The Vulture droids swarmed in front of the HellScream fighters, trying to take the brunt of the assault, while the TGDA fleet didn't move. They couldn't really do much against the Long Bows for now, though the planetary turbolasers opened fire, the beams covering a massive distance and tearing through some of the closer holograms like tissue paper, only stopped by the nano-shields for a second. They didn't let off another volley. Instead, the TGDA fleet moved back, passing through the planetary shield to keep themselves from being sniped away at (the shield could defend against even the Death Star's superlaser for one shot), while OOM-6 sent out a distress call to Grievous...

the squadrons split into two main forces, going to the sides of the fleet, accelerating to full speed to attempt to avoid the Long Bow's blasts, as specialised long Distance scanners attempted to find out what was attacking them. the information came up blank however, causing several confused reactions on board the Battleships...

after a while of thought, and several failed attempts at spotting the attackers, the Admiral sighed. "i don't remember hearing anything about the Empire having such advanced stealth equipment" he said. the Captain looked up and said "There's one way we could probably fight them off". the Admiral looked at him, raising an eyebrow. "Oh?". "Yes, sir. the Point Acquisition Defense guns" said the captain. "Problem is they're not very powerful" said the Admiral. "I've already thought out a way to solve that problem. have the computer link a few of the main guns towards the same target area as the Turrets. we'll need to have only the closest guns to the turrets fire, or we'll be wasting our fire. the closest ones should hit regardless of how far they are" explained the Captain. the Admiral smiled knowingly, and nodded. "Good thinking Captain. have the plan put in motion immediately". the Captain nodded, before heading off...

four Hellscream fighters dove in on a couple of Ties, each firing several dozen plasma rounds at the target, the firepower meant to break through most shields after a few hits. the did repeated dives at targets, before veering off at the last second. a red bolt tore through the general airspace as one of the Tiger-class Cruisers fired from near the base defense fleet, the shot destroying the shields of the TIE in a single hit, allowing the Hellscream fighters to attack unhindered. as one dove in, firing at it, another bolt collided with another, the firepower increasing with each shot, as the Hellscreams zipped around the Imperial craft nimbly, their advanced engines granting them unnaturally high speed. "Um...Commander? these TIEs aren't really exploding...they're just dissipating...and they're not fighting back" came one of the Squadron's pilots on the com unit of the Squadron Commander. another voice came from another ship as a voice said "Sir, our lasers are just going through them! no damage or anything. it's like they're not even there!". in the chaos of the fighting, the Commander thought it over. no counter attack despite them attacking the TIEs like mad, the shots were going through them, and, at the most made them dissipate. the Commander paled. It was as if they were being distracted. "Squadron 5 to HVMS Sovereign. Squadron 5 to HVMS Sovereign. this is Squadron Commander Felix Ardez. do you read?" he said over the com system. "This is HVMS Sovereign. what is it Commander?" came the commanding voice of the Bridge Commander of the flagship of the security fleet. "I have reason to believe the fighters are decoys. they're bait to lure us into the firing range of whatever the hell's shooting us down. the fighters are dissipating or are entirely uneffected by our fire. the ammunition is PASSING THROUGH their hulls and out the other side" said the Commander as he led his fleet away from the battlefield. "Roger that. call for the squadron to return. for now, stay as a defensive force around the battleships" said the Bridge Commander. he then had the communication computer patch him in on the Trandoshan fleet. "This is bridge Commander Will O'Brian of the HVMS Sovereign. please be advised. the Inperial fighters are decoys. they're being used to lure our forces into firing range of their long range craft. we advise to disengage and return suppressive fire with long range weaponry"...

OOM-6 replied in his own message, "We are aware, Commander. We have pulled back, as none of our weapons are capable of hitting the enemy ship from this distance. We have contacted General Grievous to root out the ship, and disable or destroy it. We also have other allies, who we will also contact for assistance if possible. If necessary, come within the radius of the planetary shield to protect yourselves."

Grievous, having received the message, growled angrily, "Incompetent droids! I will deal with this new ship myself! All other ships, stay here and help keep watch over Geonosis." he turned the Malevolence around and jumped into Hyperspace, but not directly for Trandosha...

"Will do" responded the Commander. the Admiral agreed with the idea for now, and had the fighters retreat into the Planetary shield, the three Galactic Battleships drifting into it as well, as the Admiral worked on a possible plan of attack. the enemy was clever...hiding with some form of advanced cloaking technology...and then using decoys to lure them into the range of the targets. he wondered if the craft the TIEs were coming from were real as well. as unlikely as it was, he still had doubts they were even real...perhaps an entire decoy fleet...it was a tried and tested tactic, and worked incredibly well in most battles...so perhaps, just maybe, that was what he was seeing...

An almost calm lull came over the battle... wreckage floating freely, the fake fleet drifting ever closer to Trandosha.... All weapons fire halted. The drones knew the planetary shield's radius thanks to the previous Imperial attacks. The drone network was a completely different story.

"Malevolence entering hyperspace, tracking target."
"Acknowledged. Blockade 1, move to intercept. Blockade 4, push out and stop them from retreating back to Geonosis. Mission standards are as follows
Objective 1: Halt and hinder enemy ships.
Objective 2: Disable/destroy Malevolence
Objective 3: Destroy all guard ships
Objective 4: Abduct General Grevious. Leader of the TGDA"
Objective 1 is mission critical. Do not fail.

"Ar-90, going into sensor passive mode. In range for Orbital bombardment. Awaiting further orders."
"

The Cypher messaged Revan
"Enemy organisation in disarray. Malevolence has left Trandosha and Cruisers are currently scanning enemy defenders. Recommend you put your fleet in transit immediately. Stand by. Cruisers streaming sensor information to your ships now.

Let me handle the Malevolence
"

Deep within the ghost fleet baring down on Trandosha, the hulking behemoth which was the Arachnid battleship hung motionless, concealed from view....

Above Geonosis, the Jr-10's took another turn, spreading out and coming even closer to the planet, weapons folding out, ready to fire...

Meanwhile, back at blockade 3, the OWL swooped in on the the enemy fighter, its talons lashing out and catching onto its chest, puncturing through the armour in a shower of sparks. Instead of trying to tear though, it turned its wings, a pulse of its thrusters sending the two rolling around, the OWL leaping off the other side, allowing it to continue its momentum and pulling off the maneuver in under a second, its Disintergrator cannons blazing into action, spewing shots into the enemy ship, the short range giving it no time to dodge. The shots slamming into its hull, most exploding, some tearing right through it, peices of red hot shrapnel being blown out of it. The smoke made it difficult, but the OWL tried to target the enemies wing joint with hope of blowing it off.

TO-15 LOG

Enemy taking cover. All shooters randomise positions to reduce the load on the shroud.
"

This battle suited the Drones perfectly. A battle of deception, where the battle was fought inside your enemies minds more than open space.

The SHADOW let out a mechanical wail, turning its head toward the enemy craft, its teeth glowing a deep orange in color before the maw opened, sending a slowly expanding ring of orange, red, and yellow toward the nearby enemy. As the SHADOW deactivated, unable to fight any longer, the enemy craft was now in the middle of the ring, its armor suddenly starting to glow orange, the ring heating up the machine's armor, the temperature nearly reaching that of a Solar Flare. Just as the ring dissipated, the enemy's armor was left glowing, almost melted, as another screech filled the space around it. Another SHADOW soared past the enemy craft, sharpened wing slicing through its molten armor like scissors through paper, almost cutting it completely in half. The second SHADOW spun around, completely ignoring the wreckage of the first SHADOW, which was now melting itself to prevent replication from the wreckage, the other SHADOWs closing in on the location...

"Understood.." The reply was swift. Revan appeared standing on a balcony, appearing inside of the Death Star's Command Tower. The Sith Lord glared towards the battlestation through the window as several TIE Fighters flew by. They were now ready to make an apperance...they were now ready for battle and treat Grevious the way he should have been treated. The Dark Lord of the Sith just neeeded to do one thing..he was to inspire his men with Battle Meditation, a force ability..this would allow his men to fight better, to think smarter and be more dangerous.

"Soldiers of the Galactic Empire..we are no strangers to war. We've been fighting for as long as many of you can remember. After many years..I've fought alongside countless to bring peace and order to the Empire. The Jedi are nothing more..The Mandalorians are on the verge of extiction and the countless of Rebels that tried to cause war once more were slaughtered. And at last..we've attained peace..our Empire consisting of a galaxy itself..our fleets unmatched..our armies unstopabble but as we expanded even further we encountered more enemies. General Grevious..we thought his rebellion was done but he had risen, he has grew strong. But I was wrong and now he stands firm, ready to threaten the peace. That is something we cannot allow..long have I treated Grevious like some foolish child. I even once trusted him as my ally but I was wrong to do both. Now we have a chance on getting revenge...the Great Admiral Kaine was defeated because of Grevious. We must get our revenge and with the loss of our admiral..we shall destroy their planet of Geonosis. First Geonosis and then Trandosha..many of you may not return however..there is still countless more men and ships to replace you, to assure order is acheived. What I ask will not be easy..but it is nessecary..now go..go and serve the Empire" Revan stated into an open comlink that was linked throughout the Deat Star. The message itself was given to every single ship that was preparing for battle.

Revan headed towards the hanger..he would not enter the battle in the Annihilator..not yet..instead..he would fight on in the cockpit of his personal starfighter..something he hadnt used since the days of enemy rebellions. He would lead his forces to victory in a cockpit...it would be that simple but regardless..he had one simple objective...Destroy Geonosis..

The malevolence left Hyperspace soon after, but not anywhere near Trandosha, or even any space chartered by the Empire. Grievous' destination was somewhere much farther away than Trandosha. However, he had not yet arrived there. He knew he was being tracked, and he wouldn't let whatever was waiting for him to get a chance to take advantage of any vulnerability he had. The cyborg growled in frustration, knowing these tactics were definitely not Imperial. Revan was apparently relying on someone, or something, much deadlier...

One of the Jr-10s suddenly disappeared in a blinding explosion, as a single mine exploded when the cruisers moved too close to the planet. However, no other object, other than the asteroids, appeared on the sensors of any ship that had survived the blast, and not just because of the post-explosion EMP...

The Owl span through the air, molten metal spewing out of the slice. Its heat shields would have survived normally, but the cut allowed the heat to peirce through into its interior, liquidising it almost immediately...

From behind, another OWL was swooping down, too late to save its comrade but not too late to avenge it. Its boundary sensor showing the fleeting image of the enemy ship darting away. It leveled out, a missile popping out of its chest. The Ship was lit up by a flash, little more than blue jet flame visible, spiralling forward like a fireball before smashing into the back of the enemy fighter an explosion blooming up in what looked like the middle of nowhere, flaming shards of twisted metal showering out. The others frantically searched for the remaining enemies, using data provided by the areas main boundary sensor

Meanwhile, the blockades manoeuvred into position, either side of the Malevolence, a good deal away from it, though their range would stop the Malevolence from using Hyperspace to get away...

Completely contradictory to the drones normal tactics, an enormous Arachnid battle ship materialised some 1800 Kilometres infront of the Malevolence.. The enourmous ship was really just a single gargantuan head with 8s spidery limbs sticking out from around it. Hundreds of much smaller arms sticking out aswell. 8 ice blue eyes blinked into view on the head staring at the Malevolence, purely for show. Two asteroid like shapes flew up, either side of its shoulders, the Ambushers unfolding and landing onto the much larger ship, dual orange rings visible on their weapons...

A star some distance to the Malevolence's side suddenly lit up with numerous solar flares, a Longbow and a squadron of escort JR-10's rising out of the sun and levelling out, flames licking their armour...

An ice-cold robotic voice spoke to the Malevolence through an untraceable com-link "Hello, General."

Grievous looked around at the ships that had appeared, especially enraged by the ships appearing from the star, just like the ship that had destroyed his former flagship. He looked down at the hologram that appeared on the console, showing a pair of elliptical eyes that glowed, showing off the coloration despite the otherwise monotonous blue color of the hologram itself. The cyborg growled, "The Cypher, I presume. What do you want?"

The ships were coming in Hyperspace swiftly..they all stayed together in a wide spread formation..the fleet itself was most likely in the low thousands. Fleets like these were only found at the blockaid and the interior of the empire itself..it would have been the first time that a true assualt fleet was assembled to attack a planet. This was but a mere escort to the Death Star..the resources the Galactic Empire had at their disposal was limitless. The fleet and the mighthy Death Star would arrive in the next few moments..the fleet was starting to spread it even further.

Many of the ships would quickly find themselves right in front of the droid fleet..the panic would occur for several moments until fire but thanks to hidden stealth probes..they knew exactly where to appear in. The Death Star would stay back..arming its cannon while it prepared for the planet busting launch. It was Thrawn's choice..he could have decided to focus ons blasting the enemy fleet instead..it was all up the Grand Admiral's choice...

Revan would come in a different approach..he would appear in the battle in his own way..

The second SHADOW wailed in frustration, unable to move, its backside almost completely torn to pieces, but could function, barely. Knowing it was useless, the SHADOW relayed the location to all remaining SHADOWs in the area, but it was largely useless, for they had already arrived. Now able to fully use their designed skills, the group of 10 SHADOWs dove in from various angles, all seemingly going to crash into the enemy craft. At almost the last minute, the SHADOWs each banked off in random directions, their wings slicing into various parts of the enemy craft, some only providing shallow cuts, while others hacked off weapons and chunks of armor. The SHADOWs continued to attack, circle around, and attack again, acting like a school of piranhas, slowly hacking the enemy craft into various mangled parts...

The voice continued errily "A little chat... Private chat that is. If I were you I would shoot any crew member who has already over heard this and then close off the com so only you can hear it...."

the Cypher was stealthily deleting logs as the conversation progressed. The Myro would be too preoccupied to notice what was happening. This would have to be done quickly

The OWL began exploding, firey wreckage flinging out of its mangled corpse...
The last remaining OWL's zoomed down towards where the enemy shadows were, knowing that they were doomed... They opened fire, not properly aiming, mostly spraying in the general direction of enemy Shadows.

The Jr-10's over Geonosis dispersed even more, quickly using pulse bullets to clear any mines from infront of them while patrolling over the planets surface, checking for enemies hiding behind it.

The SHADOWs didn't stop after the new enemies appeared, moving right into an attack formation toward them. One SHADOW's wing was clipped by one of the enemy's projectiles, melting a chunk of the wing, but luckily the mech didn't need it to fly. As they advanced, they began spreading around the two enemy crafts, attacking from as many directions as they could. Trying to avoid being shot while attacking, the SHADOWs managed to only tear at the enemy's weapons and armor, trying to slowly hack them apart. One SHADOW, however, was still in front of the two, mouth glowing brightly as it was hit in the leg by a shot, and again on its wing, opening its maw as the familiar orange, red, and yellow ring exploded forward, drifting toward the enemies...

"My droids barely comprehend what you're saying, Cypher," replied Grievous. "But, if you insist." He whipped out a Lightsaber, and a few slashes later, had cut down all the B1 pilots on the bridge, who hardly had any time to react. Deactivating his saber and putting it in his cloak, the cyborg growled, "Now, what is it you would like to talk about?"

Several mines jetted after the cruisers, having dodged the initial barrage from their targets, before detonating near the Jr-10s' engines, though only one or two felt the full effects of the blasts...

Revan entered his personal starfighter. It was triangle shaped but in reality it was the Dark Lord's old personal made starfighter. As a Jedi he managed to heavily modify one of the Jedi's old Delta Models and made his own. Not only was the firepower heavily increased, it was also made faster and easily distinguished itself from others. Its four blasters..two on each wingtip also had special abilities. The laser cannons on each wingtip could fire either separately or simultaneously, and at such extreme angles off-axis that they could hit targets even as Revan passed them. The original two blaster cannons..one on each side of the droid that helped the pilot also remained, giving the starfighter 6 laser cannons. The missle launcher in the middle was another modification. It was this ship that easily made Revan one of the best if not the Jedi's best pilot during the wars that threatened the old republic. But as Revan took abosulute control of the republic and turned it into the Empire..the use of the ship was starting to go down.

Battles were ending much quicker..wars were ending in a matter of days..weeks at the most. There was no need to keep charging in with other starfighters and then dock once more..if everything..Revan's personally Armada was usually on the move. In order to bring Imperial control over a galactic scale..he needed to stay on his flagship to ensure he could give orders with ease while increasing the reputation of the Imperial Navy.

Revan looked at all the controls as the starfighter began to activate..pilots were boarding their ships..ready to unleash themselves and engage the enemy. The sheer number of them would be terrifying for a moment but soon the fighters would fan out and engage other enemy fighters and their ships..

The Death Star and its fleet was rapidly approaching..

The cypher continued, seemingly pleased "Excellent. Now onto business... I require... A silent favour... A war is coming my friend. A war bigger than you and Revan's little back yard squabble. Much... bigger... and I predict you and your allies participating in that war..."

Thara made his way back to the stage through the crowds, numerous stolen items concealed in his bag. Most of it was electronics but he had found some gold and other precious metals as well...

Torrents of flame licked off the effected JR-10's for a few moments before dissipating, the ships still rocketing along at full pace. One of them had an arm badly damaged by the force of one of the mines, but it was still functioning

Grievous eyed the hologram suspiciously. "I am well-prepared for anything that decides to attack me. Even the Empire has failed several times to destroy my fleets and stop me. What's the point of giving me this information anyway?" As he was speaking, several more droid pilots walked in, to help keep the ship level and ready to fight. However, he remotely disabled their audio receptors and would instead give them orders from his antennae.

Arqueek arrived back at the stage as well, with several of his belt pouches filled to bursting with useful electronic devices, among other things.

The Brawlers moved to intercept the Jr-10s, opening fire at the front of the damaged cruiser with their powerful weaponry.

The Cypher continued with a chuckleing start "You won't be attacked. Well.. you may... but I cannot garrantee it. Chances are you will be dragged into this war with the thought of finding a mutual ally in the war against the Empire. As this war shall be fought against me and MY allies.... The favour I request from you, is a simple mutual agreement that would make sure both of us land lightly when this plummits from the skies...

Grievous crossed his arms. "A mutual agreement?" He thought about this for a moment. "As long as it keeps the Empire alone in their fight against me, and you don't double-cross me, I don't see why not. Might I ask what war might threaten the TGDA?"
