hmmmm... This sounds alot like the Supernatural RPG... but other than that, it actually looks pretty decent.
Oh, and we need plot. Lots and lots of PLOT!

Yeah, I know it sounds very similar...but how's this for a plot?
The millennium is coming, and with it the end of the world as we know it. The Old Powers are awakening, and an old prophecy has been dug up by the Night World Council.
"In blue fire, the final darkness is banished.
In blood, the final price is paid.
Four to stand between the light and the shadow,
Four of blue fire, power in their blood.
Born in the year of the blind maiden's vision;
Four less one and darkness triumphs."
Four Wild Powers, each seventeen years old, with the power to save or destroy the world. The Night World is divided - many want to speed up the apocalypse, and destroy humankind so that Night People can finally live without fear of the humans killing them all. Others, mostly from Circle Daybreak, want to stop the apocalypse. The only problem is...if just one of the Wild Powers is found and killed...there will be nothing they can do.

SSRPG....except the strange Millennium unexplained apocalypse thing...
What's a plot centered around four kids? "HOORAY LETS EMBR- oooh he died we are all sad now D="
seems more suited to a small sub plot thing (excluding the weird apocalypse thing), and not an entire RPG IMO
It would suck having everyone's chars having to focus on a single group for the sake of the world instead of making their own stories

From what I've seen, the area isn't confined to a single place, except for within the States.

Oh dear. Having it taking place all over the USA is gonig to be quite something. There's going to end up bein gvery little interaction between Users if that were to happen most likely, so I suggest just restricting it to a city or two, so that people would be able to interact with each othe rmore freely.

Recently, Night People have started finding human soulmates. Going against everything they’ve been brought up knowing, they’re willing to break Night World law to be with their one and only.

well aside from that, should events come to pass and people who wanted their characters venture into this...sucidal Earth (:P) to expand their stories find out that because of factors they had no part in, the world has been destroyed by a strange group of four kids they never met.... well, like I said, it would suck
