The Imperials ships replied, giant, powerful vollies of Turbo Lasers towards cruisers and anything else that fired at the Star Destroyers. The powerful and long range cannons easily returning fire. A single Star Destroyer easily could reduce a planet's surface into molten slag within an hour with its fire powerful. Victories while smaller and weaker then the large Star Destroyers used their speed to keep themselves moving, providing support for the larger ships. Soon hundreds of TIE Fighters were being unleashed, quickly breaking formation and using their speed as they prepared for attack runs.

Broad Side Cruisers unleashed their long range and deadly missles, acting as long range snipers in their way. Assualt Concussion missles were the typical main missles, the missles themselves acting as shield/hull punching weapons. Ion Cannons that also armed Destroyers fired back in reply, the Ion cannons main purpose was simply to damage shields and electrical systems..

Mal'Ganis was struck with the same staggering feeling, having to stop completely on his way to the ship yard, putting a hand to his forehead to regain his senses. The feeling passing, the Jedi continued on after a few moments, arriving at the ship yard soon after, heading in to check on the gunship. He found it in a fairly good condition, the outside having been repaired, seeing a human mechanic climbing on the ship's side. "So how's the repairs coming along?" Mal'Ganis questioned, the person on the ship jumping slightly. "Well...ignoring the fact that this is a genuine Imperial ship...I'd say another day and it will be ready to go. By the way...I took the liberty of removing a nifty senor from the ship...No doubt it was feeding the Empire the gunship's position..." The man said, hopping down onto the ground in front of the ship, staring at Mal'Ganis, who was staring back, the color drained from him. "I'll just add that to your bill..." the mechanic said, cleaning his hands with a towel. "Ya...that's...uh...fine. I'll let you get back to work..." Mal'Ganis stammered, turning away shortly after, thinking of what was to come next...

The commodant observed the battle with an eagles percission, watching as Cruisers were clipped with laser fire and spun off in crippled wrecks.... Despite the losses, things couldnt be going better... The imperials had been led into a tiny area, all within the one system. The Drones were spread out in such a wide net around the Imperials that they had room to dodge almost any incoming shot with ease....

The missiles didnt stand a chance, they had such a long journey that the drones could easily pick them off before they got close. The commodant's thoughts were disrupted by a shrill alarm "enemy weapons discharge detected" A white crosshair locked onto said shot, growing deeper red as they projectile zeroed in. The Commodant quickly analised it, seeing it as laser fire, then rolled to the side simply.. a few moments later the laser burst roared past harmlessly...

Intrigued, he zoomed in on the ship responsible, one of the fabled Star destroyers, spitting lasers in all directions...
Two shells suddenly hammered into the destroyer's side, the shells tearing through its armour and detonateing within its hull.. A rippleing orange explosion eatting its way through the ship, causing such severe structural damage that the ship begun to tear itself apart with its own movements...

The Fighters were being torn out of the air by the Drone cruisers, the ships spidery limbs sending auto cannon bursts sailing into their formations and tearing them down by the tens. The cruisers were something that annoyed the commodant. Despite their strong sheilds, the Star destroyer's weapons were eatting through them and blowing off weapons like a child picking the legs off an insect. He had hoped they would get in closer and do more damage, maybe off load some Sentinals... The larger Drone ships were fareing better. The Longbows were simply taking rounds rather than dodging, off loading huge hailstorms of missiles towards targets, each missile basicly being a suicide drone. Their GPC's were dealing with smaller threats mostly, the huge glowing balls of energy thudding against enemy shields and exploding, giant blue clouds of burning hot plasma and radiation licking around the shields surface trying to find any sort of imperfection or crack to settle in...

Another Disingergration pulse seared through the battle field, sinking into the side of a Broad side Cruiser, cleanly cutting it in half... The Harbringers were doing their jobs....

It was interesting how effective convetional projectiles were against the Imperial shields, like they were mainly designed with heat and energy weapons in mind. The cruiser's auto-cannons seemed particularly effective...

"Were being hammered!" The captain cry of frustation echoed just as another part of his ship blew up but at last. That would end..the Imperials noticed the arrival of their fabled super weapon. A weapon that would forever change the way war was played..a weapon of unmatched power and its size clearly being the largest weapon there is to date...the Death Star had finally arrived..

Out of Hyperspace, the gigantic battle station appeared. Its unmatched size meant longer time to propel it through space but it was finally here. More Star Destroyers arrived as reinforcements along with another super weapon. The gigantic flagship, Annihilator also had arrived. With this new escort, the Imperials narrowed their eyes..the nearby system was the target..

"My Lord we've arrived" Piett stated. "Fire all weapons, blast them out into space, give time for the Death Star to fire its weapon.." Revan ordered. He stayed on the Annihilator, preferring his flagship over the larger Death Star.

Thousands upon thousands of turbo lasers covered the death star as thousands more of fighters remained docked, ready to be unleashed. The mighty super weapon had a monstrous diameter of over 900 kilometers. The true threat was its planet busting super laser. There was surely now way to stop the accurate weapon which can target capital ships or space stations..The Death Star slowly moved forward, its super laser ready to fire..

The large Star Destroyer fleet continued to press forward, keeping their shields at full power while they barraged the enemy fleets with the legendary fire power, easily reducing weaker and smaller targets to pieces in a matter of seconds..the Turbo Lasers while not entirely accurate were still swift and shots that connected were bound to do heavy damage.

Even if they lost more ships, it wouldnt matter in the long run..the planet would be destroyed..

The Commodant flicked its attention to the new enemy weapon for a moment... it was.. enourmous... No matter. It would explode just as any other ship would... A few shells and gamma ray pulses slammed into the Death Star, annoying the Commodant. The new weapon was more of a decoy than anything it seemed. It quickly ordered the drones to re-direct their fire and consintrate on the Star destroyers, which they obligeingly did. The Destroyers were tough and hard to take a part with small arms but the weapons mounted on them were more fragile... After some swift messaging, the smaller cruisers begain targeting individual weapons on the Star destroyer's hulls, firing auto-cannon bursts along their Turbo Laser batteries and leaving the heavier structural damage to the larger ships and the Ambushers... They were close now, swooping into short range, the Cruisers went full weapons hot, the spider like drones glowing brightly, each weapon ready to unleash its payload. They swooped in like mosquitos, firing their weapons in bursts and trying to disarm target ships before scattering, often leaving squadrons of Sentinals and OWL's to harass the enemy and distract fighters....

The Commodant relayed data about the new Imperial ship space station back to the local War Colony but was skeptical about its purpose. It was far to large to be practical. Your top of the range Marican Planetary Cannon was usually capable of hitting a 60 meter target at a distance of 2 parasecs and Orbital gun stations were able to land 70% of shots onto a target at 2.5. Something as big as this ship could probably be targeted at over 8 considering the target profile... Still, size was to be respected....

Missle launchers and Point Laser turrents fired every so often in defense, the point laser turrets blasting sentinals and anything else that was small enough. Even with shields active, the enemy was strong but they still had numbers and time, the Death Star needed only a few more minutes. Regardless, the gigantic battlestation size and the force field that surrounded it would prove difficult to destroy.

The Annihilator however remained to be a nearly unstopable force. Its very powerful weaponry and shields protected it well, the firepower and shielding only even stronger thanks to the Solar Generators that helped increase the power. However anything large enough was now starting to feel the effects of the advanced Super Laser Attack Systems. Giant and powerful green mini super lasers shot out and blasted towards cruisers, the highly powerful weapon easily firing every few seconds considering thanks to another solar generator helping them out. The attack system itself was meant for destroying capital ships in one shot while the main super lasers were meant to fry larger targets such as continental masses. Like all Star Destroyers, their weapons were meant to unleash devasting firepower, they were meant to fight other enemy ships..

Thousands of Fighters continued to do what they can to secure the fleet..they used their speed to move in and out, harrasing the enemy in return..

A small drone zipped through the silent dullness of space, suddenly stopping as it reached its destination. Ahead of the tiny drone, a battle was raging, the Empire's massive space station visible over all else. The drone stopped completely, a clicking noise echoing around him as a small lens moved over its visor, analyzing and recording every aspect of the battle, focusing in on the space station, destroyers, before moving to the opposite faction's units. Seeing a projectile coming from seemingly no where, the small drone zoomed in on the projectile itself, not able to see the source of it from its current position, but was able to analyze the projectile itself and document it for later use. The tiny drone sped off toward the left side of the battle, keeping its distance from the battle itself while it recorded and documented everything it saw.

Meanwhile, Mal'Ganis had returned to his room, wondering if the Empire was pursuing him even still, or had they simply abandoned the chase for good. Somehow, he knew that would never happen, the Sith having tried to erase all Jedi kind before, and wouldn't stop until that was true once more...

Despite heavy losses, the Drones continued to push inward, closing in around the Imperial forces, seriously weakening their offensive poitential. Barely a few Star Destroyers were left in perfect condition, many more left crippled and in critical condition. The Commodant could see a small hollow in the attack though, the Annhilator was slaughtering any drone attempting to take it on. On a few recorded occasions Cruisers had been completely obliterated by its lasers.... Quickly the Commodant drew up an attack plan and ordered it on one of the Longbow. One of the Long bow's activated its pulse launcher, the underslug cannon swiveling around, a blue pulse building up around its barrel... After a few moments of building up energy inside the stasis field, it released the pulse, the blue orb rocketing away like lightning.

It smashed into the tip of a crippled Star destroyer, bursting open and sending a blue shockwave ringing out. Pieces of the ship were thrown off by the sheer force of the blow, but mostly the Destroyer was just sent spining away like a giant windmill blade... right into the path of the Annhilator.... The pulse had been targeted just right to send the Star Destroyer cascading into the Annhilator's starboard side and the ships were now mere moments away from collison....

"My Lord!" The Grand Admiral exclaimed as the other Imperial officers on the bridge of the Annihilator began to grit their teeth. It was too late and close for them to use one of the Super Lasers which fired from the massive city like scape of the Star Dreadnought however, there was little need to worry as there was one important ability. The very shield power of the gigantic Star Dreadnought was strong enough to take on three Star Destroyers smashing into it naturally. However regardless, such a powerful force smashing into the Star Dreadnought did cause some damage and to make sure shields had to be reinforced, power from the engines was diverted into the shields..they had to be cautious and not risk anything.

"My Lord we've got confirmation! The Death Star is ready to fire!" Another officer stated from one of the crew pits. Now..the Imperials only had to hold on. They still had Star Destroyers, broad side cruisers and Victories to repel the enemy. The Annihilator itself remained to be a dominant force..

Back at the Death Star...the men inside worked quickly, they had gained a lock on the planet, all they had to do was finish the job..the weapon was charging rapidly..and soon enough it would fire..

In orbit around Vardia, a single, massive and battered-looking craft, vaguely rectangular in shape, appeared from hyperspace. It was completely dark and dead in space, but it seemed to be drifting closer to the surface of the planet, albeit very slowly.

Doc says: Ok guys, I've had it with hyper space. You are not allowed to teleport in this e-war and no matter what you say, appearing in orbit over a planet counts as teleportation no matter the medium of travel. If your hyper spacing somewhere in future, I want to see you post saying said ship was enroute towards its destination. If this doesnt work for some reason, kiss Hyperspace goodbye.

The small drone was now recording fighting behaviors of all the units that were currently fighting, documenting everything it saw. Soon this information would be released to anyone who needed it...battle tactics of the Empire and Maricans, two of the most dangerous factions in the universe. Such information was also useful to the drone's creators as well...

Hish stretched his back, walking down the ship towards the Brig. He really didn't have time to explore the ship, but then he didn't really care... He found the purple to be really ugly. He made his way to the bridge and stopped as two Elites looked at him strangely. They had heard what had happened but had not seen him before. They eyed him up and down, then stood to the side and let him pass. As he walked into the bridge he immediately attracted attention to himself, but kept on going until he came to Rtas'.

"... What's going on?"

the rectangular vessel suddenly came to an abrupt hault, a part of it's hull getting crushed under it's weight on impact with the Planetary Border Control Shields, the artificial intelligence in charge of monitoring the border deeming it an unwanted object to the planet. a small, orb-like drone hover up through th atmosphere, two small jets on the top of it's hull launching it upwards, it's tentacle-like arms rippling behind it, it's single wide green eye staring unblinkingly into space, it's sights locked onto the craft...

The ship sent an automated signal to the drone, a garbled message that said, "Anyone within range of this message, we need assistance immediately!" The rest of the message was drowned out from the static, but in the background was heard the sound of gunfire, agonizing screams, and bestial screeches...

a series of clicks came from the drone as it brought one tentacle forward. the smooth tip of it split open, a thin tubular object pointing from it, as it began scanning the craft for signs of life. with the risk a threat from a craft at that size could potentially pose, Vardia would most likely not let the craft anywhere near inhabited turf, instead using drones to deal with it. with the Drones having been armed, geared and built to operate in almost all conditions, they would easily suffice to take care of the situation...

The star destroyer crumpled, splitting in half on impact with the Dreadnoughts shields and getting lodged in place, flames issueing out of its wreckage...

A Cruiser swung out of the battle, narrowly dodging past a burst of turbo lasers before ducking into cover behind the wrecked Star destroyer. It stretched out, pointing its auto cannon over the wreckage and let a burst of cannon fire out into the Dreadnoughts shields, any retailiation fire hitting the wreckage. More Drones got the picture, swooping in and taking cover behind it. Firing their weapons over and around it into the ships shields, wearing them down slowly.... In the main conflict, the Longbows were laying down fire almost at random, attempting to damage enemies ability to fight back rather than just destroy them. For instance, they often fired vollies of missiles at Victories, plastering the ship in ordanance and wrecking most of its weapons, then moved onto the next target in sight...

The ship had occasional blips of life, mainly near the bridge of the craft, but otherwise seemed lifeless.

Rtas turned towards Hish and Y'gar. "We're heading to the planet Te. You ought to get comfortable, since it's a long trip."
