Not all Nintendo villans are pathetic... Take Ridley in the Prequal Metroid Manga. Now THAT guy's got enough genre savvyness to make Palpatine look pathetic.

When it comes to me and the E-war, I tend to have machins tha tare capable of producing thousands of units so that I can Zerg Rush my foes into submission...

and when that fails, there's always planetary bombardment...
