the Investigator Drone opened fire at the incoming creatures, attempting as best as possible to protect the passengers on the ship, it's machinegun fire ripping through the incoming creatures as it hovered back towards the bridge, using sensors to keep track of the direction they were heading in. Meanwhile, two black drones floated towards the ship. they were larger than investigators, and considerably more menacing, 7 blood red eyes staring forward as it's numerous tentacles snapped fiercely as their numerous tools went through a systematic check, as the drones rocketed towards the ship...

A swarm of the beasts scuttled, bounded, and leaped through the door, swarming out into the mess hall, using their own dead for cover. The bridge door hissed shut, the Marines and Investigator Drone safe inside. Crowley barked, "Jones, Romero, keep your eyes on the door! Those b******s'll cut through it like tissue paper!" The bridge was coated in blood, just like the rest of the ship, but considerably less so. Several monitors were blank, and the viewport was blocked off with large metal slides, evidentally having gone over an opening when the glass broke. A good amount of Marines were in the bridge, all with bloodstained armor. One huddled in the corner, surrounded by a couple others as he babbled to himself. Crowley turned to the drone. "Tell your Vardian buddies we need to get off this ship in one piece, then blow it to scrap metal."

suddenly, a series of bright beams filled the corridor behind the horde as the two Assassin Drones made their way to the Investigator's position. the leading one, marked with a gold streak going along the top of the armour around it's main body, swung several tentacles forward, one impaling one of the creatures as the tip split open like a grappling hook, anchoring itself in the creature as the Drone swung it into it's comrades, knocking them down as another tentacle was used to incinerate them with it's beams. the other drone was now crawling along the ceiling, burning the bodies of the attacking creatures, severing limbs off with it's powerful lasers as the two drones carved a path of destruction towards the bridge. "It appears the support has arrived" came the Investigator's voice behind the crowd, watching the two machines outside massacring the beasts around them, easily as fast or even faster than the creatures they were fighting...

A loud screech, followed by a volley of maggot-like organisms splashing against one of the drones and spraying acid all over it marked the arrival of a much larger beast, twice as tall as the others. It had a wide, bony crest on its head, and four limbs. The upper pair terminated in large scythes, and the lower pair were fused into a long-barreled gun. The beast hissed, firing on the second drone. Jones shouted, "We got a Warrior!" "Snipe it!" Crowley ordered. Jones unholstered a long-barreled sniper rifle and rested it against his shoulder. Romero opened the door and Jones pointed the rifle at the beast, ready to fire, but couldn't aim past the swarm of scythe-wielding critters in the mess hall.

Point Laser Cannons accuracy fired towards the OWLS..attempting to pick them one by one. Advanced TIE Defenders were starting to become unleashed, their deadlier firepower and speed made them superior to the classical TIE fighters. The TIE Defenders moved swiftly..what made them even more superior was their onboard ION cannons and their ability to unleash devasting heavy payloads making them a double threat to enemy fighters and enemy ships and with their speed and numbers..it only added to their effctivness. Unknowingly, more TIE Phantoms began to appear yet their stealth capabilties kept them invisible and it wasnt rare to see random bursts of fire to come out of nowhere..

The sheer overwhelming firepower from the Star Dreadnought continued to fire. They were taking damage but there was thousands upon thousands of deadly weapons that would fry capital ships in seconds. The Advanced Super Laser Cannons that flanked the sides continued to fire towards Cruisers, attempting to obliterate them in single shots. The main middle cannon was reserved for different targets..their objective was about to be completed..

The Death Star's deadly weapon was fired. The green laser flying through space as it slammed into the planet. For several brief seconds..the laser caused instant damage, decimating all was within range..the planet and all who lived on it where about to be destroyed..

the two Drones tore through the creatures as they made their way towards the warrior, locking on and firing their lasers towards the creature, the bluish beams tearing through anything in their way as they made their way towards the creature, the Drones making use of their tentacles to eliminate any close range attackers, easily keeping the distance between them and the creatures...

The Warrior screeched and fired it weapon again, sending dozens of the maggots splashing against the drones and leaving the corrosive acid on their hulls. It sidestepped with surprising speed, the drones' weapon fire flashing harmlessly past it. However, the Warrior had exposed itself to the Marines in the doorway, and a split second later, a white trail of smoke passed through the front side of the beast's skull, an explosion of purple gore marking where Jones' bullet hit. As the creature collapsed, the rest of the rampaging beasts paused, looking around, obviously confused as to what happened.

One of the cruisers swooped in towards the city like super laser on the Dreadnought avoiding fire directed at it and using its shields to asorb the brunt of it. Other than the lasers and missiles fired at it, this side of the ship was almost quiet.... The Cruiser dived down into the depths of the weapon, out of range of the guns.... It navigated through the mess of arrays calmly, proceeding towards the center... a marker highlighting the laser's main focal point... The Cruiser rolled as it passed over, the node, hundreads of meters off the surface of the ship. Its main missile Silo opened up, a laucncher angling up... a long grey missile with strange eliptical flights suddenly rocketed off, engine bursting into life. It helixed down towards the main node, leaving an odd white trail behind.... The Cruiser sharply turned, avoiding another array and began to pull up, leaving the Super Laser, not wanting to be caught in the blast of the solar charge...

As the Cruiser's smoking and flaming chasis exited the gigantic city structure and the guns started firing up at it again, a single bright white light blossomed into life from within the Super Laser... It grew in intensity, then the shockwave ripped through, the arrays buckleing, some even disintergrateing. A huge blazing blue wave pulsing out from the laser, riding across the surface of the Annihilator. To anyone near it, it would have looked like just any old massive explosive, but to those out in space watching the battle from afar, the blast revealed itself for what it was. An Blue Giant Star taking form and spreading out, its tips turning white as it went... The bomb reached its maximum radius, the blasts expansion stopping, a wave of debris continuing on ahead... Then the miniture star began to collapse, Debris and turrets alike being suddenly dragged back towards it as its gravity went out of controll... The Cruiser had just barely avoided the weapons area of effect. for now All eyes were on the retreating star, waiting to see if the Super Laser had survived the bomb...

The Death Star's weapon was a sucess..a great flash of light shined throughout space as the planet exploded with a immense explosion. The sheer power of the Death Star's Super Laser having done its duty. With the enemy planet destroying and nothing more then remains of the great planet..The Imperials could have repeated this proceess however the Annihilator was taking heavy damage and had to be repaired. In case attacks against the Death Star ever really occured, there was several more ships that stayed in the large docking areas. Coming out of the Death Star Proceeded to be several ships..from Star Destroyers, to the smaller Victories and some Broad Side Cruisers. These small private defenses main duty was to allow the Annihilator to escape..

The Annihilator shook..damage was heavy and the main super laser cannon was out of commison. They had done their duty but with the damages they had taken..it was best to fall back and repair. The Annihilator began to change course, turning back and heading towards the Death Star while the escort who had come out of the Death Star intended on destroying those who intended on finishing off the mighty flagship

A white Disintergration pulse seared through space and hammered into the Annihilator's hull, burning through a square section of it before exploding, spewing out wreckage into space. The ship was too large to be destroyed right now, but The Drones intended on doing as much damage as possible. The Commodant ordered the Cruisers and longs bows to off load as much ordanance as possible and then back off into a firing retreat, seeing that it was pointless to engage them further.

however, the Sentinals and OWL's continued to battle for control of the Annihilator's surface. The Sentinals were constructing a small base of sorts, having burrowed into the hull of the Annhilator, setting up a small network of tunnels within its armour. They would allow other fighters to hide from enemy fire if necessary and if the situation persisted, offer speedier movement throughout the Annihilator.

The area looked like the surface of some blasted moon. Craters and wreckage all around. There was a single large crater where the breech charge had originally detonated, within it, slabs of metal folded up into make shift shields, below them the tunnel entrances. Sentinals crawled around the dark blackened surface, red eyes glinting in the darkness, their black carpace like curved armour winking off the light of the nearby sun. Above them, about 8 other much larger Sentinals dropped down, around the same size in height in length, but considerably beefier, with pods around their graspers for holding weapons. These varients were mostly designed for Urban combat but the Commodant requested they were dropped, knowing from the data gathered in the earlier attack that the resistence within the ship would be much greater than normal.... The Urban Sentinals were equiped with much heavier armour, numerous weapons and 2 deavestator missiles. Their drawback was in expense and flight. They could fly, but were nowhere near as maneuverable or quick as the common Sentinal.

The machines landed, numerous eyes scanning around. They quickly strided away, scuttleing down into the tunnels... Even now, more and more hull liquidated hull armour was being drained out, the drones coming closer and closer to breeching into the ships interior....

Some distance away from the dig site, a wing of 16 OWL's spotted a number of TIE fighters ahead... The fighters instantly spread out, their jets roaring into life. each one launched a missile. The slender pod like bomb roaring into life and zipping off across the surface of the gigantic ship, arcing towards the TIE fighters far off in the distance....

The Commodant watched emotionless as the Planet below came apart, mildly interested about how the Imperials had managed to reduce the matter fall out. Even a portion of a planet detonating was enough to plaster a section of space in lethal debris....

While maricans all over were probably aghast at what had just unfolded, the drones only saw irrelevance.

in a fraction of a second, all the creatures left had been slaughtered, the Assassin Drones having activated their machineguns as well as their lasers and close range weaponry, leaving the walls around them painted purple with the blood of the creatures. the lesser Assassin's armour had been significantly damaged, but it was still operational, using internal nano-drones to repair what damage had occured, a portion of the drones dismantling another portion and using them to patch up the holes and weakpoints...

The Annihilator continued to head towards the Death Star, seeking to get out of the mess. The Victory Star Destroyers were the quickest as they attempted to use their point laser cannons to pick off the enemy on the Annihilator. They couldnt risk damaging the flagship. The Annihilator still had more superises and emergancy systems closed off giant holes through metalic doors..this was often the case should a window crack. Point Laser cannons along the city like scape of the Annihilator accuracy began to blast any sentials in range, turbo lasers were heavy duty but accuracy was more imporant and they couldnt risk damaging the Star Dreadnought any more.

TIE Defenders began to engage the OWLS and other targers with their speed and deadly firepower. They often attacked in groups and used their shielded hulls to protect them from enemy attacks as they used their multiple laser cannons to rip apart enemies. TIE Phantoms stayed cloak and continued to hit and run attacks..

With the Death Star having destroyed the enemy planet..all was left was for the Annihilator to retreat back into the Death Star and then head back towards allied Territory to for repairs and come up with plans on what to do next..

"Alright," Crowley said. "I'm guessing you're the rescue team? You better be able to get us down to the hangar in one piece. We're low on ammo, and we just wasted quite a bit more."

"I assure you they're well prepared. do you require transport as well, or do you have escape craft on board?" asked the Investigator, while the two Assassins floated calmly, monitoring the area warily, their cold red eyes watching for any movement that might hint towards an aggressor...

"There's a dropship in the hangar," Crowley explained. "All the pilots onboard have been killed, but I can drive one." Jones muttered, "Yeah, barely." "Cut the bull, soldier," Crowley snapped. "Come on, we got to get him out of here," he added, pointing to the babbling marine in the corner.

"What's wrong with him?" asked the Drone curiously as it hovered in front of the squad...

"Insane," Crowley said, shrugging. "I'm hardly surprised, considering what we've seen." The soldier was huddled in the fetal position, whimpering and clutching a pistol protectively to his chest. "The monsters... they were everywhere... I can hear them crawling, scuttling, screeching... They'll kill us all! You hear me?! Kill us all!"

Hish walked through the hallway, looking for him... His other Hunters were off doing there own thing... There he was, the Sangheili from before. He looked around, making sure no one was looking...

"Hey, ******!"

Hish took off at full speed, running down the Hallway with a fury. He slammed into the Elite, tackling him to the ground with a angry snarl.

Y'gar hit the floor and was dazed by the tackle.

"Woah hey, I know I'm attractive, but theres no need to just jump on top of me like this. Besides, you're not my type." He said, trying not to laugh.

Hish looked at him for a moment. He then flipped him over, strattiling him. With a speed to fast to block or dodge he raised his right fist in the air, and brought it crashing down on Y'gars face.
