for his permission to strike. Hish nodded. Vak drew his spear and Kan grabbed two Smart Disks.

The two Hunters on either side of Hish roared. They roared loud and fierce. Kan threw both Smart Discs at Rtas, slinging his Wrist Blades out and running to the nearest Spec Ops, his arm lowered and ready for an fatal uppercut to his Jaw. Vak simply lept at his own Sangheili, raising his spear above his head, ready to bring it crashing down on the things skull.

Hish had already underestimated these things, and had no idea if Rtas' could block or dodge the Disks, but he was not going to risk it. So he took off at him full speed, drawing his wrist blade and rearing his hand back, ready to punch the blades straight into his face.

Rtas ducked, the discs soaring harmlessly over his head and driving themselves into the far wall of the bridge. Had the room not been in the center of the ship, that might have had dire consequences. Rtas didn't think about this, however, as he grabbed the Yautja's arm with one hand, kneeing him in the gut and driving him backwards, before readying himself for another attack. He wasn't focusing on lethal attacks just yet, just enough to show these hunters that they weren't welcome. The Spec Ops facing Vak sidestepped, and as Vak landed, gave a him a vicious boot to the face. A second Spec Ops rammed into Kan's flank before he could uppercut the third, flooring him with surprising strength. The fourth kicked Vak in the back of his leg knocking him down, and the two pairs of Sangheili kept their blades trained on the prone Yautja, boots on their backs, while they waited patiently for Rtas, never taking their eyes off the pinned aliens below them. They could quite easily break free if the Sangheili were distracted.

Two beeps alerted Joey to resistence ahead. Two red boxes sliding across his main viewport onto two different turrets. The Invaders weren't in their range yet.

Without thinking, he clicked onto his GPC's, his computer's auto-targeting lining two blue triangles into the squares. The chunky weapons seemed to shake for a moment, then the blue dome at the front opened up, spewing out a blue swirling ball of what looked like pure energy. The GPC shots roared foreward, hammering into both of the turrets, engulfing them in orange explosions, blue streaks trailing high into the air after pecies of wreckage....

Adam called over the radio "Alright Rookie, targets are inside the bunker. Use your ion-cannon, set it to percision mode, then drill through the armour untill its peirced. Then cut an opening."
Joey knew this move. He had practiced it before in live fire training. One of the many uses of the ion cannon, if its effects were consintrated on a single spot and not allowed to spread, it could literally drill through armour and then widen the hole by taking off percision mode and controling the guider's spread.

He clicked on his ion cannon, a familiar targeter slideing across, resting on top of his main view port. He turned on the guides and instantly activated the cannon. Twin pure white beams of what looked like fire shot out, slamming into the bunker wall, slowly drilling through them... the beams didnt even seem like beams. More like the air itself was literally burning away in a straight line...

To his left he saw Adams massive Invader tripod marching foreward, a missile fitting to his roof mounted launcher.

Suddenly the radio was alive again, adams voice speaking away "Factory targeted. Waiting for the moment..."

Mac's gruff tone replied "Good job. Sky fire 6, out"

Hish staggered back as he was kneed in the gut, looking at Vak and Kan, who were on the floor, swords at there backs. He looked up at Rtas, saying simply "Stupid Jiralhanae apes didn't pay us enough to kill you." At that, he took off his spear, chunked it at Rtas', and then ran at him again, this time jumping in the air and landing right on top of Rtas. He kicked him to the floor, knelt on top of him, and raished his arm back, ready to stab him in the gut.

Rtas had grabbed the spear before being knocked down, and used it to parry the wrist blade attack, before slamming the side of it against Hish's skull, stunning him long enough to be kicked off by Rtas, who stood up, picking up his sword from the floor where he had dropped it. "Figures," the Ship Master growled. "The Jiralhanae can't fight us by themselves. They need outside help."

"This is Vardian Supreme General Serephir contacting Vardian High Command" said Serephir, inside the Endeavour as was the rest of the crew. "Yes, General?" responded Commander Aragren, his second in Command in the VAMCEB. "Can you inform me of Vardia's political situation at the moment regarding other factions?" said Serephir. "Well, we've been doing business deals with various Koult businessmen and corporations. our various ambassadors are moving around to establish contact with other races, and of course, we have the TGDA registered as an ally after we went over the advanced log given to us earlier. other relations are being worked on" responded Aragren. "Don't count Koult as a true ally yet. it seems that the Military side of the faction doesn't care what kind of relation they have, regardless of what income they're getting. a Koultian Battleship opened fire on the Executioner. now that in itself has been resolved, and apparently explained as a distraction while they made to remove a highly dangerous parasitic organism known as the Flood, which had crash landed on Trandosha mere moments before. For one, i want an established, highly skilled Ambassador sent there to try and establish a more firm hold on relations there and iron out any wrinkles caused by the recent trouble. secondly, i want you to work on the Executioner and coem up with something more adequate than it's current armour. a report sent to me by the Admiral in charge aboard her has informed me that the shields and armour itself are poorly equipped to handle the kind of weaponry being used. the Ship's ACL system should explain that more thoroughly.

either way, if you're going to have the Executioner as our Flagship, we're going to need alot more work done to it than what's been done so far. new shields, new armour technology, various different kinds of weapons. the lot. don't keep the Forbidden Weapons out of it's arsenal. we aren't the only ones who have discovered that kind of technology, and certainly not the only ones who will use it. we can't afford to be hindered against an opponent just because we won't use certain things. if they're willing to use it against us, we need to be prepared to use it against them. Now, the Executioner should be arriving in about an hour. By then, i expect a detailed response from High Command, and, if possible, His Majesty the King himself on recent events, so that i i can decide whether my presence is truely required on Vardia or whether i should continue on our voyage
". "Yes sir" responded Aragren, sending the orders out directly as Serephir ended the call, the hologram disappearing...

Grievous was waiting outside the Endeavour, having called a new shuttle from a nearby shipyard on the planet, as he prepared to leave back to the Spire, which was still intact after the explosion. His arms were folded behind his back as he gazed coldly up into the sky. As if the Empire was bad enough, now he had the possibility of invasion from other creatures, including some that far surpassed technology Revan had at his disposal.

Hish was rather pissed now. Who was this person, one man, fighting off him? a Yautja? That just didn't happen.... Nobody beat them in Hand - To - Hand Combat.... Nobody. He drew both Smart Disks, holding one in front of him and the other behind him. Running at him one last time, He spun, threw both of them at him, and then drew his dagger, roared, and dived at him in a mad fury.

Rtas ducked and rolled forward agilely at the same time, rolling underneath the discs, and Hish. The Yautja landed awkwardly on the deck, and Rtas pointed his sword at the hunter's back, just as the Smart Discs drove themselves into the wall. "Do you surrender, or do you wish me to end your life now?"

"We have unlimited power, we have unlimited resources. The vast star fleet and is proof to that. We have examples as of the Annihilator[i] Mere sights of a Star Destroyer can force planets to submit without a fight. We've brought everlasting peace to the galaxy..we've secured our order. This rebellion, we've taken that too lightly. Invasions wont come but we must always be ready. There are others that are preparing to make moves, we must make our own" The young proud officer stated.

"Your but a mere captain, keep wary of that. Keep the probes analyze information. Rumor has off plans that are beyond top secret if possible..I have orders from Revan himself.." The bridge commander stated, asserting his power over the captain before him. The two glanced as Revan and The Grand Admiral made their way into the bridge. Revan was returning back to his casual position. The young captain wanted war..he wanted to make a name for himself.

The bridge commander knew better..should Revan hear the captain and listen to what he has to say..failiure and death was just one option. Yet there was worse things that Revan could have done. Still Revan had great respect for every officer in the ship and in return, it was received back to him. The Imperial soldiers however were the most fond of the Dark Lord. Revan never asked his soldiers to do something he wouldn't do himself..

Soon enough, another battle would take place..

The Yautja didn't surrender. They just.... Didn't. It wasn't in there education, it wasn't in there training, and it just down right wasn't in there Nature. He would blow them all to hell before he surrendered. And that was what he planned to do. He slowly turned his neck, looking at Kan and then Vak, both of whom looked at him, there hands slowly resting on there Gauntlets.... There bombs. They looked at Hish, who nodded. But before they could do that, a something rocked the ship, knocking every Creature and Alien in the room to the floor. A loudspeaker came on. "Shipmaster! Arachnids! Small fleet but there headed right towards us! All of them! ... Are they smart? Do they know you're here?"

This made absolutely no sense to Hish. Why would they be here? How would they even have found them............ Unless... The Jiralhanae had hired someone else. That would make... Somewhat sense. It was completely possible that they became desperate and convinced whoever they could to kill Rtas', told the bugs that he planned to assassinate there Queen or something... He actually wondered if they even planned on paying him and his Hunter Brothers... He stayed on the floor, unsure if he should move. Kan and Vak had enough sense not to blow them up, knowing this could be a chance out of there. Once again, the loudspeaker came on "Shipmaster! They damaged the Hangar... No one will be able to leave unless we can land and make repairs!"

Hish cursed at this. He now had no idea if he should either blow them all up or try to find a way off the ship. He no longer had a reason to try and kill Rtas'... But he was still not going to surrender

"Stay put," growled Rtas. "Or I will feed you to those things myself!" He headed for his chair, and immediately began issuing orders. "I don't know how they found us, but they sure as heel aren't going to give away our location! All ships, fire at will! Burn their skeletons to dust!" As one, the Sangheili fleet turned to face the incoming squad of Space Bugs. There was only a few of them, but one more shot could easily take out the Shadow of Intent. The TGDA fleet stayed back, in no shape to fight against even these creatures. The Sangheili fired off a salvo of Plasma Torpedoes, which slammed into the leading Space Bug, melting away is exoskeleton, the monstrous beetle letting out a silent screech in the vacuum.

Immediately, all the Spec Ops jumped up, running to different corners of the bridge. Two however, immediately turned back around, looking at the Yautja a bit nervously. When the three Hunters finally stood back up, Hish was the first and only one to talk.

"... Well it would seem we no longer have Quarrel with you..... Unless they really are going to pay. Which I doubt it. Can this pitiful little fleet of you'res actually fight off the Bugs?"

The fleet's Energy Projectors flared, frying even more of the Space Bugs. "In a space-to-space fight, we will always win," replied Rtas grimly, not taking his eyes off the holographic display. Several Space bugs fired, but the beams missed as the Sangheili ships turned away from the attack, several going below and several going above the enemy targets. The top ships, Rtas' among them, used their ventral Energy Projectors, usually used for glassing, on the the hapless Space Bugs below them, while the rest fired their Plasma Torpedoes, vaporizing the remaining bugs in seconds. "The only reason we lost the last round with these things was because they had truly overwhelming numbers," continued Rtas. "This time, though, they didn't stand a chance." Standing up, he turned to the Yautja. "Now that that's over with, do you wish to continue your futile fight, or would you rather leave us to our own duties? Better yet, don't bargain with the Jiralhanae. They can't be trusted, and it doesn't matter if they could pay you or not, they won't."

Vak growled at him. "Don't tell us our fight is futile."
Kan put an arm on Vak's shoulder, shaking his head.

Hish looked at Rtas', unsure of what to say. "... Well it's a bit regardless isn't it? You're little Hangar just got blown up. Don't ask stupid questions. We're here to stay until you either kill us or let us off.... Idiot"

as Serephir waited for a response, his wrist-Com bleeped, the screen opening up, the vice Admiral of the fleet turning up, the Executioner having gone for repairs and a whole new series of upgrades. "What is it, Vice Admiral?" asked Serephir expectantly. "Sir...there's a strange fleet approaching...it's opened fire on the Covenant" said the Vice Admiral. "Strange? how exactly? describe them" said Serephir. he wasn't an expert, but knowing his recent luck, he wouldn't be surprised if he knew. "The ships seem...almost...as if organic" said the Vice Admiral. Serephir sighed. there were alot of races in the galaxy, and it wasn't unplausible that this could be something other than what he was guessing, but still, he sensed he was right in his guess. "Ensure that they do not approach Trandosha or Geonosis. for now, it is not our place to interfere. especially when we could be looking at a much larger web of races by interfering. for now, your orders are to protect Geonosis and Trandosha. depending on the response i get from High Command, i may take over as full commanding officer of our forces in this sector. for now however, we are to remain stationary, protecting the TGDA if needed" he said, the screen closing...

The remaining Space Bugs, surprisingly, fled back into Hyperspace. Rtas, watching them flee through his console, growled, "I never said you'd leave the same way you came. You ever heard of an airlock? Maybe you'd like to be a piece of space debris, hm?" He turned to face his Spec Ops soldiers. "Take them to the holding cells," he ordered. "If they resist, kill them." The Sangheili nodded and formed up behind the Yautja, marching them out of the bridge.
