Men were scrambling on the ship to get the cannons ready. "FIRE THE CANNONS!", Adeline shouted in a clear, authoritive voice. The cannons fires rang out with a loud boom. The cannonballs were traveling at an alarming speed toward the enemy ship. Some hit part of the stern and blew some pretty good holes in the ship.

The Black Pearl was sailing toward the target. James commanded the crew fire a broadside as soon as the target was in firing range. "Load the guns!". the crew were running all over the place, arming the guns with the powder, cannonball, and other things needed to fire a cannon. since the crew was now partially made up of Royal Navy crew members, the firing accuracy and speed were improved. James said "Take aim!". the guns were in position. "SHOOT!". the guns went in a rolling broadside. a chain of bangs followed. BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM... as the guns were fired from the bow to the stern. the side of the enemy ship was ripped up badly. James yelled "ready the hooks! we're going aboard!". the crew prepared to board......

"Prepare to board ship! Ready the hooks!", shouted Adeline to her men. They hurried around the ship, preparing to board the enemy with their hooks in hand. "NOW!", she commanded just as the other captains had done. Crewmembers began to go to the other ship, boarding and fighting with the enemy, using their rapiers and pistols with good skill.

The female pirate didn't think that Yuke would do such a thing. Like the others, she was suprised by his sudden action of killing the captain with a hook. She remembered the surrendered crew and glanced back to them with her sword out, just in case they wanted to pull something. "What should we do with them?"

James nodded with a smile, then said "at the moment, the English hate the Dutch's guts. we could make ourselves look like english merchantmen, and say our ships were strong enough to overpower them. we'll burn the ship, and take them to New Redmond. after we're done with our work, we'll dump them at the hands of the Garrison, collect our money, and be on our marry way...". he sat, wiping the blood off of his sword, and waited for Yuke or Adeline to respond.....

She nodded at his plan. "Let's continue on then to New Redmond. We'll each take some of them and lock them in the brig." She awaited Captain James' or Captain Yuke's response.

James looked at Yuke, who simply nodded. James said "it's settled then. Rafael! take 15 men to the brig. Gibbs! tell the men to change to English merchant colours.". Gibbs looked at him, then said "uhhh.....Cap'n? English merchants don't have a specific colour.". James looked at him as if he had just said something ridiculously stupid, then said "well, what colour do English Merchant ships normally sail with?". Gibbs said "simple. no colour. they just stick with the normal wood, and sail around. when they do paint the ships, it's usually wood brown with red, white or yellow.". James said "those then! wood brown and white, red or yellow paint!". James was getting a bit annoyed. Gibbs was forcing him to expose information in front of the captives. if the dutch managed to get the guards to listen, they would expose that the massive ship known as the Queen of the Sea was originally HMS Dauntless, but repainted, and that could happen without Gibbs' stupid questions. now they could possibly expose the whole fleet. James asked the 2 captains that were with him "why don't we continue this conversation somewhere else?". he waited for Adeline or Yuke to answer...

"Aye, captain," answered Adeline. She noticed where this was going. He didn't want the dutch to hear. She turned to Allen and ordered him to take ten men to the brig. He nodded and did as he was told.

in the cabin on board the Beauty, the alternative name of the Black Pearl, the 3 captain continued. James said "now, our brigs are overflowing. what do you think we should do if we face another fleet of ships? kill the lot of them? no survivors?". although it was cruel, it would help return the Black Pearl's fame as the ghost ship that haunts the Caribbean. James waited for one of the captains to answer....

lets keelhaul them and if they survive they can you our crew or we can just tie them up to the ship and light up the powder magazine

(and if youre asking why keelhauling is not only a punishement but also a wat to clean the ship )

James said "i like the idea of keelhauling them, but i would prefer not to give Davy Jones more crew to chase me with. i think we should put them in a gunpowder storage room, and make a stream leading to it and starting at the deck. it would go all the way to the powder magazine, and blow them beyond recovery. Davy Jones wouldn't be able to use a bunch of limbs as a crew, no matter how hard he tried. but, we would be missing out on potential money. gold is always welcome here, isn't it?"

Adeline was listening to each of their ideas. She nodded. "Let's go sail there now. If we meet up with any other ships, we shall do as James said."

James looked at Adeline and said "do you mean blowing the ships up? or handing them over to the british garrison?". he waited for a response.....

still doesn't make sense! are we supposed to blow the ships up with the crew inside, or hand the crew over to the garrison and blow the ships up, or hand the crew to the garrison and sell the ships? :?

sorry for the long wait. i am going to hold my posting here until i get what's going on.....don't want to ruin the RPG because of unclear ideas.....
